When we were trying to move our things from Adelaide to Brisbane, we were looking for a reliable, efficient removalist who represents good value for money. Upon selecting Chess Moving and having received the excellent service, I am happy to say that we have chosen the right organization. Ever since my first contact with them, every query and question I asked were promptly asnwered. Chess Moving Adelaide admin team, especially Chelsea, did a tremendous job of tailoring the quote according to my need and keeping clear communication all the time. The team that came to upload our goods in Adelaide were such a professional yet friendly team! we were not clients, we became friends to them immidiately (Even we have enjoyed a little performance as well). They documented everything, took extra care while covering and loading the items (they even provided tehir own supplied curton for our TV). They went above and beyond to carry my son's upright piano which was very difficult to take out of the property. We are most satisfied with the quickness of their delivery. They delivered the goods to us in Brisbane within 4 days which was totally unexpected. We are very delighted to have such quick and professional service from Chess Moving. The team that unloaded the goods at brisbane were freindly and charming. I spent quiet a few times with them just enjoying their company. They were courteous, hard working and have can do attitude. Overall I am entirely satisfied with the service we received from Chess Moving.

Chess Moving Adelaide was very professional and the price really depict the quality of the service. Free on site quotation. Boxes, packaging papers and tapes were provided accordingly with ability to request additional boxes & tapes if required. Correspondence via email was responsive. Option to pay via bank deposit if you want to avoid credit card surcharge. Furniture like bed frame will be dissambled by the removalist but in my case I did it myself which save the removalist time in loading the household contents. Plastic cover was provided to cover mattresses. Soft furniture was covered with blanket during collection day. John & Patrick were very professional and did their job very well. All boxes and loose items were loaded and stacked properly to fill in the whole contena till the door. John particularly was loading the contents like puzzle. I was so amazed! I managed to treat them coffee for their hardwork. Looking forward to observe the quality of Chess Moving Melbourne when the boxes and loose items gonna be unloaded later.

With moving interstate being as stressful as it is finding as removalist who will treat your furniture with care and respect I can highly recommend chess removals From start to finish I have had 100% faith in this company from dealing with the lady in the Cairns office to the guys who came out and loaded my furniture to the arrival date being spot on to the unloading of the furniture at my destination I had not one problem and everything this company said they would do they did. I have used these guys twice now for interstate moves the first from Melbourne to Brisbane and the second and most recent Brisbane to Adelaide and I can not recommend them highly enough ! They took so much care and consideration with my belongings on both occasions and the move was flawless! The only thing that broke was a champagne glass which I find amazing on such an epic journey! Rebecca who is the receptionist in the Brisbane office has been exceptional in communication and getting everything done on time and was a joy to deal with! Ten points and I will defiantly be using and recommending them to friends again in the future!

Chess Moving recently did our move from Adelaide to Perth, including packing all boxes for us. I could not have been happier with the wonderful staff who were extremely friendly, helpful and very careful with all our belongings. We had a great experience with Chess Moving Adelaide with moving our things from Adelaide up to Brisbane. We particularly appreciated the professionalism of Johanna the sales manager. When two large bench seats weren't able to fit on our truck unexpectedly and had to be moved separately, Johanna was very proactive in tracking them down and making sure they arrived safely. Really great service from Sonia and the team. Nothing was too much trouble including all my indecision about moving dates and insurance. Had some extra bits to drop off which was no trouble at all. I was allowed drive them to the depot and drop them off. Rhys and Adam collected my furniture great hard working team. Corey and Shane delivered at the other end. We used Chess removals to pack up our home in Perth and split our belongings in to Storage and then to Darwin. The packing service was very efficient and the team were friendly. The service took slightly longer than expected however the team kept up communication and were great to deal with. Thanks to Jess for getting us onboarded and to Natalie for looking after us during the move. I would use the team again without hesitation.

Chess moved us from Adelaide to Sydney with a weeks notice. The team were very professional, labelling all our items and keeping a clear inventory that made it really easy when we unpacked to check we had everything. The Adelaide team were great to deal with - excellent customer service and friendly staff. They got the truck packed in less than 2 hours, and the Sydney team were also great - unpacking our stuff in a few hours.

From the time we booked in our move to the time the last piece was put into position Chess Moving were excellent to deal with. Super responsive emails and kept informed during the entire process. The guys who did the move worked extremely hard, 2 flights of stairs to contend with and tricky disassembly of a few items they powered through it all. The team that helped us were efficient and helpful. We had 290 boxes from overseas and they had to be dropped at two different locations. There was miscommunication between the overseas party and Chess but the Chess team quickly rectified the issue and made the process very smooth. I would recommend them to anyone
