I have been going to this chemist almost exclusively for about 10 years. I cannot speak highly enough about the service and staff here. I have a complicated medical history and they have always supplied my medication at the cheapest possible price. Thanks to recent surgery, I am now only on one medication, but I will always be loyal to this pharmacy. Jenny has been there for a long time along with the pharmacist Nick amongst others. There is not a high turnover of staff, so they get to know you pretty well and are always cheerful and seem genuinely happy to see people. Boronia has a few pharmacies, but for friendly service and genuine care for it's clients, this one is pretty hard to beat!

Hands down best Pharmacy around. All the staff including retail are super friendly and go to the effort to learn and greet you by first name and ask how your day has been. Nick and Catherine dispensing are very professional, helpful, no fuss and efficient. I never wait more than 5 minutes for a script even when busy, they have also helped me with emergency doses when needed, no problem. Also got my whooping cough shot done by Catherine, no script needed. I've been to quite a few different pharmacies and will never go anywhere else. I don't do many reviews but I've been so impressed with their service i felt obliged to return the favour, keep up the great work guys

Went tonight to pick up some allergy medication. Given it was 6:55pm and they close at 7:00, I understand they may have been eager to close. When I got to the entrance, the doors were locked but I could see the staff at the front counter only a few feet away. I lightly tapped on the glass to get there attention to have one staff member look directly at me then turn back around and pretend not to have seen me. Again I understand wanting to close, but you are open until 7 not out the door at 7. It was Inconvenient and I felt very disrespected

The male Pharmacist, Nik, is arrogant and a superiority persona. I've been going for years but he seems to be like this to others in line too, every single time. The female pharmacist is lovely though and really knows her stuff and able to communicate well with everyone. The staff are also nice :) Also, it's not a discount pharmacy as it seems to be similar prices to other pharmacies but okay for a quick trip if you need prescriptions

Always friendly, helpful and efficient, they make me feel right at home. They always make sure I understand any new medications and their possible side effects. A fantastic range of products to choose from and well laid out. Prices are good value for money. They used to be a Priceline but recently changed and now have a much more diverse product line.

I missed it today, thought it was open till 8pm but oh well, it's usually a top shop with top extremely knowledgeable staff I've personally found, don't no maybe I just copped everybody having one of those top days people seem to have sometimes, has got something to do with the moon apparently?

This was always my favorite pharmacy to go to until I moved to castlemaine. The staff are great and very helpful and Nick the owner well all I can say about him is he is a legend. Couldn't be happier with this pharmacy. My new one is nothing compared to this one.

I can give CDC Boronia 100% thumbs up. The chemist's were very professional and the staff were also very knowledgeable and helpfull. Also parking space outside of the shop was excellent as well.

Really helpful advice and service by Peter and Susie today meant I was quickly able to get an escript sent then filled just in time before they shut. Outstanding service, thank you.

Great chemist. The staff are great. Good prices too. The Webster packs are free when you take your prescriptions there.
