You never accept that in Chick-fil-A something like this, we had the worst experience at this place there was no customer service at all. No greetings no thank you nothing ,it felt like they didn’t want to help us they told us oh our menu it’s not working and we have only a few things available then we told them oh then you should have a biscuit. You should have hash browns, biscuit, if you have coffee, then the cashier told us. Oh, we have that beginning she mentioned they have only few things, if the restaurant is open all equipments should be operational and all the food available, so why they are not serving is very questionable for Chick-fil-A because the serving food menu is not necessary item, they should know what they are selling. The restaurant was not clean there was soda on the floor and tables dirty. One of the employees was sitting on the ground and not working. This happened on oct.22 around 8am They made nice looking restaurant hop in future they serve good

Normally I love Chick-fil-A but today I got the worst service that I've ever received. Sent my wife to pick up eight meals and when she got home we open the bag and one of the sandwiches had a bite taken out of it. I called the restaurant and they were basically calling me a liar saying that could never happen from them and it took 15 minutes to even get them to think about giving a refund on the one meal. Normally when you call a restaurant with a problem like this they instantly want to help you and resolve the situation but that was not the case at this location. I would definitely go to any other restaurant or location in the area than this one as they do not stand for what Chick-fil-A is all about. I hope that the rights to the store gets taken away from this owner and somebody who actually cares about their customers takes over the location.
Paid street parking, takes cash and card. Some outdoor seating beneath umbrellas and booths and high-top tables inside. Beware that this location is on campus and therefore becomes very busy during lunch (except during the summer). I don't typically review fast food locations, however the staff here is awesome. Many of those that take orders up front will remember regulars by their first names, ready to input their usual order. Special shout out to Dorota, who is as genuine and as hard-working as it gets. Plus, Miss Patty is always there keeping the spot squeaky clean and ready to ask customers how they are doing. At the end of the day, you already know that the food is going to be good, but swing by here for a great experience along with the delicious chicken!

I was happy to find a CFA in the downtown area, but I was disappointed. The restaurant was extremely busy because of the nearby ASU campus, but the staff did a great job! The food quality was adequate, but I was disappointed that there was a managers meeting, during the lunch rush, at the large height-top table. WHY would you have a managers meeting during lunch, and occupy seats?! The staff could have used the additional help from the managers. Also, they are not part of the CFA Rewards program, so you cannot use points that you have on the app. They have signs that inform customers of this, but you’re also not able to earn points with your purchase at this location. I reached out to CFA and expressed my concerns, but I received what appears to be an automated reply (it did not address the managers meeting concern that I had).
Truly the worst chick-Fil-a experience I've ever had. The sandwich was only warm and you can see them sitting there in the window already pre done, the fries were not hot and crispy they were barely warm and soft/soggy. They don't accept gift cards at this location because they "don't have the thing to scan them with" And the service was completely subpared to what I would expect from the brand. No welcome no thank you no trademark "my pleasure". And unfortunately it was so incredibly busy I wasn't even able to get backup to the counter to have the food issues rectified. I did ask for an iced tea refill before I left and had specifically asked her to put ice in the cup. I will never come to this location again.

So I check online for the nearest Chick-fil-A and I go here. Upon arrival they DO NOT TAKE any rewards or point accumulation with the Chick-fil-A app. Major disappointment. Not only that but they don't even serve the full menu, breakfast at the time, which I was even more sad. I was hungry so regardless of the situation I did buy food and it was good, could have been better since my biscuit kept falling apart. Oh they don't even supply complimentary parking and with technology today, ESPECIALLY ASU, it should be able to be done. Or at least fluctuate with the seasons being "on campus".

