• Good ambience • Okay food • friendly service • not worth the hype Unfortunately for what it is, Chop it failed to impress. Serving essentially sauced up chips meat and salad,it reminded me of what i used to do when i was a kid,mixing up all my dinner with tonnes of sauce and just munching it down, and maybe thats what Chop it were going for. The place has a good attractive set up ideal for millenials and kids who go to a place mostly for its Insta value more than the food. The potential to be something great is definitely there,but with the limited choice menu, its not for everyone. And again for what you get in terms of chips in a box,its not worth it. Value for money is definitely lacking. A full menu revamp would be advisable so as to cater to all generations and palettes but again maybe Chop it have a target audience that they are happy with. Its a great location with immense potential, but for now its just not a place you can go back again and again.. P.S - the choconut shake was really good, helped it go from a 2 star to a 3 star. I do apologise if the owners or management if they find this review harsh,but its the only way one can learn and grow which i hope Chop it does. All the best.

I had heard about this place and decided to try them only ours was going to be a takeaway. Service on phone was friendly and quick. But I was very disappointed by the actual food !! We ordered double « shaki shaki «  beef and single chicken. If did ask prior to placing the order for some guidance on the portions and was told the single is enough for 2 persons. Whilst the presentation and taste is very good, the quantity is not. Actually the marketing is a somewhat deceptive. Possibly 2 skewers of the chosen meat are put in a IG bowl of chips and some little salad. 10% meat, 70% chips and 20% salad… Total eye-wash! First and last for us. Pole Sana to whoever runs this place.

Went there last week. The food was good, however overhyped. Service was Terrible ....it took about 45 minutes to get served our order and instructions not followed. It being a fast food outlet, food should be served by 10-15 mins. Food is too pricey for the quality and portion

Nyali branch got my order wrong and left out one soda which i paid for. Meat was slightly undercooked too. Not a happy customer tonight. I'm disappointed and they did not see the need to apologize for getting my order wrong and charging me a soda that they did not pack. As i write this review, i'm still waiting for them to deliver my soda or issue a refund, however they've gone MUTE! UPDATE: The soda i paid for was delivered, 1 hour later. But i still do not recommend the place or services, atleast not Nyali branch. They may be overwhelmed with orders, IMO!

Its was a very good dining experience. We had the tea which was so good the first time, (the second time we went I wasn't happy, they gave us a day old tea) the fries are very good. The Sundae was a bit surprising because it tasted more coffee like than chocolate but I was happy with the copious amounts of nuts so I guess It was a win for me. The service was Impeccable.

Parking is tough during very busy nights.

Based inside The Automan, Links Road Nyali, this little restaurant / drive in / take away serves the best ice cream sundaes I've ever had! Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup, coffee, nuts and a whole lot of goodness at just Ksh.400 for a huge glass (Ksh.350 for smaller serving). They also have their signature Chop it beef or chicken, topped with fries... A must try!

is what would fully describe the ShakeShaki meal. I loved the atmosphere created, welcoming laughs and king conversations, had my friend and I there for hours, tempting us to order the second serving. The food is really good, full of flavour and pocket friendly. Nothing but good vibes at ChopIt. We tried the chicken shake shaki for the first time and loved it! beef shake shaki had always been a fave The matunda explosion “tastes like home” as described by my husband. Is this place worth the hype? I guess not. There is no value for money for the portions provided especially for shakishaki bowl. The shake however was really good.. loved it. Not a place to have a comprehensive meal to say.. just snack type.. plus there were too many flies! Just too many..

You order and then collect your own food once its ready, so not much of service required. The place is situated in one part of a yard. It's made with a container. The furniture is minimal. And there is no ambience of any sort. The food was fine.

The place is easy to locate with some graffiti to create a mood. Food was good but the portions are small and high priced. Environment was annoying as they have a small area for kids who were shouting and screaming throughout our time there.

I ordered the beef shekishaki and the sundae. The service was excellent. Quick delivery. The food was disappointing and basic AF. It's just basic fries, grilled meat and a cabbage salad put in a container you can shake ... no sauce no special toppings. The serving is not worth the price point. Save your money and make this at home!

I personally enjoyed the newly introduced paneer Shakeshaki. Unfortunately when we went on one of the nights specifically for karak chai, they didn't have any.

We went after the World Cup finals and the place was jam-packed! Had the beef and chicken shakeshakis. I would say food is ok, but their setting and the experience of 'shaking the shaki' is what sets them apart.

Quiet little spot with big flavors. Their food is quite good but if you want an added kick ask for extra hot. Also tried the chopnut sundae and literally went back three times in 3 days. Its that good.

The beef shakeshaki was nice, tender and spicy cooled down by the delicious ice cream sundae. Service was streamlined. Great place to bring family and friends.
