I recently visited this hair salon with my daughter and was absolutely thrilled with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The stylist who cut my daughter's hair was incredible - she took the time to listen to our needs and made great suggestions. She was patient and gentle with my daughter, who can be a bit squirmy, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The end result was amazing - my daughter's hair looked fantastic! The stylist had clearly paid attention to every detail, and the cut was both precise and flattering. My daughter was thrilled with her new look, and I was impressed. Overall, I highly recommend.

I had the same problem tonight with my daughter and she called the cops when I complained. I couldn't believe it. She screamed at me to leave and didn't want me to pay and then told the cops I left without paying. I was waiting to see if they will come fast because I was with my child on my way to church. Im glad I waited at the end of the block. She perhaps didn't think I was gonna wait. When the job is just something fast it may be great service. But the team don't like no one saying anything because they always know everything.

I recently took my family to Charming Hair Salon and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. My daughter and two sons got their haircuts done and the stylists were amazing with them. They were patient, listened to our requests and made sure the haircuts were just perfect. The prices were very reasonable, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Charming Hair Salon for anyone looking for a fantastic haircut for their kids.

Horrible work! I went in to redo my highlights and they ruined my hair. The top is dark, the middle is yellow, and bottom is a gray/blue color. Someone without a license could have done a better job. When they were washing my hair they started applying some form of a toner, and when I asked what they were applying they were not able to give me an explaination. I was suffocating due to the strong smell instead of removing the application they left it on. I was sick for the whole day.

Absolutely terrible service. The woman who did my nails was incredibly nasty. I told her how I wanted my nails cut and shaped and it seemed like she was annoyed that I was telling her and when the manager/owner asked her In their language to do it she ignored her and kept doing it how she wanted it done. I walked out and my nails were already bubbling up from the top and now 2 days later they need to be redone because the ends are coming off.... very terrible nail salon stay away!!!

Unfortunately I didn't get a good color service or cut. I wanted a few low lights of mahogany or caramel, but I actually got bright copper over black. The next day my hair was completely dry and frizzy. When I went for a color correction there were multiple colors under the first few layers of my hair and the right side of my hair wasn't cut evenly. The staff was so friendly and I feel terrible, but quality is what I needed.

They will burn you and then tell you that it was your fault. Then they will laugh about burning you and try to get under your skin - they don’t talk to you, they talk through you to others making fun of you and laugh at you as if it was a circus and they have created a freak out of the customer. The owner is evil horrid lady, she lies non-stop - seems sociopathic - maybe that’s why so often they burn scalps and foreheads..

My stylist Emily did a great job blowing out my hair she didn’t burn my scalp once, but 3 days later when I washed my hair only half my hair became curly again the other half stayed straight and smelled burned. My hair is naturally very curly and I straightened it for a special occasion and I could not regret it more. If you have curly hair and you want to temporarily straighten your hair I would not suggest going here.

I got my hair done today by a nice guy in the front. I forgot to ask his name, he was on the first seat to the left. He liked my tattoo. Anyways, he blew out my hair so nice and did what I asked. I loved how he blew out my hair and I’m usually really picky and a lot of ppl never do it right. I will go to him again next time. I how that’s his seat because I want him to blow my hair again next time.

Absolutely ridiculous. Went in for a haircut and asked to skipped the hair wash because was in a hurry. Cut with blow-dry and hair wash is 40, so I asked how much is it without the hairwash and they said 30. After the hair is done, she charged me 40, the full price. I asked why and the she said I have the hair blow-dry. Seriously, a two three minute hair blow-dry she charged me the full price.

I had a Keritan treatment done for $250 June 1 the top 3 inches of my hair are crinkled I was told it was hair growth what’s today’s date July 24. I did not grow 3 inches in six weeks refused to fix my hair my haircut is uneven $25 my hair color$50 lighten due to the sun And they didn’t adjust the color either these two visits cost me $65 in tips would you be happy

The worst place never ever again will go back there .I ask for Linda to do my hair blow dry i show her picture what i want and when she done with my hair i look horrible have to go back home wash my hair and do it myself. And also i end up paying $35 just to mess up my hair !! If i can rate it 0 thats what they deserve not more then that !!

I recently got a perm and after four hours it came out not how I really expected it to. The roots of my head are as curly as I wanted itw to be, but as you go down you can see that the curls has just vanished like it’s not even curls anymore just waves or straight. Maybe it’s my hair type but I doubt it. A perm should not look like this.

I wanted to give 5 stars I’ve been coming here for sometime and they do amazing blowouts but DO NOT wash your hair here or use “special conditioner” I washed my hair out this morning and smelled perm in my hair and I have VERY curly hair when I brushed it out it was pin straight not ONE curl. I am so disappointed with this service!

I took my two sons to this hair salon on Friday for haircut, after that day, both of my son got omicron positive…. I’m feel so guilty… I shouldn’t took the to this place… now they both in hospital, I just want to tell you that there are viruses everywhere, especially in certain places... please dun risk ur child’s life …

haircut is good, but i had to shampoo again when i was home! i touched my head and a lot of cutouted hair sticked on my hand! it got me mad. cuz they did shampoo only before haircut, and then blew it. thatz so- called "cut, wash & blow dry". actually, i totally paid 24 bucks. such a horrible experience wont make me return!

They’re always in a rush to get the job done and get you out of there. The lady mutilated my hair, may it RIP. It came out horrible and after multiple pointing out the mistakes she was unable to fix. Not professional barbers. I ended up wearing a hat for a day until I got another haircut elsewhere the next day

My hair is always perfect when I go there they are very fast it took like five minutes to wash my hair and like another five minutes to straighten and they put highlights in my hair it came out beautiful they've put extensions in and it looks beautiful so yeah I was very happy and their prices are so good

Normally the haircuts are quality. Today I went there with 3 children. Haircuts were ok, not great. Prices were raised, which I found out, afterwards, when paying. They charged me $65 for 3 child haircuts. Never going back. Not my responsibility to pay for your lost profit due to COVID.

Terrible! The man cut my neck as he was cutting my hair. I told him my left side is longer and he insisted that it’s not. This is also the first salon I been to that does not blow out my hair even for just a cut. He also blamed how my hair came out because I always tie up my hair.

Today was my first time going to Charming Salon and it was a wonderful experience. The woman who washed my hair also massage my scalp, neck, & shoulders. Linda blew my hair out and did an amazing job. the price is amazing too! I highly recommend

CHILDREN ANSWER THE PHONE! VERY HARD TO GET INTO CONTACT WITH EMPLOYEES. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COLOR BLONDE HAIR! VERY YELLOW. THEY BURN SCALP. CUT HAIR WAYY TO SHORT!