I love Chick-fil-a, but this location was more than disappointing. We went 3 hours before close and an entire type of menu item (grilled spicy chicken) couldn't be made because they had "turned off the grills" and didn't have any cooked. The cashier said this was because they "take a long time to shut down". I've never had an issue like that at any other location. This problem arose after I had paid for my items, at which they had to substitute for another item, which would have been less expensive. Then they mixed my substitute for a different item in the meal, and had to have both items remade. The location was busy and noisy. Not a pleasant experience.
Came here after pbs kids. Definitely not family friendly ( probably because it's part of the down town experience for hipsters lol) either way, chicken strips were cold and chicken nuggets tasted burnt. I told them the nuggets tasted odd and wanted new ones. They said yeah they do taste and smell odd because they change their oil. ( new oil doesn't make that taste) so I asked for a refund , told no because I didn't have the receipt ( which I told them I didn't want a receipt at the register ). I never thought of giving chick fil a a bad review but here I am.
Can't rate anything about this store except that it is located in the worst possible location a fast food chain can be. Tried to find it on the way to an appointment and passed it the first time as it was inside a building and not its own with no external signage. After finding it upon circling back, I discovered that there is extremely limited parking available. I would've had to park about three blocks away. It is obviously meant to serve the pedestrian traffic in and around ASU. Bad location for anyone else.
I'm a huge Chick-fil-A fan because of how family friendly the company is; however, I was severely disappointed with this location. I can understand not having a play place downtown, but they did not even have children's food options for sale. This location has taken no consideration that families with children might visit this location. I've traveled extensivly in the US and have never had this problem with a Chick-fil-A. My children were very disappointed that they couldn't get their regular meal of choice.
This was my second visit here in two weeks. The first time I ordered grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries. I was shocked by the chicken pieces that were being passed off as nuggets. So the second time I decided to ordered regular chicken nuggets, more of the same disappointment. Fried chicken pieces only one could be called a nugget. I won't be going back.

The WORST! No restroom available because it's LOCKED! I asked for a freshly made spicy chicken sandwich. It wasn't. It was a sandwich that had been sitting out to be served and it was cooked in old oil. To top it off the order was handed to another because the manager who was handing it out did not question if it was going to the correct customer. Just a BAD experience in service. The service Chick-fil-A around The Valley is usually excellent. Oh, no spoon for my fruit bowl.
No matter where you go, in any state, you can count on Chick-fil-A food and service being the same (and a long line in the drive thru )

This location is on the Arizona State University downtown Phoenix campus so 1) it's always busy! Seating is hard to find around lunchtime and it gets LOUD. 2) is limited in menu items 3) does not have fountain stations available to public. You'll have to ask for a refill at the cash registers to get one. With all that aside, I continue to be obsessed with their waffle fries and chik fil a sauce. So what's a girl to do other than give in to her cravings?
Horrible service. I ordered a chicken sandwich with American cheese, and no pickles, waffle fries, and a chocolate shake. Waited in excess of FIFTEEN MINUTES for my food to arrive (Ten of which was just waiting on my damn chocolate shake) and I received a cold chicken sandwich that had pickles, and no cheese. Then it took them almost five minutes to get me a replacement sandwich. I will never comeback to such an incompetent establishment.
The food was ok but the service was sub par to say the least. They completely forgot our order, and we ended up standing for over 30 mins. We had to ask where it was and they lost it somehow. Not a great visit. The waffle fries weren't even warm when we got them. You need to do better Chick-fil-A!

This location is great, because it's right in the middle of the Downtown ASU campus and is possibly the only Chic-fil-a downtown at all. They serve the full Chick-fil-a menu, but because it's owned and operated by a different company, they don't take gift cards or certain coupons. They also have shorter operating hours when school isn't in session. But the food is consistently great, and the employees are friendly!
I joked that I had never eaten at Chick-fil-a, so someone bought me a gift card to try it. Decided why not and took the kids to the nearest one at per google. Stood in line to order to be told sorry no giftcards at this location 'Chick-fil-a express', what BS is this? Your name is on the giftcard that someone bought, this is stupid!!!! I am giving the giftcard away and I will never visit a chick-fil-a again.
Worst Chick-fil-A service ever. Only location I’ve been to with rude employees not to mention insane wait times. After parking out front for 10 minutes the lady who brought me my food said “k I have a breakfast burrito, grilled nuggets, and all that jazz” and shoved it through my window and walked away. Can’t make this up

Pros- -They served food -The food was chicken -I was served and got what I paid for -The atmosphere had the right concentration of C02, Oxygen, and various noble gases to facilitate life in there. Cons- After the meal I went home to discover the results of my DNA test. It turns out that my wife is actually my mum.

