This is one of the best places in Ottawa. There is no words to explain how much they care about their customers and very amazing customer services they provide. I’m so thankful for them to be always helpful and giving us best food. Talking about food you can get delicious Indian style pizzas and a lot of other options. I have been eating their food from past 2 years. I haven’t have any complaints about anything. Two days ago I wasn’t well and ordered food by calling and told them if they can stay little longer so that my partner can pick up the food as it was a snow storm outside and he got late. They were so generous about it, they had to go but they specially came to drop off the food. It shows how much they respect their customers and so much helpful about it. I didn’t get chance to pay but still they didn’t say anything and told me to pay whenever I can. They trusted me and I felt so grateful to have wonderful place right in our neighbourhood in Ottawa.

Stumbled upon this pizza joint while looking for halal options on Uber Eats. Tempted from seeing indian street food videos, tried their popular butter chicken pizza and indian triple decker sandwich Lovedd the flavors, we asked for extra spicy and these were bomb. The pizza has butter chicken spicy gravy as base sauce and then a load of finely chopped peppers and onion with curried smoked chicken and cheese. The sandwich has a yum curried potato filling with generous green chutney and another layer of spiced mayo and onions..all in perfectly toasted bread. Spot on in taste, large pizza is huge in size and sandwich is very filling. The price is a bit steep, specially for a can of Limca ($3.2), however, it does deliver the worth!

I am very disappointed. This store is advertised online and at the store itself as being opened today till 2300 hrs. I drove from downtown Ottawa and arrived at the store on Friday, September 15th, 2023 at 2228 hrs. Upon arrival, the door was locked. One young male answered the door and stated that today only, they are closing early to attend an event. Another young male can be seen in the back of the restaurant. The male refused to make any food and stated that everything is turned off and put away. As an overall impression for my first visit, this restaurant deserves a 1 star.

I recently tried the Indian pizza at Chili Craft in Ottawa and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! The unique blend of Indian spices and toppings on the pizza created a flavor explosion in my mouth. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the cheese was melted to perfection. I highly recommend trying the Butter Chicken with Hot Chicken - it's a personal favorite of mine! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Chili Craft and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious menu items.

Desi tadka became my favorite. It was worth trying burn to hell and paneer tikka as well. Edit: Tried the spring roll yesterday which was okay. The veg pizza was good.

Keeping this short. This place is a hidden gem. A must try. Even a conventional all meat lovers is to die for and the truffle Garlic dip. The staff is amazing and online system is easy to order. Will try all their other pizzas next time.

I am not a person who would love to write bad reviews but I had to write this time.I order shahi paneer pizza through uber eats unfortunately pizza was very cold. Veggies on the top were raw and the taste was so bad. i will never ever recommend it to anybody ever. Over expensive. You can get much better indian pizza from other places for much lesser price.

I’ve ordered pizzas from chili craft quite a few times but as years have gone by, I don’t know why but the quality of the pizzas has reduced significantly, so kind of disappointed on that. The taste is still the same (which is good) but the pizza dough/base is very chewy and not well baked. So definitely a little pricey for the quality of pizzas.

There are many vegetarian pizza options and specifically Indian specialty pizza.

If I had to use one word ,it would be Fantabulous. I've tried multiple pizzas from chili craft everytime I visit ottawa, every combination is amazing, vegetarian and chicken pizza. They have amazing combination of Indian food on top of a pizza that just melts in the mouth , it is a bit pricey 34$ for a large pie but it's well worth it.

Excellent place to get your Indian style pizzas. We tried paneer tikka, chicken tikka pizza and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Touch of fresh green cilantro is what gives it a nice touch as well. It's a take-away place and they usually prepare your order fairly quick. Starters here are great as well. Will definitely try again.

Tasty, well-made desi pizza & sandwich! Tried Desi Takda & Paneer Tikka (+mushroom) pizza, both medium spice level. Happy that fresh coriander is available a pizza garnish, why isn't that a thing everywhere? But sandwich had too much mayo based sauce for my liking & bit pricey for what it is (on Uber Eats) . Also would love it if they had a raita available as a side dip. Will def order again!

I've eaten here many time now! I love their butter chicken as well as their tandoori chicken pizzas. The pizzas are always cooked perfectly and the flavours are on point. I highly recommend that you give this place a try!

We tried the tandoori pizza and i would say it was good! Nice to see a desi pizza place in Ottawa. I have a question, is it possible to have the pizzas without fennel seeds or cumin seeds in them? That is the only reason i gave you guys 3 stars because it gives a very weird flavor to it. The base and the toppings were all good but I would definitely like to avoid the saunf :)

It's a great Indian style pizza. A bit spicy even for medium, so choose accordingly (I like the medium spicy one). Not too heavy for a large pizza. The staff is nice and courteous. I would love to see more range of new pizzas and delivery capacity to central Ottawa and east of Ottawa. Overall, a great experience.

First of all, IT IS 100% HALAL I absolutely loved it! The biggest problem in Ottawa is its extremely difficult to find unique flavours AND good quality in one spot, but so far, Chilicraft has been a one stop shop! Pizza with an Indian touch is such a great idea. Amazing service, and the food is well spiced and would amaze your taste!

Bland, undercooked, overpriced, and the toppings didn't match what the menu said. Due to dietary issues one pizza had to be tossed out because of the topping change, this wasn't a custom pizza, it was a standard menu item.

NOT HALAL!!! We were told before that the pepperoni was halal, we found out recently it is NOT halal. Neither is the bacon its not beef bacon its pork bacon. We already ate pepperoni unfortunately and we were told it was halal, but it now we're told it is NOT halal.

We ordered the Jalapeño Poppers, the Mild Butter Chicken Pizza and the Mild Tandoori Chicken Pizza and they were all super delicious!!! The dough was very soft and tasted great, and there was no shortage of toppings. Would recommend checking them out!

Tried the new Tartan Dr location for the first time, going with the Tandoori Chicken Wrap. Have to say it was exceptional. Very messy (bring plenty of napkins) but great flavour and just spicy enough to be hot without being mouth-scorching.
