Our expectations were way too high considering that this is a renowned agency. This has been one of the most unpleasant experiences we've been through. From being misinformed to incorrect docs being submitted to the deeds office to the Principal ignoring all correspondence informing her to take accountability for her agents, you will only ever receive disappointment from CPM. We were unfortunate to have dealt with an agent who misinformed us about monthly levy amounts, garage use etc and when we reached out to the Principal, she could never help us because she couldn't "get involved" - so please help me understand who can get involved if the agent we were dealing with has left the agency? Over telephone correspondence we were informed that the amounts displayed on the sale agreement were as provided by the seller and that increases took effect at the AGM, I then reached out to the seller for a statement dated prior to the sale agreement and she provided amounts totally different to the sale agreement so the agent messed up by not performing her due diligence and the agency wouldn't take accountability. They still haven't provided us supporting docs as they realized they've made an error. We had to involve our attorney who reached out to the Principal to take accountability and compensate us for their error but she blatantly ignored all correspondence. Their level of unprofessionalism is astonishing for such a large agency. This agency will do the most to ensure that buying a home is the most unpleasant experience of your life.

I called up someone by the name of Tracy Maharaj to view a place and I told her that I will confirm the time but something came up and I never ended up confirming the appointment. She still goes ahead and sets up an appointment with the seller and when I called her back the following day, she answered the phone with oh what do u want. Then she proceeds to scream at me talking in a very rude manner. I've spoken to many agents and this is the first time I've ever come across such a rude, aggressive person and I had her on loud speaker and my whole family heard her insult me. Absolutely pathetic. She clearly does not care for her clients. Not professional at all. The response below is the furthest thing from the truth. I called in to ask if you had a sole mandate with the property as I would like to deal with a different agency and your staff that was very apologetic on your behalf kept transfering me to you. They then called me saying that you would like to speak to me which I declined. I'm glad I did that as your response is so full of lies as you basically twisted the whole thing around. If I was so rude then why did you whatsapp me explaining yourself after I said you was rude to me. Lastly all my calls are recorded so if you need me to refresh your memory as well as your staffs, I will gladly do so. Don't be rude to people as everyone is going through something and a simple apology never hurt anyone. Thanks I've dealt with maxprop and they are simply the best.
