I love this library, it's one of my favourite places to relax. Not even my closest library to home but prefer this one, it's on my way home from work and are open til 8pm, which I love.They always have the best selection of new release

A great local library, fantastic book choice across the Kingston libraries. New app for the library is fantastic! Linda at Chelsea branch was fantastic at helping me get the app, and find some reads for Women in Translation month!

What courteous and helpful people. I stopped in to see if I can get my phone charged today and they were most helpful in permitting me to do this. Love the new renovation. A fantastic community asset with great staff.

Such a great library staff are so nice and welcoming. They helped me with some scanning today and couldn't thank them enough. Renovations were worth waiting for!

Contemptuous of ratepayers ++ in my experience. Councils official complaints system an absolute farce. (expect sarcasm++ delay, delay, delete at every level)

Libraries need to be rediscovered. Chelsea library is well laid out to explore new things including computers and 3d printers and even a geocaches
