UPDATE 12/13/2023: Three weeks and literally no comment from management nor from owner(s). I’ll proceed accordingly. Sadly, I recommend folks not spend money in this restaurant IF they support such criminal activity against their paying customers inside their establishment. Would appreciate the proprietor connecting with me regarding a serious incident in this restaurant this morning. Please respond with best contact info and I will get in touch. I’ve been visiting this Chick-Fil-A location since it opened, long before their redesign. This morning, as I always do, I parked and started to head in. A guy in the lot kept harassing me, asking me to come over by his car. I said no and went inside. I ordered, paid and sat down to eat breakfast. Chacha is amazing, she provides great service, nice, engaging. The guy outside came in - and started harassing me in front of the staff. They asked him to leave. More than once. I told him without raising my voice to simply order his food or leave - but leave me alone. He yelled at me and approached my table in a threatening manner. He had a small bag with him - at least 3 employees saw it. I did not know what he had in it. Chacha said “If you don’t leave, we’ll call the police.” He headed to the door and.. They all heard him then threaten me with physical harm. He said “You don’t know what I can do. I’ll get you outside.” I raised my voice to tell him again to leave or I would call the police myself.. because he threatened me. My issue is with the so-called Assistant Manager, a very young dark haired gentleman who then told me quote “If you don’t stop, I’ll make you leave too.” You’re going to kick a paying customer out of your business after I was threatened inside your dining room?! I asked for his name and the owners name and contact information. He did not provide and only said “I am a manager.” Had the actual manager been there, who is a great guy, I believe this would have been handled differently. I have contacted my attorney here in Charlotte - it’s just after 7:00 AM. In the end, it was this manager’s responsibility to contact police, provide a safe environment for me as a paying customer in this restaurant. Too bad he doesn’t understand how a business should be run. Chacha should be managing this store. She supported my position, tried to handle but the “manager” kept cutting her off. She offered to bag my food. I left without it.. had one bite before this started. I told this Assistant Manager that I would not be back here until this was resolved properly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst employees ever at this location. I've never been happy with customer service at South Blvd, I really don't know why I keep going back. The guy taking my order was rushing me so much, I could barely even finish speaking before he would cut me off and say "what else?". I would have completed my order & told him everything I wanted if he didn't keep rushing me by saying 'what else' after every item I ordered. They're doing too much by trying to squeeze in a 3rd row for ordering. I couldn’t even get between the cones & the dumpster, I ended up having to run over a cone so that I wouldn't hit the dumpster. All while the employees are watching me try to squeeze through ¬ come over to try &move the cone. I go up to the front to get my food & couldn't even pull up all the way since it was too narrow. I couldn't even exit the drivethru! The employee even looked at my car and the path and was trying to figure out how I would get through. They handed me a milkshake that I didn't order& he looked at my receipt &said I was charged for it. So I had to ask for a refund, got the refund & I could hear the girl at the window getting an attitude about it. I told him the person who took my order was rushing & must not have been paying attention. Then they asked for the shake back-um COVID!? I told them it was their mistake &they're just going to throw it away so there's no sense sending it back, right? I just wanted to leave and was in such a foul mood after the guy who took my order who was extremely rude and the fact that I had to run over cones to get through the line. I had to ask them to move the cones so I could fit through to leave otherwise I would've had to drive up onto their curb. I've also seen the manager be just as bad with rushing &will yell at employees in front of customers, just so unprofessional and an unpleasant atmosphere. I’d rather go to the food court in the mall next time than to stop at this location.
Awesome service as always! I miss my lemonade and fries snack! Update 7 March 2023: Michelle was our server this afternoon. She has a quiet confidence, adorable smile, and great attitude. It was a great pleasure having Michelle serve us. This particular location has great potential in the direction of where we appreciate fast food restaurants going. I had a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles meal. My friend had a market salad...I LITERALLY envied his salad over my fried chicken sandwich. His market salad has fresh wedged strawberries, blueberries, and chopped apples among other healthy choices. The atmosphere is clean, busy, but not overwhelming. Michelle truly set the tone for all of the guests that had came inside the restaurant, and assured servicing people who'd preferred dining in. I must say the outside dining area seems to have great potential for holiday themes, meanwhile, simple Christmas lighting would be chíc. 4 years later and there's been a major improvement. I like how this restaurant gives the surrounding stores something to look up to. Great work ‼️

