I am giving 3 stars because I come here so frequently and the manager/owner is always so lovely. Unfortunately, the lady that served me today at approx. 1:30-2:00pm 10/01/2023 is an absolute downfall to your company. I ordered a large chips and was absolutely blown away by the $17.00 charge but figured your chips are worth it. Once I had ordered I moved to the side so the 2 other ladies behind me could place their orders; while standing there I decided to ask if I could add a small pasta salad to my order. You would think I had slapped the woman across the face, it seemed like the biggest inconvenience in the world for her to waddle 3 strides to the salad fridge and put what was the most MINUSCULE amount of pasta salad into a small container. (It was like she was punishing me for ordering it after the chips) she could have fit atleast another heaped scoop in there and for the price of it; I'd expect that. She then proceeds to pretty well throw it on the counter. Even when giving me my order it looked like her face might crack if she even tried to smile. I see in your reviews below other customers have been put off of your establishment because of a rude worker and can honestly say for the years I've been coming to you, this woman is the one that has the same face every time. Today was just worse than others. It really is a shame because you are such a lovely guy & my family love your food.

The chips here used to be second to none. Hadn't been there in years, but I'd been raving about how great their chips were and thought it time to make a return. What I recieved was a rediculously long wait time, regular, almost bland chips, and an absolute robbery at the check-out. Not only are these guys one of the most expensive chip shops I've been to in a long time, they also slug you with an egregious fee just to pay using card. Absolutely no chance I'll be coming back.

I can see so many good reviews and probably they are genuine, however our experience was completely different. The chicken schnitzel pack was awful, chips soggy, chicken tasteless and dry and barely 4 small peaces of chicken schnitzel inside. Gravy was equally tasteless and water like, tasted very cheap. Pork roll was super soggy, the pork was ok had good texture and flavour. The BT pack was horrible, chicken dry, chips soggy and garlic sauce turned into curdle cheese like texture. If I had time I would of driven back and got my money back. We paid $127.00 for most of the food to be thrown away. Definitely won't see me again.

All we ordered was a cheesecake and a couple wing dings, got bumped back 3 times on Uber eats. Once I called the store the order finally got picked up, once the order got here the cheesecake was warm, as if it had been sitting in a bag for the hour and it took them the hour to cook the wings. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant before, now wondering if they prioritise higher paying orders

Got dinner tonight from here and the chicken in our packs was that burnt and dry it was snapping...a complete waste of money . .we won't be back even our dog wouldn't eat it..we ended up having eggs on toast ..no wonder they only got a rating of 2.7 on face book ...The Elizabeth branch has gone down hill and a rip.off ....

Love the original but Chicken Knight has always been hit & miss. Thought we'd give it another try & yet again disappointed. Chips were cold & tasteless & chicken wasn't much better. Not great value for money. Sorry, but won't be back.

Tonight I bought a Hamburger with the lot at Chicken Knight, Elizabeth. Hamburger was great. The buns were nice and soft the bacon and egg were cooked nicely, together with the lettuce and tomato. The beef patty was a generous size and the pineapple was a nice addition, washed down well with a Pepsi Max. Well done guys. Keep up the good work. Note-to-self: Must try some hot chips next time :)

6.50 chips is strictly only 6.50 no excess in bag like other places, other places will put half a scoop in paper bag looking after their customers, definitely not enough for the family, seafood in the salad was like a rock perhaps a old salad.

Some aspects such as gravy price @$6 extra to have on both chips and chicken on a half chicken salad pack seems the rip off. I won't do that again. But food and variety was excellent.

Good hot food takeaway, plenty of range with all the regular options, BBQ chicken, fish and chips, Yiros, etc. I had the quarter chicken and salad pack, see the image it was a generous serve. Chips are great: crisp and fluffy. Prompt & friendly service.

We ordered the super family combo, which is 2 chickens, jumbo chips and a 2 ltr drink. While the food was nice, what dragged it down for me was how expensive it was...I mean 70$ really!!! It should have come with at least 2 small salads as well for that price. Sorry guys I won't be coming back here again because your charging like wounded bulls!

Despite it being an Uber Eats the manager still was happy to replace due to the driver delivering cold food. We have been buying from this place and have always loved the food. Even Xmas roasts. Thank you to all the staff that are always working so hard.

The food is lovely and I have never had a bad meal from there but there is a female staff member that is so rude and grumpy every time I go in there it puts me off going there. The other staff are friendly but she always has an attitude, grumpy and this foul look on her face. She needs a lesson on customer service. More

Sorry but just felt compelled to write a review. Large chips, 3 pieces of fish and 3 dim sims $46!! I can get 2 sit down meals in a pub for that plus buy drinks as extra. No issue with the shop and food presentation, and the service was fine but your pricing might need re looking at........3.5 Stars More

I bought the schnitzel hot pack. Gravy on the chips was watery and had too much. The schnitzel was not cut nearly enough and the cutlery given won't cut it. Please pre-cut into bite size pieces and try a different gravy.

Sorry guys normally love your food, but the last 3 times your chips have been terrible, don't know if you have changed your supplier or the way that you cook them or the length of time they are being cooked. But they are really, really, dry

If you like crunchy flavoursome chips. These are the best. Great range of other products but the Chips are why it is packed (busy) at 4pm on a Saturday. I live 60km away so always buy up and can reheat the "leftovers" at home.
