I just opened a Chase account a few days ago as a backup. I went into the physical branch today at this location & everyone was so kind and helpful from the time I entered until I left. From the security guard to the teller, banker and another clerk that helped me out. Excellent customer service.

There are 11 teller windows. Only two of them are occupied and that's every time I come here. Very slow customer service, untrained staff.. it's really annoying if you're not planning to spend the rest of your day at the bank! Why do you have 11 windows if you're not going to use them??

Least favorite chase after 6pm. Because you cant use the atm in the lobby because they lock it ! So you would have to use the atm on the corner of crenshaw and vernon main busy street , very uncomfortable. Don't want to deposit my money on the corner ! Drove here for nothing.

This chase in my opinion has the worst costumer service i went in trying to pay my auto loan and the lady was asking me repeatly saying what i wanted to do and i kept telling her that i wanted to pay my auto loan. I honestly hate this chase never going again!!

POOR customer service for PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND SR CITIZENS. I fell on their 'ramp' . They blamed me. It's hard to get assistance if you have a HIDDEN DISABILITY. This branch TOOK ...stole, money ,from my TRUST, and didn't want to give it back.

2 tellers and a long line at a little after 2pm. The customer service for the elderly was good to allow them to walk away from the window to get whatever they were missing and walk straight back to the teller to complete there transaction.

The people r very slow it was no one waiting and I had to wait for 30 mins and no one ever said anything like hold on or they will be with me in a little while it's ridiculous never again I just got up and left.

I stepped in here a few days ago to handle some account business. Very friendly service! The branch has some construction going on for some really cool stuff in the future! Can't wait to see what's coming!

The lines are a little long, but the tellers are very friendly, and the customer service is awesome. They Know You by name and when they see you, they always greet you with a smile.

I wanted to give a 5 + star rating to Olga Soto- she is a teller with the best customer service - she is so helpful and has the best energy and attitude-- an outstanding young lady

Well they have a very long wait time and that is bothersome to me although there service is very good and they are very curtious there and the parking sucks ...

Have to wait a long time when I go in. It's always dirty on the Crenshaw side and the building needs painting. Not enough of Business Bankers.

I’ve recently gotten stolen from via card information and have ONLY been using this locations ATM for withdraws. Do not trust their ATM.

Bank tellers everywhere should be worrying about job security at Chase bank. Their jobs are being taken over by giant atms!
