Surprisingly, this station has the best prices since this past summer even though it is still so close to the West side. Their prices were even better than South Vancouver and rivaled those around Clark Drive. Pumps were working almost every time I was here. Lighting was good. I didn't need to go inside so have no comment about the store or washrooms. I'm close enough to this location so I always go late in the evening to drive consistently without much traffic. This also means that leaving the station and going in any direction was pretty easy as well since this station was at an intersection. If you did want to come during the day, this area is so close to so many good restaurants and cafes so you can combine the fill up with a meal, a coffee (and/or donut at Lucky's) or grocery shopping at the nearby Save On Foods.

I am a 59 year old woman that was on her way to a dog rescue seminar at UBC from Chilliwack. I stopped at this gas station to get gas and have a quick washroom break and I was refused rudely to use the washroom. I was in my attire showing I was in a rescue group, and I said I'm getting gas, and was still refused. I am so disguested with Chevron. I will never stop ever at one of your stations again. You have just lost a customer. This employee should be ashamed of himself.

I visit this gas station everyday, the rudeness from the customers not to mention the specialness / self entitlement on full display with what they demand from the store employees (who often work alone) is sometimes sickening. Example a woman wanted the gas station closed so someone can show her how to use air to fill her tire. It’s called YouTube you Porsche driving spud. Be kind to these people, or maybe just be kinder in general.

Yay thank you chevron for always having good deals on drinks and snacks and gas…. Especially red bulls 2 for 8.99 and vitamin waters 2 for 4.44 plus fast friendly service it’s always good plus it’s nice and clean in the store and the washroom which is rare especially for a gas station ⛽️ I like going to this chevron, I go here at least once or twice a week…. I went to fillup gas and then wanted use washroom. So I filled gas first and then went to ask for washroom but the cashier said its not working. However I did not see any sign at the Washroom so I asked cashier but kept saying no. Just refusing the customer didnot sound good to me. I would not suggest any one to go there. If you or any child wants to use washroom go to some other gaststation. very bad exoerience

It’s a gas station and it has gas. Chevron also boasts that it has 94 octane gas. This location is convenient for me as I go westbound on 12th from Kingsway every night. It is a few cents more expensive than the chevron on 2918 Kingsway. The convenience store inside is small and they have restroom issues. One time I was told it’s out if service, another time I was told they don’t have a restroom.

Worst customer service, the indian guy there is very rude and wont let customers use the washroom and will say its out of order, even though, by law they are suppose to have a working washroom. This should be brought up to authorities attention, looks like this is not the first time, i saw atleast a dozen of reviews in the first page about them not letting customers use the washroom.

I sometimes fill my gas from here, i needed to use the restroom the guy at the till (with beard and glasses) blatantly loed that there's any restroom at this location it turned out that there's one at the back when i told the staff that there reply was that it's not in service and i said there's no sign on the reply was they forgot..wow Very bad experience

It's a gas station, what more could you expect other than gas pumps and decent customer service. Best thing about Chevron is the 94 octane pumped separately from the cheaper gas. Sadly this is one of the few remaining Chevron gas stations in Vancouver after many closed down. Downside is it could get a little crowded on the small lot.

The night clerk Steve is an old Caucasian man that will yell at any customer that needs service because he needs to sleep while we watch him sleep through their big windows. Complain to the brown guy whos the manager and he will tell you not to take an extra paper cup when Chevron has billions of dollars as a rich corporation

the guy with the hoop earrings is way too cool to work at a gas station, he pretended i wasn’t at the counter for over a minute and then, as someone was coming out, told me the washroom was out of order. but he said it in such a cool way. maybe install more mirrors so he can look at himself more?

I went in to the gas station to buy a pack if smokes i was 19 as of February 6th 2021 and he would let me buy it because my birth year is 2002 which makes no sense. I did the math on my calculator to show and he told me to go to a different store because he has better things too do

I stop on my way to work really early in the morning (0430) and the prices are still cheap compared to any other station in the area. The one time I did need help the clerk was really rude yelling over the speaker system. There was no reason to yell; he was just plain rude.

Bad service in store and the employee doesn’t know how to talk with customer. One employee is looking like south India and his name starts from “D” is very rude and disrespectful with customers. I advise to everyone that don’t go in this gas station

Need to check upon your associates. Just before the shift change day associate lets use the public washroom and right after the shift change - evening associate puts on washroom out of order every single day. This is not customer service.

Price may be competitive but slowest pumps in town. So slow in fact that I gave up half way and will fill up elsewhere. My time is not worth it. Seriously, 10 mins for 30 litres. And I've been there on more than one occasion. Same slow.

They do not allow anyone to go to the washroom, right now most of Chevron gas Stations are doing the same despite that any other gas stations dose not have that restriction.

You can count on the price being the best in the area, especially after 9:00pm. You might find a penny less per litre on Knight Street but only Chevron has 94 octane gas.

SCAMMED! I used my credit card at the pump. I was charged an extra $250 on top of my bill. I didn’t find out until days later when I saw it in my credit card bill.

Stopped here, pumped fuel and left. Never went inside. Only at the pump worked great! Wish I could comment on the lighting but I stopped here during the day.

30 year old cashier with glasses, a chin strap, and a chip on his shoulder is flat out a garbage person. Seriously will avoid going there from now on.

I hate chevron and this place is why. Staff were very rude and talking amongst themselves. Seemed like I interupted them, by coming into buy lunch.

A-OK about sums it up. I don't like how Chevrons are locked up at night but the pumps were on when I needed them and they don't charge for air.

My favorite pump in Vancouver, offers Aeroplan rewards, has digital machines, good gas prices, convenient location, has toggle pump handles.

I fill my tank with Chevron always. Their partnership program Journie gived you chance to save 3 cent per litre each time you fill up.

i can confirm that they have a car vacuum for $2, and a free air station. As well as your standard gas station with refreshments etc..

Beware the washroom is always out of service, after spending over $100 in gas you should be able to expect functional washrooms.!

SLOW PUMPS Went Friday Dec 5, 2020. Pumped $125 /100L of reg gas and it took 16 mins.

Great location but the pumps are so slow. If there's any sort of line up, forget it.
