Awful train station: the staff are helpful enough (when they're there); toilets are either closed or *that* dirty you'd wish they were closed, with the womens usually always closed; no announcements of platform changes forcing people to do a 200-metre dash so quick it'd qualify you for the Olympics. Also, no mobility access whatsoever bar accessibility ramps off and on the trains, provided the super-limited staff are there to unlock them for use, but that doesn't solve how one, in a wheelchair especially, is getting up & down two flights of stairs.

How hard can it be to announce a platform before the train arrives. It might be running late but surely you have some idea when there is a limited choice of possibilities rather than make everyone run down and up stairs when it arrives. Also no signs on parking meter to say accepts money but doesn’t issue a ticket - now had to pay twice.

Old people come here in the spring. They hand out Werthers Originals to local schoolchildren who really don’t deserve them. Keeps the old people happy though. By the winter they’ve gone. New old people will return in the spring.

Open ticket office on a Saturday! That's a definite bonus. Main line station for Waterloo East and Charing Cross.

My train got canceled and when the next train came, the driver didn't open the doors.
