Absolutely rude service. Went in the Elizabeth store looking for a particular brand hair straightener. The sale assistant was unhelpful and didn’t want to help me, even smirking at my questions I was asking her. Needless to say, I found what I was looking for from another store that was very helpful and had amazing customer services

Most horrible experience ever! They were extremely rude, making comments at me and laughing. She didn’t damp my hair or even brush it! She used a mens razor to cut my hair and proceeded to style it when I specifically said not to. They changed their price 3 times and asked for $58!!! No way so bad never go!

Had my hair trimmed at the salon no checking of length etc no dampening or anything on arrival home it's an inch and a half shorter on one side than the other.When don't you check both sides are even around the face it is shorter on right than the left and so noticeable I now require it to be fixed