This location is a joke.... they offer very little, and are apparently not an actual chick-fil-a franchise. They dont use the app, and refuse to scan your items. the list of what they dont do is longer than that of what they do. And dont take cash in there, they wont take over a $20 (im assuming theyre incapable of counting high enough to make the change)
The worst ever! No customer service. I got the wrong order. How do u get a 12 piece nuggets mixed up with a chicken sandwich I will never understand. There was a homeless lady just hanging out in there with all of her stuff. Sandwich cold, soggy and inedible and wrong. A total waste of money. Please don't go here! I can't believe this is a chick fil a.
this chicfila offers less options compared to other locations (e.g. only offers 8/12 ct. nuggets and not a 5 ct, smallest fry size is medium) The store seemed understaffed but the service speed was decent. Employees definitely don't seem happy but I blame management and the franchisee since employees are clearly not treated as well as they should be.
This location isn't like the other Chick-fil-A I'm used to. They weren't as friendly and the energy from the workers here was missing. And i wasn't offered sauces... I had to ask when I got my takeout order.

I love Chickfila, great customer service and food at every location I've been to in about 8 states. This is an exception. The cashier gave attitude about everything, didn't give us our sauce even when we told her which one I wanted. The soda was flat & the fries were stale and room temperature. They need to shut this location down.
7pm the place was pretty empty and a big mess. The food was less than satisfactory. The chicken and fries have to have been just sitting there for a while and just dipped back in the fryer and served. It was gross. Left pretty disappointed and that's a first being we are big Chick-Fil-A fans. Maybe it's this specific location.
The original house of chicken sandwich chick-fill-a is so so so so good and May I recommend the Number 4 .

I work near this location and haven't been for many months so I took several coworkers for lunch. I ordered two spicy delux chicken sandwiches with extra tomatoes and lettuce to go... we walked back to work and both of my sandwiches had NO cheese or tomatoes. I was/am frustrated to say the least so I needed to share.
Not sure if it was a bad day there or not but nothing tasted good at all not even the soda of which was just a simple Dr.Pepper tasted as if they had just combined every soda they had in hand. The chicken itself was dry to oblivion and the fries, of which I find the best part of the meal before, were simply soggy.
Not a lot of seating choices because they're always packed because they're next to ASU. They are pretty fast though so I am usually in and out

I would love to eat at this location regularly with my family because it’s convenient and close to my residence but unfortunately me and my family cannot do to this particular location not honoring, excepting or allowing you to earn rewards on the Chick-fil-A app. So with that I am only able to give it one star.
Went for breakfast, but was completely pointless. Avoid this place! They don’t actually serve any breakfast. They never have any eggs, cheese, bacon… literally all they have is a piece of chicken. Do yourself a favor and avoid coming here! Unless you only want a piece of chicken between two slices of bread.
Very nice for a quick bite. It does seem to be a campus restaurant so the menu is a little limited and they didn’t have chicken strips. Either way I still love a chick-fil-a

My fries were burnt & the oil the chicken was fried in must of been so old because my food had a sour taste to it. I've never had Chick-fil-A that was more disgusting honestly. There is a bunch of teenagers & college students working at this location so of course everyone is lazy. Their kids!
I love Chick-fil-A food and I have never been disappointed but this location is so strange. It's on a college campus but they don't let you scan your app for points, you can't use coupons or rewards...it's just nonsense especially considering college kids could really use a break sometimes.
Perfect for a walk-in bite to eat for downtown walking commuters. Caution: if you're driving somewhere for a bite, travel somewhere with free parking. Just a tip. Inside the restaurant was clean, organised. The staff was friendly and fast. My food was made and served as I ordered it.
The sandwhich I had here was fantastic, the fries were great and the place was clean. Service could have been better though. I ordered a iced coffee and was not given a straw; I also received no napkins as well. Either way this place has a nice view as it is on good real estate.
They do not accept bill denominations over 20$. After explaining that I walked half a mile to get chik fila they reluctantly took my $50. Attention Aermark(sp?) Its not just college kids down here. People work in the area. With that said info like this should be noted in google
Location is a little but hidden (Google maps told about the location, thanks google) the staff there is the friendliest you will ever encounter, which is across the board with every location I have been to. It reflects a great employee training program. Great food too
It might look busy from the inside, but they work SO EFFICIENTLY that a line to the door only takes 6 minutes to get through. I'm super impressed. They take cash, card, and M&G (for all you ASU students). Parking is available on the street outside for $1/hour.
Food is good as usual cause you cant change corporate recipes. The service was abysmal! Crew works slower than snails, and then served 15 people before me who all ordered after me.

