Chris was remarkably kind. I called him late at night because of an electrical fault at my house. Chris was willing to come out and also gave me his out-of-hours quote. However, he proceeded to help me troubleshoot the issue to determine if I could isolate the problem without him needing to come out. He spoke to me on phone and texted me back-and-forth, asking to see photos of the switchboard. I was able to isolate the cause and there was no need for Chris to come out. This was an incredibly kind gesture on Chris's part; to determine whether there was an actual issue requiring his assistance and call-out fee. Ultimately, I believe this speaks to Chris's professionalism and attention to his customers and genuinely wanting a good outcome for them. Thank you, Chris.

Chris did an onsite inspection to see where I required some outdoor power points and was able to determine the best possible solution. Chris then gave an on the spot quote and booked the job in for the following week. His team performed the work without any issue and even fixed another socket that was never discussed while onsite (for a very small fee in addition to the original quote). The whole thing was very professional and performed well. I would thoroughly recommend Chris, it was an excellent experience and if I should require further electrical work, I will be sure to engage his services.

Chris and the team were absolutely incredible, we had issues with a point leading to us calling Chris. Within 12 hours of us calling Chris, he was already at our house repairing our concern (faulty installs during the build of our house) Because of the customer service, Chris' amazing attitude and great work we organised extra work around our house for extra repairs. There are plans in future to have Chris and the team to add additional points and swap our lighting. I would absolutely recommend Chris for any work that needs to be done.

Chris is a reliable professional. Turned up to give a quote when he said, committed to a date and kept it, and provided excellent quality work at a great price. The work was to install 2 outside supplies for a pool and a hot tub on independent circuits, and was carried out whilst we was away. Chris installed our ring doorbell having to hardwire to other connections. it was apparently very difficult for some, yet Chris figured out a simple solution. We have had him back to install lights and he corrected and improved downlighting installed from previous work. Honest, trustworthy, makes things possible and fair pricing. He is now my go to electrician professional, responsive and focuses on what can be done.
