I was very excited to order the honey pistachio cake for my partner’s birthday, especially after seeing reviews for it on their website. I was even more appreciative that they were able to accommodate a last minute request. However, the cake was a let down. First, I had requested that they design it like the one on the website, which was a light green, but the one I received was a bright green and the design overall looked amateurish. Secondly, like previous google reviews, the cake was super dry. The filling helped offset it a bit, but you could still tell that it was dry. I really wanted to find a bakery that I loved so that I could be a repeat customer. Unfortunately, I’ll pass on this one.

I’m dissatisfied with the customer service from this shop post-purchase. I ordered 2 smash cakes for my daughter’s 1st birthday party, and there were a few issues with the cakes that I emailed the store about. I have not received a reply from them even though both myself and my partner have tried following up with them through email and Instagram. My daughter couldn’t smash through either cake (we could barely cut through them with a knife because they were so dense), one of the cakes wasn’t the flavour I requested which I couldn’t have known until after cutting into it, and the overall taste of both cakes was not worth the cost whatsoever.

Amazing French European style Pastry with some yummy Cakes and desserts, the taste will make you feel as if you were in some traditional Parisian pastry. very stylish vibe and super friendly and knowledgeable service. Portions are big so you get a great value for your money. Once you get there enjoinment is granted.

Lovely place for a treat before or after your appt in the building there are sandwiches and savory pastries as well as all the other treats (notice the homemade marshmallows). All the yummy treats are made on-site and the smell is enough invitation when you enter the building. They also do occasion cakes. There is an espresso machine to make all your favorite coffee delights. The staff are also genuinely fun and pleasant.... this visit adds a smile to your day.

I recommend Cheer Me Up! to anyone looking for a place to have a cake made. Marina made the cakes for my godson's 1 year birthday, which had a dinosaur theme. She answered all my questions, understood my needs and made perfect recommendations. The red velvet is delicious! All the guests commented on it. Many thanks to Marina and Steve for your help.

We got the honey raspberry cake. Absolutely delicious. So beautiful and cute. May I say as well what a beautiful presentation. It is a very beautiful gift and actually made my daughter's day for her birthday.

We went for the first time today, for a coffee, sandwich and N almond croissant. All good. The almond croissant was amazing, will definitely will be returning for more. Many other treats to go back and try!

Great place! Daisy was a gem at the front counter! Very helpful in describing the goods and the experience as a whole was lovely. Croissants are average. Filo pastry savoury style are delicious! Spinach and cheese comes highly recommended.

Delicious chocolate-orange cake! Beautifully decorated and packed. Great taste, real buttery cream, like it’s supposed to be. Service is fantastic, price is reasonable. I’ll definitely order more cakes from this place!

My Mum and I stopped in late afternoon today and weren't sure what to expect, but we were able to find some sweet treats and great coffee made to order. We were very pleased and will be back!