I really like chick fil a. I like that they are christian owned I like that they are conservative and they have good food. Service could be friendlier and menu could have a better selection other than that its good
Does not except chick-fil-a gift cards whats so ever!! I dont understand how i cant use a gift card when bought from the same company! Was very upset to use my thirty min break to go there and was turned down!
Seriously? I'm from Ohio and this is the worst chick fil a I've been to. 1) It's an express so it doesn't have the full menu. 2) More expensive 3) The bathrooms are locked and you need a code to get into. Ugh!
Chick-fil-A is a classic. This campus restaurant holds true, except it's in the middle of downtown Phoenix & was closed for the holiday break. I wanted a sandwich so bad one Saturday & they were closed. Ugh!
I went here to get a peppermint shake which I really recommend if you are a peppermint lover. Fast and good service. The service was beyond my expectations. Good quality food as well.

Parallel, metered parking only. Not very clean given we are the only customers and the floor has food all over the floor. Tables weren't wiped down. Friendly service. Bathrooms have lock codes
Standard Chick-Fil-A, i.e. Great food and quick service. Only complaint would be the small menu. If I didn't regularly go, I wouldn't have any idea what all the options and combo meals were.
Good luck getting the staff to say "My Pleasure" here. Before you order look at how much food is just sitting around and ask yourself how long ago it was cooked? Worst. Chick-Fil-A. Ever.

Quick and friendly service. You can access the free wi-fi from Asu and sit in comfort under enormous umbrella at several tables street side. Inside is a bit loud but cool AC blowing
Online says it's open at 6:30 a.m so I went to try and grab breakfast for my office but the doors were locked. The sign says they don't open until 10:00 a.m :( So that was a waste!
Food was good, drive thru service quick. Sad to see an employee trying to wheel the garbage out with broken wheels. How is it possible that they dont have a new one. See pics.
I love chick fil a but this location is bad, ordered large waffle fries, the container was half full & cold, also ordered 2 sandwiches both were dry &cold. Very disappointing
Very friendly staff with extremely fast service. Ample room for indoor dining with about 4 patio tables out front. Clean facilities too. Can't go wrong with Chick Fil A!

It was my first time trying chick-fil-a (I am not American). I guess I had too much of an expectation as for me it aas just OK. Sauce is too sweet for me. ♀️
Not a drive though and no parking. This is a small corner joint for the local offices. Don't bother driving here if you have another option the same distance.
Nuggets were a bit hard last I ate there but they are always fast, provide quality service, and have the best chicken sandwiches. Man, now I'm getting hungry.
They don’t scan the app here or honor treats/coupons from that app. Other than that, it’s great. Probably the only CFA not crowded at 12:00 on a Wednesday.
Great service and food cooked to perfection. Their greatest employee would be Rueben. Hard worker who is the heart of that store. Highly recommended.
The workers are very rude. Every Chick-fil-A I have gone to the workers are happy, friendly and energetic. I will not be returning to this location.
Not a normal chik fil a, less than half as convenient as a normal one. I'm not sure why it even has this as an option on Google maps

REEEAAALLYY good chicken!! Mad they close on Sundays!!!... And they r smart about keeping there traffic moving!!
Chick Fil A is always good to go. The locked bathrooms were a huge inconvenience for me and my family, however.
The chicken is ALWAYS fresh and the bread is soft and fluffy. The frothy Frosted Lemonade isn’t too sweet.