It's very disappointing that I feel I have to write a bad review about such a great brand. The owner of this location is only out for money. I understand the purpose of a business is to make money, but it should not be done with false advertising to boost sales. Back in July this location ran a promotion stating that any customer who orders on a Monday through the mobile app would receive a free item later in the week. I don't normally eat fast food that often but I decided I would go there every Monday for breakfast. I didn't receive anything. I talked to store manager and he told me he would talk to the owner. He took down my email address and nothing happened after. I called back one time in the first week of August, well after the promotion ended and was told that the marketing manager was sending out the emails with rewards. Why would the promotion say you would get the reward by the end of the same week but now I was being told that I would get an email for all the weeks for the rewards. Again, no email. I have called corporate 3 times on this matter and all they say is they are waiting on the owner to respond. I will try corporate again this week. It's a shame that corporate is not making this franchise owner honor the promotion he ran. That location is on the way to work and I refuse to stop there ever again due to how that owner operates his business. If you are going to run a promotion, honor it.

Pulled into the drivethru around 9 and a guy took my order and told me they were not taking cash very inconvenient. Once I pulled up to the window i was the only car there and saw my shake as that was all I ordered. The Hispanic guys laughed and played and continued to ignore me sitting there then a car pulled up closer to the window and a young Hispanic guy greeted them with handshakes and high fives and opened a pizza box. All of this should be on camera as I’m sure if I did something it would’ve been caught in 4K. So all of the employees ate something out of the box laughing and joking while me and now two other cars behind me sat there. Eventually I had to pull over in front of their friends car to get their attention and said I am waiting on the shake and pointed at it sitting there.. by then the guy who took my order had walked up and they handed it to him laughing.. he then said THIS IS NOT MY JOB TO DO THIS. He then brought it to me. This was a horrible experience and they should be fired for the poor behavior and representation. Definitely do not recommend nor will be going back and will be calling corporate. The date of this visit was 12/12/2023 after 9pm

First time I have ever visited this Chick-fil-a and it will be the last. As soon as my daughter and I entered parking lot we were immediately ushered into the third and furthest line from the building. We placed our order with a worker who gave no further instructions. We then proceeded forward but there were no other workers ahead and we had no idea where to go. Being in the 3rd line, you can't even see the signage or window. Therefore we thought we needed to proceed around the building to get back in a different pick-up line closest to the store for our food. However, once we did that, we were immediately told to get back in the 3rd line we had just ordered from. When I mentioned to "JEREMIAH" that we had already ordered and didn't get instructions on where to stop to pick up food, he immediately became VERY rude and dismissive. I suggested that the workers could have been more helpful to direct me to stop up ahead and wait until someone came to our car and he immediately started to chide me for my not understanding their process. He told me he was the manager of that Chick-fil-A and that that were the fastest one in the region. I have to say they are also the RUDEST in the region. Chick-fil-A usually has such great and customer-focused employees but that was not evident at this location at all!
As a regular who comes to the location often, i have had it with how ive been treated. When I first started coming to this location 3 years ago the staff was so nice and friendly and when there were mistakes they were still nice and fixed the situation. Now they are rude and look like they do not want to be there. Ive had many rude employees these past few months that i brushed off because the food was at least correct. The last visit was so bad that i will not be returning to the location. I had rewards on my app for the calendar card and from my silver status. While i was ordering through the drive through i told them i was using the app. Once i came up to the window they said their system has been down all day and they could not offer any of my discounts. I still bought the food to realize that my order was wrong. When i came back for a refund they were very rude and apparently did not know about the system being down. I did not get one sorry from a manager or anybody. This store needs new staff and a new GM.
Worst experience ever. The food, you could tell that they rush to put the food on the fryer and pick up really fast without knowing some of chicken is not fry well and the Fries are over cook. The staff is very disappointed of course there some good people and they are super nice but there some other employee that honestly don’t care about the job. They told us the patio is close even if there still light outside. I have also went in lunch time and it is “close by their employee!“ this place should not have an outside place If they will not use it. This restaurant is a bad restaurant representative for the franchise of Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-a will need to revaluate this restaurant’s policy. I will recommend other chick fil a from it radius.

