Such helpful staff! I had some issues with the clinic not sending scripts after telehealth appointments then sending wrong info after chasing up. The staff here were so helpful, even calling the clinic themselves to ensure the right script was sent! In stressful times like we are currently experiencing (Covid restrictions etc) the team here really are going above to ensure their customers are not only looked after quickly but as stress free as possible.

The process didn’t start off well with the pharmacist and the sales assistant in the pharmacy; but eventually it was resolved amicably with each party, me and them coming to terms with each other. So they get credit for professionalism and customer care; despite being a hard situation for us medically at the moment. Thanks again for understanding amidst confusing advise.

So glad this new pharmacy has opened in our local area. Exceptional customer service that's head and shoulders above others we've tried over the past few years. Good to feel like a real customer rather than another number in the waiting line. Have been able to price match with Chemist Warehouse on the last two occasions we were there.

Most expensive pharmacy would not recommend for retirees and pensioners …the lady sold me some high mark up off brand melatonin as opposed to circadian which is also melatonin that’s not generic and of better quality .Didn’t even ask what I want out of the 2 ..but whatever makes the most money for them aye .Not seeing them again .

Very pleased with the service! Larry is extremely helpful and patient with my request for a 6 month Webster-pak for my mother-in-law who is travelling overseas. He is extremely thorough with the scripts and made sure the Webster-paks are done correctly. Carry on the good work, guys!

Strike 1 and 2 - came in on two separate occasions to fill a prescription and both times they did not have stock. Strike 3 - I was going to buy some Swisse vitamins but they were triple the price of Chemist Warehouse. Avoid this chemist.

This chemist is fantastic , there is friendly staff and good service. Larry and Sonia are really efficient and so much help, they are honest and give great advice. I would reccomend this chemist by far to anyone that ask.
