We've had the great privilege of working with Christine and her incredibly supportive and knowledgeable staff for over 27 years. We moved out of the area almost three years ago and wouldn't dream of using any other agent. Christine and her team TRULY care about the clients and their families. We were fortunate enough to not sustain flood damage to our home during Harvey although we did loose one vehicle. Christine's office called us the day after the storm to check on us and assure us that they were "there" for us with whatever we might need. The claim process for our flooded vehicle was simple and straightforward. And when we did have a question concerning the time line, Christine checked on things personally and got back to us immediately. I stopped by the office to say hello shortly after Harvey. I have never seen a group of people work more tirelessly or care more about it's business and clients. We own two other homes in other states. How we "wish" we had the same sort of relationship and professional confidence we are lucky enough to have with Christine and her staff. The sort of attention, concern and professionalism offered is second to none and sadly quite a rarity these days. The old commercial went: "like a good neighbor....", we think of them more as: "like a good family..."

We have not had a very good experience with State Farm and this office. We had a leak in our home in January and even though State Farm is who told us to call a restoration company, they have denied our claim. The adjuster never came out to the house just went off of pictures that were sent to them. The restoration came on a Saturday at 6:30 in the evening because it was water damage from a busted pipe in the wall. They had to rip out dry wall and carpet and put dehumidifiers in for a week. We just wanted the house fixed but they claimed the company we used was overcharging. I don’t know anything about restoration but after going over everything on the invoice, it all seemed accurate. The cost was more than our deductible but they still denied the claim. We have tried to contact the office and get answers from Melissa or Christine but we just keep getting the run around. They don’t return calls and are just avoiding us at this time, saying they don’t deal with claims. We have asked to speak with someone who can help us and they just say they’ll get in contact with the adjuster, but we never hear back. So we’ve paid our insurance but just not able to use it. It’s all unbelievable how this is ok, and very disappointing.

This agent ang office have been so great to deal with. As a family, we’ve had State Farm Insurance for years. My first agent was someone from our church. In ten years, I never had any interaction with them, positively or negatively. When i moved to Kingwood that agent, without my knowledge, transferred my policy to Christine’s office. I am so glad he did. Christine’s office staff have been so pro-active and helpful. I was recently hit head on resulting in the total loss of my car. I didn’t have to worry with anything. I turned it over to State Farm and they have handled everything. Didn’t have to worry whether the other person had insurance or not, they took good care of me and are taking care of dealing with the offending driver. I am so grateful to them. Whenever I ask for help, they always act quickly and courteously. So appreciate all of them and the great service they provide.

I have been a State Farm customer for years and had been with another office. This past year I had continuously had one problem after another with said office and never got any answers or return phone calls to the point My coverage was going to be dropped due to miscoding of a marital status for a driver in my policy. My account was totally messed up. A good friend suggested I call Christine's office and that was the best decision could have made. Kristen has been extremely helpful in getting my account straightened out. As of today I will not be dropped and Christine's office will handle my insurance needs. I couldn't be happier with the service I have been given and will definitely recommend this office to anyone I know looking for insurance.

Christine Zenker's office has been amazing! I had been by her office before where they were more than willing to help me with insurance needs before we were even clients, so when our old State Farm agent from another city retired we knew we wanted to transfer to her office. We were welcomed with open arms. Her staff is so nice and helpful. Even though we were existing State Farm clients, the office contacted us to review our coverage and let us know that we were properly covered. Let me restate - as it’s still true: All State Farm agents are NOT the same. Our previous and nearby agent delegated almost everything to underlings who made mistakes, responded slowly and lost information. Dealing with them was like pulling teeth. We almost went to another insurer despite decades with State Farm both in Texas and in other states. Then we moved our policies to Christine Zenker and her staff (also nearby). What a difference. I had a wheel stolen off my car and they were able to get a new one out there wheel, tire, and hubcap the exact same day! Roadside assistance is super wuick as well.