Wow, I'm so surprised I haven't left a review for this Chick Fil A yet. I have been coming here everyday Monday - Friday for the past 12-18 months. My favorite thing about going to this Chick Fil A in the morning is the team that works there. I always leave there happier and more ready to tackle the day. They are super personable and want to help every get their day started right. Literally every single employee. Food is good, prices are good, service is good, and it's made really quick. I'm there for 5 minutes tops. They are going to be renovating for the next 6 months (they deserve it) so I was told I can replace my morning ritual by going to the Carolina Place mall location. But I will miss the team because I won't see them for 6 months. Thank you to you all for the incredible service you have provided me and I can't wait to get back into the flow with you all! ❤️
Slow and poor service, especially for a Chick-fil-A. Sat in the drive thru at 8pm for 15 minutes with 8 cars in 2 lanes ahead of me and zero movement the entire time while cars piled up behind us. No order takers with iPads to be seen and menus turned off and taped over. Eventually called the restaurant to ask if they were open and could clear the drive through, which now has at least 20 cars in it. The person on the phone said they were open and laughed. A few seconds later, order takers appeared and started taking orders, starting with the first cars in line. Total time in the drive thru was over 25 minutes with no way to exit early. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich. Got a regular. The place can't seem to catch a break.

By far THE WORST Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever, EVER had! I ordered at the drive-thru and from start to finish, all employees were extremely rude. Rude and unprofessional making us Latinos look bad, smh. I’m embarrassed for the way they were acting and speaking and the horrible way they were treating the customers. The guy taking my order had no manners, didn’t even greet me, just rushed me through ordering. Receipt says ‘Jonathan’, but I can’t be sure. Once I got to the window, they were laughing and socializing inside, with their Banda music all loud. Called me ‘Steve’ and didn’t even apologize. AND on top of ALL that, my order was WRONG! Please save your money and Do Not spend it at this location. Drive elsewhere, trust me. The extra drive will be worth it.

This has to be one of the worst Chick-fil-A’s. Every time I go here something is wrong with my order! Whether it’s them forgetting to give me a drink,sauce, or even my food! They never serve you fresh food unless you ask for it. I remember waiting almost 10 minutes for fresh chicken strips and my damn fries were cold! Like what r you all even doing here? Just showing up to work cause it’s cute? Doesn’t make any sense! I bout breakfast this morning and got through the drive through pretty quickly however my hash browns were old! The box was grease stained badly so I know they were sitting in the warmer for longer than 3 minutes (when they’re supposed to dispose them and make fresh one’s)! I just can not with this location. If you wouldn’t want old soggy and Luke warm food why serve it to someone else?
The chicken strips meal was cold and under cooked. Strips mushy and cold. Fries crispy but they were cold as well. I left this location and got on 485 and started to eat my food, when I realized everything was cold. I called this location and I was told there isn’t anything they can do unless I turn around to come back. I informed them that I drive a box truck and it’s almost 5 o’clock. Traffic is already backing up. Their response was come another day. I guess they believe if you eat at a location you must stay near that location. I eat Chick-fil-A very frequently and I guess my standards are set high. Needless to say very unsatisfied. At this time I’d like to give a huge thank you to the Mt. Island location that faithfully makes my orders correctly and fresh! Thank you!!!!!!
The teenagers that were operating the drive thru line were less focused on their job than they were to conversate and joke around with each other about things that had nothing to do with their duties. The young boy that took my order seemed to be in such a hurry to push buttons and be done with me that his greeting was "what do you want?" Not to mention that he was speaking so quickly and softly that I could barely make out that what he was saying were even words. He interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to place my order. Beyond that, more than half of what I ordered was I correct when I received it. My family and I will not be returning to this chic fil a again.

I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that was so quiet and so slow. Arrived around 7:30a on a Friday and the drive through line was not moving. Decided to go inside. It was oddly silent. Only one person taking orders. I ordered a chicken biscuit and a 4 count mini. After waiting for 12 min and watching plenty of people behind me get their orders someone behind the counter announced to the room "is everyone waiting on mini's? We just put one down it will be done a minute". So...you have 6 or 7 people waiting on mini's and you put one down? Doesn't make a lot of sense. Long story short took about 15 min after my order to actually get my food. Other people were asking for their money back because they didn't have time to wait. Not my best experience.
Stopped to have breakfast before I started navigating the Saturday morning DoorDash rush. Walked in the store, the manager greeted me: “ You are early today”. I responded; “I came to get breakfast before getting started”. The associate took my order. I selected option #1 from breakfast menu. Calm music was playing over the intercom, I could hear the calls and responses from employees preparing meals, the beeps and bells from station alerts. And best of all I could smell the aroma rising from the chicken biscuit I was about to devour. I fetched some ketchup for my golden brown round tots. OMG!

