When I got into the drive thru the employees were behind which I totally understand. But then they were all just grouped up talking for 10 minutes and had their backs to all of the customers. No one took my order for 20 minutes. Once they did it was after the two lanes merged. Cassandra took my order. She was rude and kept cutting me off. When I got to the window they didn’t have my order ready. Which of course they didn’t because my order was taken so late. They threw some things in a bag and sent me on my way. I looked in one of the bags and they missed my fries. I parked. Got out of my car. Walked up to the window. And the girl asked what I needed. I told her I didn’t get my fries. She asked for my name and then gave me my fries. I was very frustrated with the whole situation that took over 50 minutes in the drive thru. I finally got home and the salad I ordered was all wrong. It had tickets for another salad. The salad I got had eggs on it. Which I have an allergy to. So I spent $10 on a salad that I cannot even eat. I ordered the Cobb salad with no eggs. I received a Cobb salad with the hot grilled fillet with no roasted corn and beans. The Monterey Jack cheddar cheese blend and crumbled bacon. A completely different salad. I am disappointed with the service from every step of the way. I have worked in the service industry for years and so I am very understanding when it comes to certain things and I have never written a bad review. But this experience may have turned me off from Chick-fil-A forever.

I've ordered from this location constantly in the last few months and I usually wouldn't review fast food places but I've had the same issue come up and feel like I should warn others. I'm diabetic, so I need to be pretty particular about what I can eat and drink here (side note: their salads are great). In the last few months I've ordered at least 8 diet drinks from diet lemonade to diet dr.pepper. Of the times I've ordered, over half of them have been mistakenly NON-diet sodas. The first time was a lemonade and it spiked me so bad that it made me sick and I ended up needing to go to the hospital. After that I bought "diet detector" strips that tell me when drinks aren't diet and from this location they are usually wrong. A lot of times the drinks are even marked as diet on the lid but then not diet inside? I don't get it. I've never eaten somewhere that struggled so much with this. The food is always consistent and the staff there are really nice which is why I'm giving 3 stars but they really need to be more careful about the drinks they are giving out. I hate that I have to take extra precautions just to make sure I don't get sick. (I even took a picture to show I'm ordering diet and getting regular. My strips are blue if it's diet, green if it's got some sugar and brown if its full sugar. You can see the strip in front of my cup is brown.)

This place is crazy, I love Chick-fil-A but today's experiences was horrible. So we order our usual. My son orders the deluxe sandwich and he got just a regular sandwich. So he goes up and tells them. They tell him he can keep that one and to just wait. We have been red status members for years now so we know this is normal procedure of they mess up a sandwich. So we wait about 5 min and they come back with a small container with lettuce and tomato lol. I guess we need to make our own sandwich now. So I tell im sorry but by now I'm almost done eating and the other sandwich is cold and we have to build our own., can we just get a fresh one. They have to ask manager and then wait another 7 minutes. I love this place and I know this is not how they operate. This location please do better

Been coming to this location for a couple years since I got a job in the area, service used to be incredibly fast, with was great for my short lunches. However I'm the first 6 months it feels like things have slowed to a crawl when trying to order here. I'm not sure what happened to the speed in the drive-thru, but I hope this location can get back to where it used to be. The food is always great though, both the lunch and breakfast options are good and my special requests are always made correctly.

This place just does not care. They can't serve food in less than 20 minutes with excuses ranging from they can't make food right now to bring overly engaged only serving the drive thru. I have given this place 5 chances to not be the worst fast food experience ever. And the worst part is no one there cares at all that they can't serve food in a reasonable time, that customers aren't happy, or provide any kind of customer service other than their people rolling their eyes at you when you ask to speak to a manager. Which tells me they are asked that way to often.

Out of all the Chick-Fil-A restaurants I have been to, this location is by far my LEAST favorite and unfortunately the most convenient one to work. Multiple times, I've ordered fries and each time I'm disappointed to see that the fries are HALF full! I'm not sure if it's because of the design of the box or because they are too lazy/stingy to make enough fries for their customers. It's important to note that other parts of the country still have the old fries design box. And let's not forget the amount of time you have to wait to get your food at the drive way..... Hope corporate steps in and helps this South Mountain location in their operations.

My biggest issue with Chick Fil A as a brand is the incredibly poor, poor, POOR, integrity of the bag in which the food is given. I’ve had these rip and lost my food because of it now a 5TH time. FIVE TIMES. For such a pricey fast food restaurant you’d figure they’d get the the bags right. Absolutely awful that me and my family couldn’t eat because your crew team packed 12 items in 1 bag and it ripped as soon as i picked it up off my seat and ruined my meal, car, and day.

So we were so excited when at Chick-fil-A opened up over here on our side of town. This area doesn’t have a lot to choose from when it comes to convenient food for a family that is semi-nutritious. After ordering a full meal for my son who’s holding the two boxes of fries right there as well as my youngest you’ll see that the fries were half filled. And the sandwiches were cold. Anybody who eats here knows that it’s not cheap it’s not like I’m eating at McDonald’s. I’m very unhappy and it’s unfortunate that the lack of service at this particular location has not been improved.

I like to get the Chick-fil-A regular chicken sandwich and add extra pickles to it. And when I go to eat it, I add the Chick-fil-A sauce. It's sweet, savory, salty, and crispy. My taste buds are doing a mambo from the medley of flavors.

Came here for a pick up on 10/20 Slowest chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They prioritize drive thru it’s obvious. When you walk in they barely acknowledge you. It’s a million people up front and a million people on iPad, and they still find a way to be inefficient. When you walk in they literally look at you crazy no greeting, to think this was an establishment of exceptional customer service is a long stretch. I mean it is in central Phoenix so I’m not really surprised.

Horrible experience! Ordered 2 egg white grills @ 633a. Was asked to pull into VIP 1 while they prepared my order, left the drive thru at 656a after not receiving my food and seeing 4 cars leave the drive thru and 6 dine in customers leave. Boycotting Chick-fil-A after this one, If it’s not one thing it’s another with this location. Should have had a bowl of fresh air for breakfast instead of going here this morning. Staff is so incompetent here. They will hire just about anyone it seems like. I can’t tell the difference between the Chick-fil-A staff here and the staff at jack in the box.

Great having this restaurant near our house. Went through the drive thru. Customer service was great. There was no waiting to take our order. Food was served hot and delicious. Ordered the original chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries and lemonade. Will return again. I highly recommend this location.

I have never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-a...... Until now. Ordered the grilled chicken nuggets. They looked disgusting. They were dry and greasy. Trust me...i was amazed that was even possible. I ate one and threw them away. The Mac and cheese was my meals only saving grace. So disappointed.

When I got out of jail this is the first place I went to shout out to the employees at this CFA you all should get promoted. Way better than jail food p.s. John the manager is handsome aswell.

We got through the lunch time line very quickly, the food was well prepared and delicious, the manager was extremely nice and helpful. The only disappointment is that the "Cool Wrap" menu item is not yet available in Phoenix.

Very nice Chick-Fil-A located off of Baseline on 24th St, open for breakfast and now serving Mac n Cheese on the menu. Clean tables and booths inside with lots of well lit happy helpful staff working.
