I went in to cash a check made out to me, and I don't have an account, and they ask me for ID. I gave them my driver's license and they started the process. After several minutes on the computer the teller asked me for a second I D. I told her I do not have another ID. The only other idea I had was a military ID that was expired. The teller told me I couldn't use it. And she call me she could not cashed the check. Then she asked me what else I would like to do. I told her I'll just cash it at the Escondido branch. She stepped my check with a stamp reading endorsement cancel JPMorgan Chase Bank NA. She also said they won't cash the check either, but I've cashed a checkthere before I don't understand why I can't cash a check from their bank and why they do not honor it.

As an immigrant, I never received such terrible service. And I felt so much hidden discrimination and arrogance from both bankers talked to me. I brought my mom to open a new account, and the banker Chris basically sat in his office, told us the policy, not even showed a bit respect like going over some options of different accounts. Then he thought the 2nd ID might not be valid, then not even asked my mom to show everything. We said we used to open a new account at Citibank with the same documents, and he answered then you should go to Citi bank.

I love going into this Chase Bank in Pacific Highlands. I have always had excellent, personal service and rarely have to wait. The tellers are friendly and have good courteous eye contact with each customer and they greet me by my name as if I’m a welcomed friend. I am a Senior and sometimes my bank needs are complicated but the tellers and bank representatives are always patient and have always professionally resolved every issue.

Terrible customer service. Went in to initiate an urgent stop payment but all bankers were in a meeting and when I told them what I needed, I was told to wait until their pow wow was finished. If I was to do a mortgage or any other revenue generating action, I guarantee they would have helped me immediately. I left and went to the Del Mar branch. Much better there.

Non professional and poor service: My Chase account was hacked and thus closed. After two days back and forth the branch manager could not open a new account for me. As recommended by Chase customer Service I went to another branch, namely Chase Sorrento Valley branch and they did it at the spot. I do not recommend Chase Pacific Highlands branch. branch.

Tried this location rather than Del Mar Heights....going back to Del Mar Heights. They push you to use the ATM I didn’t want to because I was depositing my paycheck. If you use ATM you don’t need a bank. Then they held the funds which has never happened to me at a teller before. I couldn’t pay my rent as a result. Two thumbs down chase.

Just in simple words I wanna say it !!!!!!! PAYAM HAGHANI is the best person I have ever met. Always helps my parents when they need help because they don’t speak English. He always welcome them with golden words and I can’t appreciate him enough. God bless you brother ♥️

I normally do not post comments. But this branch services are terrible. I went there few times, and they just lack of knowledge to help me. I went to Del Mar Highlands Town Center branch and never had any problems there.

Justin was very helpful and has gone out of his way to help with signature verification service we needed for buying treasuries. Extremely prompt in getting back to your call. Thank you for the service

Why are they closed on Sundays??? I work full time Monday - Friday, so I can’t ever cash my checks unless I take time off of work.

Every employees greet me kindly. They have a lot of parking lot.