I usually don't make posts like this BUT~Thats kinda the purpose of guides correct?! We went thru the drive thru that didn't have menu screens working. Although, everyone seemed like new Young (teens) employees doing their best! The order was simple & short yet still wrong; we tried to get 3 peoples attention to find out what to do to get out of other customers way!! When the Manager/owner whoever he was come out yelling at employees like dogs and even soeaking to us and other customers rudely! Usually Chick-Fil-A is good, but this one is NOT at all worth your time or money. As we were ordering the lady wasn't even listening to what I had to say. I told the lady three times to make sure my lemonade and mean was large. Then, before my boyfriend had paid I asked if she make it large. She said yes. Well, we get up to the window and she did not and had lied about it. The male was at the window had an attitude about it when I told him it was supposed to be late and I had specifically asked for a large. Then, not to mention when we got our food it wasn't even warm one bit and we had litterly gone to the next parking lot to eat it
This is by far the worst chic-Fil-a I have ever been to in my life. Service was terrible and no one was friendly or followed the Chic-fil-a brand of customer service. Took about 15 miles before someone came to our car to take our order and they were not even busy. The kid taking the order could not even stay focused and I had to keep repeating myself. The past THREE times have not been a good experience at this location. The first time the kid taking my order threw up on the side of my car. I get it, it was dead summer and he was hot and exhausted but the way management handled it was disappointing. The next experience, they don’t give me a bun for my sandwich and I don’t realize till I’m on my way back to work and today with my order they don’t provide me with any sauce even though I asked for extra sauce. The amount of times I’ve ordered from this locations and it seems like every single time there is an issue. Super frustrating!
Fast fast fast and the same great food you surely have come to expect from chick fil a. My test for a fast food location is to order nuggets at an off hour like 2pm or 8pm and see if they are good. I've only been going to this location for about 2 months so far but, to date, they have not failed my test yet- even when I try to trick them up by ordering the grilled ones (you do know they have a grilled chicken nugget offering for those of you trying to eat a little better by avoiding fried foods when possible, right?). Give the place a try and tell them consistently good food sent ya!
This has to be the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. The person who took our order wasn't pleasant, there were 5 kids at the window playing, hitting one another all the while the manager sat by and said nothing. Surprised my food was incorrect missing fries and all. Chick fil A needs to make sure their employees follow protocol because I only go there because of awesome customer service. The worst tasting food EVER at a chick fil a. I mean the chicken was old and cold. I cannot believe the experience we had at this location. In my opinion too many kids work there.
Great Chick-fil-A in the south Charlotte area. Food has always been great, employees are always very nice. Very clean store and the location is great, just off the exit at 485. Greg and the early morning crew do a great job. With the recent renovations, this has become my favorite location. Great table service now if you dine in.

Chic Fil A is amazing food wise but today I had an unbelievably rude experience. Went to pick up a mobile order, which I called a catering order by mistake. I wasn’t the one who placed it. I gave the name it was under, the order number, and exact price and they couldn’t find it. When they did find it under “mobile” not “catering” I was instantly talked down to and corrected for using the wrong phrase. Sitting in the lobby waiting I could hear them talking about me and it sucked, not at all an experience I would’ve expected from Chic Fil A.
Got there at 8:15 and the inside was closed, although it states on the doors it's open until 10. Went through the drive thru, with myself, daughter and her friend with the intentions of just eating outside on their patio.. we carry all the food up there to find out that all of the chairs are chained up to the tables. Now I'm sitting there with 35 dollars worth of food, with nowhere to eat it.. except to just drive home and eat there. The entire point of going was to enjoy a decent meal out instead of sitting at home.
I love chick fila, but this is peobably the worst franchise I've been to. The girl that asked for our orders did not wrote our name. When we were at the window they got mad at us for it. When we repeated every single detail of our order, they gave us the bags and we left. We opened them to find 2 meals instead of 3, all the wrong orders. They did not ask for sauces nor did they include even ketchup on their own. A disgrace. The normally amazing fries were salty AF as well. Worst franchise by a long shot.
They gave my food to someone else, so i was blocking everyone behind me that they gave their food to. Then on my order they act like they would make changes to my south west salad. I asked for no tomatoes, and they left it as is.

