Ordered Chipotle from the app for our family of 5. It was over $60 which is a splurge for us. Sent our teenage son to get it and he comes back with the salad dressing missing. This has happened before with our local Chipotle so my husband and I get in the car and drive there to get the missing dressing. The dressing is the best part about the salad. When we arrive the staff member lets us know non-chalantly that they don’t have any dressing and I can drive 5 miles down the road to another Chipotle to pick some up. That’s just not an appropriate suggestion or response. At that point the food is really cold and at home so we ask for a refund and are willing to bring back all of the food since our order could not be fulfilled. I mean, if you went to any other restaurant you wouldn’t order a salad knowing they didn’t have any dressing. The store can’t do anything since it’s an online order. So we call the 800 number and speak with Jacob who offers us a free meal. We don’t want a free meal. We want to return the food that was incorrect and a refund. Jacob can’t do anything but read from a script. The food has now been sitting for over 40 minutes and everyone is upset. I want a refund not a credit for this to happen to us again. We will not be ordering from this Chipotle again. Extremely disappointing communication and customer service. Also, this location looked filthy dirty. The floors were smeared with dirt.

This was by far the most disappointing experience I have ever had with any Chipotle restaurant. About a couple hours ago, my wife and I decided to head to this Chipotle location to grab a quick meal, as it was fairly late and past our typical dinner time. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the servicing line was much longer than usual. Based on our past experiences with Chipotle being fairly quick in servicing customers, we assumed the line would dissipate rather quickly – we were very wrong about that. We ended up waiting in line for over 30 minutes, due to the workers filling the mobile orders and in-person orders from the primary food station. Now, previously, we have witnessed mobile orders being filled at a secondary food station, but the workers had already broken that station down although the restaurant wasn’t set to close for another hour and a half. Additionally, there were in-person customers standing at the front of the line while waiting to be serviced as the workers were bypassing their presence and choosing to fill mobile orders. While waiting, my wife and I noticed at least five mobile orders get filled and picked up by an assortment of drivers as the line remained egregiously long. When my wife and I finally made it to the front of the line, the gentleman worker asked us to hold as he filled another mobile order. The order was rushed and the food was cold after we arrived home to sit down and eat. This method of servicing customers is atrocious and absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Our family has purchased from this company many times before. We have never had an issue with the food and they have always been consistent. A few days ago our family purchase a large other from this location and we go home and notice one of 7 burritos was fairly smaller than the other. We opened it and seen that the burrito was filled with mostly guacamole and pico and little to no meat. I called the location and was given several different reasons ( it was because of how the meat was cut, it was because the, burrito had light pico and it was because only 3 item were selected)on why the burrito was smaller. I informed the person, we have ordered from them many times and never have had this issue and can they fix it. After back and forth reasoning and getting no where, I asked for a manager. I was inform the manager said this was the right size and the call was disconnect. I call back and after er the 2nd attempt someone answered. They still had no resolution. I informed them were we would go back up and show them. When my son got there it was 5 min after they closed. All employees and manager were all inside and refused to help him and just stood on the other side of the door. I send a complaint in and have yet to hear back. I looked in to this location a little more and seen they have issues of poor service and theft from an employee stealing a customers credit card info. For our family its a done.

Terrible experience at this location. Placed an online order for pick up. Got there after giving ample time and they didn’t have my order ready. Asked one of the staff if it was working and they said I wasn’t in the system. Showed them my emailed receipt with the confirmation. They then asked if they could see if it charged my bank by showing them a charge on my banks app. I obliged but that was pretty unnecessary. They told me I had to go get in line and have them remake my order. At this point I’m pretty annoyed. I said no. They can take the order and make it. My order was shorted a large chips and queso dip and guacamole add ons for a few entrees. Called back to let them know I would like a refund for those items and the person I spoke to told me they’d take care of it the next day because their system was down, but I still haven’t seen a credit for it. On top of that the paper bag ripped when I got home because they didn’t seal the containers properly and liquid leaked everywhere softening the bag. It’s fine. Only $20 of my money to learn not to come back to this place.

I waited in the front of a line that began to build up behind me for about 10 minutes because the guy in front of me had a bigger order...once I got called up with my bf, the female that helped us with our bowls rushed us and put smaller portions of everything, especially the chicken and Steak...I swear the last thing I had asked for was Guac but some how it was missed so she could quickly help the next person... I didnt like the attitude this female had...I wish I could be her server when she orders food from some where so she could see how wrong that was. Two hungry men just tryna get their bellies full. This location is not worth the greedy portions .2 small bowls for 24 bucks, never again.

I would not recommend ordering for pick up. Every single time I order pick up, something is wrong. I’ve gotten other peoples food. I’ve arrived at the store and they didn’t even have my order. And now today I got my food and my extra charged steak was missing. I paid over $10 for a bowl with rice and beans. If I wasn’t working, I’d give them the opportunity to fix my food but considering I have a short lunch and no time that isn’t an option. And to be honest, I shouldn’t have to waste my time bringing food back to the store regardless of being on a time crunch. It seems like the employees are NOT reading the receipts at all and need a refresher or more training considering this is a continuous issue. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be ordering from there anymore which is a total bummer.

I am done with this place. Baseline and 51st Avenue chipotle is by far the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Bad enough that I will no longer be eating out at Chipotle, not just this location, but all locations. Got an order to go for the family, my chicken bowl had a total of 6 pieces of chicken. Not the first time this has happened on to go orders, pretty sure they know it is not worth the drive back and time wasted to complain and get a new order done. Save your money and go somewhere else. This particular chipotle location has always been horrible since they opened. Lack of options to eat our in Laveen is the only reason they are still in business. If I could give them zero stars I would have.

