Zero/nada/none/no customer service. Teller Luz has a bad attitude. I'd fire her in a second. When someone says hi, or thank you, there's a huge tenancy of answering with a smile, at the very least. Luz has no common sense. Horrible customer service from these people who use and take your money.

Will not recommend to open a Business Account at this location, would not recommend to open an Account at this location. I had an appointment and they didn’t even called me to notify that the bank would be close today and I made the appointment with the manager.

It’s Saturday morning. There is only one ATM and one teller working. The line and wait are very long. The line is mainly moving because people are leaving in frustration. The bank is clean and conveniently located, but I’ll be going elsewhere.

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars, worst branch location ever. The outside ATMs are ALWAYS broken or out of cash. Tried talking to the branch manager and he just says call corporate. How hard can it be to ensure the machines have enough cash...

I'll have to agree with the previous reviews. They only have about one to two tellers available. This one time I had a young lady teller attend me, I expected her to say something to initiate the transactions, such as "How may I help you?"

Terrible service. At the time of my last visit, there were 4 other clients waiting to speak to one of the account managers, and while 2 out of the 3 ladies were busy attending other clients, this one lady at the first desk was on the phone

The worst Chase branch I've ever been. My car got damaged by hit & run driver in this Chase parking lot within 10 minutes while I'm inside the branch. There was on duty bank security guard at the time in the parking lot. I asked for

Worst service ever! They have one window open, or two if you're lucky! They are SO SLOW! This branch needs to reconsider their current practices. Be ready to wait 10 to 20 min for a single transaction.

I came in today to maybe open up another account and some gentleman there said it’s procedure that it takes 1 hour and he didn’t want to help Because they close at 5pm it was 420 pm when I arrived

This place sometimes is close I had to go to another bank just because they didn’t open. I updated again because on Saturday they said they close at 2 :00 guest what it was close at 1:00 really?

I drive past this location to go to another chase. Always close early, staff is no help and ready to jump if you ask them a question. New manager does know how to run this branch like Rudy did.

Very quick and professional experience I had, no complaints really just besides property care it seems a bit run down and dirty. Nothing the bank employees can fix it’s a management issue.

Slow service. Huge lines on Friday's! Thank God for the ATMs inside, where I can do all my business check deposits once a week. Don't need to deal with the tellers. Very convenient!

Friendly staff, usually when I come it's empty and I just come for the atm. But when I opened the account the girl was very nice and friendly and explained everything good.

Was able to quickly make an appointment and was easily able to make account changes. Shout out to Diana for being awesome and the security guard too.

Terrible service, we have like 15 people in line and only one person at the till, thank God, I only come to this bank once a month.

The new machines they put in on the inside are great. Staff is great. Just gets very packed at times and can be time consuming.