The food was great as normal. The guy with the whistle in the parking lot was very aggressive towards drivers and the constant whistling was not necessary. I am accustomed to great service from CFA associates but this guy made me want to get out of my car and see if he was as aggressive face to face. I will breakdown and try the Popeye's sandwich if I see him in your parking lot acting the way he has been the last 3 times I've seen him there. Someone needs to reel him in.
This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My van broke down right in front of their drive thru. I waited 30 mins on the tow truck and my ride was another 30 minutes out, after they saw us sitting outside waiting they welcomed us into a private area, sanitized and brought all 3 of my kids and I a meal and drink. It brought tears to my eyes! I'm forever thankful for this place and I will never forget their kindness!!!
This is my only experience with this Chick-fil-A so I can't speak to their consistency. Compared to other Chick-fil-A's everything was 5 stars except for the fries. The chicken sandwich was possibly one of the best ones that I've ever had at any Chick-fil-A. The only problem was the fries didn't have any salt and were a little soggy and bland.

The worst Chik Fil A I’ve visited. I’ve been there three times now because the one I prefer is closed for renovations. The first couple times I received a completely different sandwich then what I ordered and this time I was so focused on making sure I had the correct sandwiches I completely forgot to check the other items and didn’t realize we were without the sauces we ordered and napkins until we left. It wasn’t even busy.
CFA listen up... you spent all this money tearing down the old store and building a new one, and you still can't get my order right. Been there 3 times since you've reopened and the order was correct 1 of those 3 times. Take the time to train your staff and get the orders right. PS... quit putting those numbers on my car windshield as well.

Usually their method of having employees outside taking orders works..it was a bit of a wait and the way that the traffic cones were positioned it was hard to get around if you were trying to get to curbside parking. Also, I realized once I pulled off that they gave me the wrong flavor shake, and my Minis were dry, no honey butter. Ruined my unhealthy breakfast that I planned on enjoying lol
Everytime I go to one of these restaurants it is always a problem. They rush to get orders out but don't take time to check what they are giving the customers. Food was cold and employees had an attitude because I asked for my money back. Last one I visited the was a large chunk of plastic in my sandwich. I can't win with this place so I will not spend anymore money here. Thanks for nothing
I nearly always give chickfila 5 stars, but had a sub-par experience here. Fries were not as crispy as is typical, and they didn't give us the only sauce I asked for (extra ketchup). Not a terrible experience, but very sad it wasn't as good as is typical.

This CFA is right off the interstate and easy to get in and out of. Being that the store is very old looking I was a little worried that the quality would not be like other stores in the area are. While it was fairly easy to order the folks working the registers were a little talkie to each other. The food was good and while it seemed like the place was a little dirty, I think it was good!

Customer service is terrible at this location. Never have I encountered such bad service at a Chick-fil-a ever! I ordered a salad with no chicken and no bacon. What was on the salad when I received it, a scoop of bacon I did not want. The salad looked as if it was literally thrown together, it looked so bad Greg asked what salad did I order. Don’t waste your time at this location!!
Interactions with employees are very awkward and they don't give direction, nor are they very attentive when you arrive at the window to pick up your food.

My children adore Chick-Fil-A and maybe the one in Matthews we normally frequent set the bar too high but this is probably the slowest (Saturday @ 3pm) and least friendly one I've ever been to. Customer service was good but the employees were griping loudly amongst themselves. With all that said it was still 20x faster and more friendly staff than your typical fast food restaurant
I don't often eat "fast food" and when I do, I go out of my way to find a Chick-fil-A. Why? Good food, clean environment, friendly, well trained and courteous staff and prices to match. Always clean and usually with plenty of parking, although at peak lunch time it could be difficult to find a spot. Apparently, I'm not the only one who looks for this brand for a quick, good meal.
I was driving by and I saw somebody inside placing an order. As soon as I went inside the manager asked... Do you have a car? I said yes and then he said... then go thru the drive thru. He said it in a very condescending tone. I thought that was very rude. I left and went across the street to Steak N Shake where they were happy to serve their customers inside the restaurant.
Made a phone order... thought that would be easy. Got there and they couldn’t find my order so I had to show them my receipt and my order number. Finally got food and they forgot a sandwich. Went around the line again!!! Got the sandwich and got back to work and noticed they didn’t give me dressing for my $8 salad or nah condiments. Come on Chick-fil-A you can do better!!!
Today we went to buy a milk shake and a salad unfortunately my daughter almost shocked with a stone that apparently is from the nails of some employee. I respect that they want to look divine with beautiful nails but be careful with the stones of their nails they can kill a child who just wants to enjoy a milk shake