I give this Chipotle 5 stars because they did two things better than MOST CHIPOTLE's (!!) 1) The music wasn't appallingly obnoxiously horrible, as most Chipotle's are, since they switched from nice hispanic music, which made sense, to some kind of bizarre "world music" that almost makes the food inedible as it blasts its weirdness 2) The gentleman making my bowl actually put a reasonable amount of ingredients - including meat, rather than the typical one-teaspoon-of-meat that Chipotle's are known for. Great job Laveen Chipotle!

Stopped in because I wanted a salad and chips and Queso. Location was out of vinaigrette so I asked for a large chips and queso. The young man said let me ask if we have chips. He asked a young lady who.said yes. She then looked at me and asked if that's all I wanted and I said yes and she disappeared to the back for about five minutes and came back with a bag of chips. I pay and leave only to get home and realize I have a stale bag of chips. Sad and disappointed. I am no longer a fan. App removed. Wish their customer service matched the ingredients.

Pickup and delivery orders are exceedingly disappointing. After thinking it may just be a fluke we tried multiple times and it's always been a bad experience. From completely incorrect orders to lost delivery drivers taking over an hour for a 8min drive. For delivery, apparently there's a 25% refund for these kinds of mistakes, but honestly not worth it and gives Chipotle a penny pinching name. Maybe in store orders are a better option but delivery and pickup are not recommended.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is overall a nice place to grab a bite, or many bites. They serve plenty of food on a single entree, so a single entree can easily feed two. Everything is very fresh and the variety of proteins are cooked and seasoned just right. The restaurant is kept clean, including the restrooms. I eat there or pick up food there once or twice each week. The employees are nearly always very friendly. The only criticism I have is lately I've noticed a little more fat in the meat than I did a few months back. But maybe there's not much that could be done about that. Again, it's overall a very nice place to eat.

So disappointed I just tried your carne asada burrito and the meat was cold, I noticed the girl switched out the meat and some other product because they were out with a man that was just ahead of me however I didn't realize that's cold meat they put in those warmers containers. It looks so good but was ruined because you can't really heat it up because it has Pico and Guacamole in it. What a waste of $12.45 won't do that again

I ordered online, 3 orders. I went to pick up and when I get back to work i discovered the nasty thick black hair in my bowl. I do not believe that came from someone's scalp to be honest... I called right away to speak with a manager and explain the problem, i was placed on hold for 15 mins, then suddenly i got hung up on. I called right back and the 2 managers Derek Ross and Jasmine were to busy according to the guy I spoke with to take my call. this is a VIOLATION of the health code for restaurants, and the manager CANT even pick up a call and apologize or something. This is disgusting beyond words....

I rarely leave Google reviews but my last few visits have been poor at this location. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I work near this location so I usually stop by for my Chipotle "fix" of beans, rice, and lots of red sauce (wish is never requested, by the way). My last few visits had me wishing that I would have eaten in the school cafeteria on campus. The food is awful! The portions are never consistent, my order is almost always wrong, the staff is not friendly, the ingredients are subpar - I think you get my point here. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

When you absolutely, positively need to eat a human-child-sized burrito to quell that monster in your belly, make sure to double-wrap that baby for extra stability. I also like to request a scoop of cilantro on there for a nicer flavor (they hide that in the back, but you can request it). Then after incubating your food baby in your tummy for a little while, you can take to the bathroom for a final blessed miracle, the supreme joy of childbirth out the other end.

Ate three quarters of my burrito before I bit into any meat. This was literally a $20 cheese and lettuce burrito. Could've at least given more fajita veggies if meat was running out. Got to the end of my burrito thinking the meat was going to be in every bite and nope a total of three bites of the bottom had meat. Out of the entire burrito there were three bites of scarce meat and majority lettuce and cheese. Chipotle if you can't afford meat, just say so

Supplies seem on the low side when it comes to the fixings. The restaurant could use a good cleaning of the tables. Too many friends coming in distracting other employees. Pricing is out of control for warm and over cooked items. Customer Service was great though. We ordered the barbocoa double meat, tortilla, chips & salsa and a drink for ready 24 bucks. Seriously out of control and just the reason we don't go often.

Also as you know in AZ if you're up for some real Mexican food tons of other smaller businesses you could support. (Maskadores by Tempe and Warner is the best ) just a little outta the way so this is convenient and fast

Twice now I have ordered a steak bowl and there has been no steak in the bowl. Today they gave us old guacamole. It even smelled off putting, how can anyone serve this and think it’s okay. ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ I’d rather drive farther to another chipotle because Laveen is just not it.

I always get the burrito and lately, less and less meat is inside the burrito. Especially consistent with the steak burrito, I cannot be more serious that I only had about 5 pieces of steak in my large burrito filled with rice and beans. Online orders need to keep an eye on your portions because this has been going on at this location for quite some time.

I come here pretty often but always horrible service at this location! Staff is pretty rude and a few times already have gotten poor quality food. The most recent time got the bottom of the avocado tray which tasted so sour and was so dark when I got home! Just really made my bowl taste so horrible.

It's sad how EVERY day Fast food restaurant in this neighborhood has poor quality AND service. Including this one! Never again!! Its also funny how North Phoenix, Awahtukee, Tempe, Chandler, Glendale all have clean, friendly facilities; as well as great quality food. Never again will I visit this restaurant at 51st Ave/Baseline.
