hi to all the nice people of san jose ca specially to thoses who live close to 395 bird ave chevron gas station. well here i go with my really bad experience that happens to me in chevron gas station at 395 bird ave san jose ca i was reading all you reviews im surprises how all you get the good services well not to long ago like 6 weeks i was there to buy my coffe a round 10:00pm there was this 2 employes i remember there name 1.Andrew the 2.Jerome see this what i dont understand how you guys get the good services when this 2 idiots work there im sorry excuse my words but im very sad the coffe looks terrible like it beens sitting there for hours and its smell horrible i ask if they can make new one they look at me and all they did ignore me and start laughing rite at the moment i was there there comes a old man tellim the guy name Jerome he mess up with the pump number they guy because hes big he think hes though guy he push the old man with no helping him or explanation now thats the way to help costumer service and help old people thats really wrong the owners of this place needs to stop the way thoses idiots help they do nothing at all thats so sad:( well take care all see you god bless AMERICA

Only went here to use the Bitcoin ATM to sell some bitcoins. Was basicly easy and worked well for getting $100's out but when i tried to get $20's it said there was a problem, took my bitcoins and then went back to the main screen without giving me any info at all. Customer service was very helpful and prompt and even gave me back an extra $5.14. Why that amount, I havent been able to figure out. They told me a tech would be there shortly to fix the problem and that i could try again. I opted not to test my luck. I did however go back a few days later and was able to sell $318 worth of bitcoins for $300 in 3 crispy $100 bills and this time when i tried to get $20's i found that they jad fixed the problem by making the buttons just plain not do anything at all. So you can get any denomination as long as its $100. Oh and the Chevron.... its a gas station with gas and snacks and smokes the same as any other i guess....

Spent $30 @6.10 a gallon.. I know that if u pay at the pump they put a temp hold of a day well I've never seen it go past 12 hours . They Attempted to hold 175 but did not have enough also so $66. + $30 was take its been 5 days and they are still holding my money and to top it off my card overdrafted by 28 . Thanks chevron but where's my money???

Right off the freeway and I'm kind of a funky area but it has good access the grounds are very clean the vacuums are excellent that water are for free the gas prices are decent in the store as well kept and we'll start inside the owners are very nice gentleman can you please like an extension of owner

I've never used the car wash but used to get my gas here more frequently than anywhere else in the downtown San Jose area. Price tends to be a little cheaper than the Chevron across from City Hall, and the staff is friendly. Not the cleanest Chevron.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH!! I'm not a fan of drive thru car washes. Went to this one because I was in a hurry, and it left a permanent scratch marks on my hood. Unless you drive a garbage truck or an old beater, I wouldn't use this car wash.

The gas station is convenient and the prices are average. Has a car wash. Not a bad place but there are a number of homeless that hang out close by. They will solicit money from you right at the pump on the odd occasion.

Nothing special, but located near a freeway entrance. The place is a mess during busy hours since the lot is small, and therefore doesn't afford much space for cars to maneuver. Prices are so so.

Gas prices are good, but because they are always good and in a prime location, the pumps are always full of cars. On a side note, they have great prices on their Icees: $1.29, $1.49, $1.69

It was difficult to rate this gas station because it was crowded with tons of people watching the nearby fireworks. However, it's conveniently located near the freeway.

I always go here, everything that you need is here when selecting a convenience store, and the cashier's are mostly friendly but they need a little bit more experience.

My go to for gas and a wash. Almost fought a few homeless people a few times, but other than that not so bad. At least the concessions are always fresh and stocked.

I'm using this gas station every day. Always good milage on their gasoline. Also it has brushed car wash and some food and drinks. Located in one light of 280.

I spent almost $100 in gas and carwash and I ask if I can use the bathroom and they told me to buy something inside if I wanted to use it,that's ridiculous.

Good place except for ghetto location and the manager needs some manners but hey u hire a bird always one . Must be the place that makes him that way

Service was great. Cashier Sergio was very helpful. Gas decent price. Coffee and hot chocolate is always fresh when u go here. I do recommend.

People mostly nice that work there. No women work there? Maybe cuz sometimes homeless and crazies are there yelling at nothing. Shrug

Good variety good service and don't to forget so easy to use your card rewards who couldn't use 10cents off each dollar you spend

It is very difficult to read some of the displays and there is often a wait, but it is in a very convenient location.

I go here almost every morning. The staff is almost like family now! Very kock ass crew. They keep it nice n tidy!

Often the pumps are running extremely slow. Place is well lit and clean. Sometimes homeless do approach you here.

Worst car was on town. I pay 11 dollars and the machine only use water, I don’t know what happened to the soap.

Don't waste your money in this carwash. They usually use only water No shampoo as least express or plus .
