Firstly, this is not a store. It's a pop up display basically in a lash salon. More importantly though, we put in our reservation that we wanted white or rose gold. We picked this vendor because of all the options shown online. When we got there, we were told there's only 4 options in real gold. I'm allergic to silver, so that's not even a potential option for me. We went to MJ Christensen Diamonds instead, the whole in and out with Cinloco was maybe 5 minutes of discovering they didn't have the options they showed, but they still canceled our reservation and kept the reservation fee which I thought was not cool since they didn't have what they advertised.

Visited on a whim last time we were in Vegas. Cute little spot in the Container Park off Fremont. Friendly and helpful. A few months after getting the bracelet, I noticed the metal on some of the gems were becoming discolored. I reached out via email and got a very quick response saying they would fix it at no charge. I live in San Diego and wasn't sure when I would be back in Vegas. Instead of making me wait, they offered me a 50% refund of my purchase price as well as still offering to fix it the next time in town. Very pleased with their customer service and their bracelets are beautiful!

After all the times I have came this is my first review. But I have been a handful of times so that should speak volumes. I found them on Google & was sold ever since. From the vibe, to the selection of chains & charms to the price it’s all a win. I love it, Cindy is great & every time I leave I feel amazing. I have gotten tons of compliments on my jewelry & immediately tell them where I got it from. For reference I have a necklace, anklets, rings & bracelets; lol I guess I have them all. I love the permanence of the jewelry & how beautiful it looks.

I am so obsessed with my new permanent bracelet, it is so beautiful! Cindy had a huge collection of pieces from gold filled, solid gold, silver along with charms and earrings, all the pieces were beautiful! Cindy is the sweetest! She gave my daughter & I matching bracelets, the process itself is not long at all! I can’t wait to get more, I already booked my next appointment! I booked a group appointment during my wedding week as a gift for myself and my bridesmaids and this was an incredible experience. Cindy was so easy to work with as I was booking (and even had a reschedule) and was so sweet when meeting to get everyone their permanent jewelry. I won the 10k giveaway and brought some family members along with me. She is so amazing!!! I don’t live in Vegas but visit often and she was able to fit us in for our giveaway party last minute. Life happened and didn’t make it on the time we agreed and was an hour late and felt terrible. But she was still so kinda! Her customer service is impeccable! And we all love our bracelets!! such a fun experience! went with a group since my auntie won one of her giveaways, we ended up arriving late and i was the first one there. she was so patient to walk me through all of the different charms and chains with all of my questions. i ended with an anklet & evil eye charm that she also helped me finalize my decision and it is my favorite thing ever! definitely plan on going back with my boyfriend soon!!