The BEST chick-fil-a in CLT. Fastest service, and best employees. Curb side takes literally 2-3 mins and your out. Drive through takes no more than 5 minutes. All staff are professional and courteous. Staff remembers you by name, always a good vibe. Special thanks to Carlos for making my lunch break better everyday!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chick-fil-A, ever. Long line with only one person taking orders. Got my order wrong. Didn’t fill the drink all the way. Once I corrected the order, it was a sad excuse for a biscuit. And I got 3 expired packs of granola. 3 months expired!! Would’ve been better at McDonalds. I won’t be going back to this location ever again.
Chick-fil-A of Charlotte, NC- South Blvd!! Absolute terrible experience!! Found a pink plastic material in the kids meal chicken nuggets! Reported to corporate. This was bought for my grandpa who’s in the hospital. Grateful he did not consume this, and I pray there was nothing else in his food because half the meal was consumed before I noticed this. NEVER AGAIN!!
Recently went here. Brand new store, recently updated/redesigned. Double lane drive thru. The employees are hardworkers, clean bathrooms. 5 stars. The process is little different for dine in. You seat down at a number table. The employee will come over and ask what you like. Pay at the table and they will bring the food out. No tip. Very easy process. See photos
Takeout most of the times. Every time they don’t take my order correctly. They forget to add stuff or take off stuff. Forget to put napkins and forks most of the time. Most order takers should be trained better on that iPad.

I ordered large fries and Cobb salad. Fries were cold and soggy. Cobb salad is nothing like the picture and they skimpy on the ingredients like cheese and corn is barely there. The chick fil a quality I know is not here at all.

Hate to do bad reviews but the staff wasn’t efficient or kind, messed up the order. Not to mention it isn’t clean inside. Most Chick-Fil-A’s are spotless however this one wasn’t. When asking for additional sauces, was given a stare for a moment before providing me the sauces I requested. Went one time and will never go back.
Always parking in front. Glad they rebuilt this location. It's much faster than before.

I got charged extra for an avocado lime dressing. None of the other Chick-fil-A's in the area charge extra for the dressing. On enquiring, they said that its a company policy to charge extra which is a blatant lie. The lies and greedy behavior is bad customer service

Walked in shortly before 4 pm today stood at the counter for a few minutes in front of 2 associates and stood there for a few minutes and NO one even acknowledged my being there. I understand if they were busy but all they had to say was hello or good afternoon we will be right with you so I turned around and walked out

I came through the drive-thru requested well done nuggets entree. When I received them they wasn't well done they were barely cooked, full of grease and one had blood coming out of it. The only thing good was the lemonade. Very disappointed . Get sick on the stomach thinking about it! Wow slow down and cook the food!!!
Terrible customer service. I asked one of the employees for sauce and he ignored me so unprofessional. The managers there were very disrespectful,they were so unorganized, didn’t repeat my order. Overall never going back to that place again.

Consistently good food. They are typically pretty fast as well. The only issue is there a lot of inconsistencies with whether or not they will put the sauces you requested in your to go order. I have been to this location a handful of times and it's about a 50/50 chance that I get the sauces I asked for.

Normally 5 stars for all Chick-fil-A's, however this location left a few items out of my order. If the items weren't for two very important people, my mom and grandmother, I would've left it a five star rating. Coupled with the fact I had to drive a good distance back to retrieve the missing items.

The ABSOLUTE worst Chick fil A I have EVER been too. Their attitudes and food are horrible. Always give you cold food, they don’t greet you, and get mad when you ask them for what you paid for smh… Don’t go to this one!!!!!
