That was the email response I recieved from them after going into see them in regards to a 3 Cylinder EV. When I was in the showroom, I was barely allowed to get anywhere near the car as she was hovering like a hawk. I asked about the car, features, getting to know it a bit more and she wasn't knowledgeable. I then spotted a newer model and asked about that. One one I couldn't even open the doors to get into. I followed up in regards to a test drive cause unlike most people I've never driven an EV so I don't even know if I would be interested in moving forward with it and was told I should come back tomorrow because I needed to be 100% sure I wanted the car because of Tyre Kickers and I should bring my husband as he was paying for the car... Luv, it's an EV. It's not your R35s. Last time I checked, people didn't joyride in a 3 cylinder EV JDM. After my experience, my husband applied to look at the car and got a response from a male which was completely the opposite response. Come on down, let us know what days work for you so we can work something out! So misogynistic much? That response above was direct from CarSales, basically saying we don't want your business but my husband was welcomed with open arms. Funnily enough, I got an auto email from CarSales offering a reduced price on the car I looked at The customer service given that day and then followed up by that email, was all that I needed to go elsewhere. Yes, I found another import company that let us drive the car not once but twice and even though the model wasn't right for us, we are using him to import the higher spec model. Pro tip, maybe treat people with respect instead of profiling them and you might get sales on your overpriced cars ‍♀️

Bought a car from here a week ago and I love it. The car is in fantastic condition and was serviced and washed prior to pick up.
