I was there to style my hair and didn’t felt too good about it. Firstly, I had a real bad customer experience . I was told that my blowdried hair would last for maximum 3 days and it didn’t even lasted that long . And i felt the hairstylist being rude and didn’t even greeted me or at-least give a smile.

Empress Chatters is the best! Patricia is a wonderful hair stylist. She always blows me away with my hair whether its changing the colour or style. Very insightful for recommending what looks best for her clients. The front desk staff are knowledgeable & kind. Its an everyone is welcome kind of place.

Sheila was wonderful. This was the first time I’ve actually had my hair cut specifically for curly hair. I showed her pictures of styles I had in mind. She was easy to talk to, and gave advice for upkeep. She did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the results.

Very impressed with my experience here! My hair stylist was Angie Hunt, I got a deep condition treatment done, trim and style. The style held and looked sooo good even the next day! I booked only the morning of and got an afternoon

I am very dissatisfied with the service, namely when they sell a poor quality product and then refuse to refund the money. exchange only for the same product model. and the quality of the same model leaves much to be desired. Be careful

Heather did a great job with my hair ,would definitely recommend! She did balayage on my hair and fixed a bad haircut that I got at a different salon. She was knowledgeable and friendly ,made me feel comfortable and love my hair again .

* edit, they don't allow you to return the product as I thought because I bought something, it did not do as advertised so I went to return it after one week with my receipt and they only gave a store credit, would not refund my money.

Decided to go to Chatters for haircut today Aug 28 , seeing as Chapters didn't have the series of books I have been following. Thank you, Sheila for the awesome haircut. It feels lighter now, and no more itchy ears. See you next month.

This company always has great employees who are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't make me feel stupid not knowing a lot about the products and have great insights on what can help me achieve the look I'm going for.

I love the staff. They are extra helpful. A lot of them are quite knowledgeable. I love the fact that they take the product back if it doesn't work out within a month, even if its used!

Went there to get my hair curled and half way up. Cost me $65.. no wash.. no haircut.. the price was ridiculous.. but the person who did my hair was super friendly and helpful
