Usually a great one stop place to get all that you want. Tonight was a fully different experience entirely. My mother, who by the way just beat cancer thanks for the prayers, wanted to treat the family to some drinks and put some gas in the tank. Upon paying for products, night clerk, totalled us out at 12.59 and said card was declined but allowed us to take the drinks. (thought that was nice.) We went to another gas station only to find out that 33.22 was removed from the account...My husband had me return to the previous station where he asked the clerk what happened, clerk said there was nothing he could do my mom was just going to have to come back in the morning when the manager was present. My husband advised him that this was something that needed to be addressed not tomorrow but right now. Manager was called but said he couldnt do anything about it now for all he knew was that he was not going to authorize cash or product cause he was not present to determine who was lying...My husband, father in law and Grandpa in law have all been employer's in the construction business since 1967 and one of the golden rules of customer service is the customer is always right regardless of who is at fault. Now the outcome of this situation turned out 3 drinks and 4 gallons of gas but no apology was made gratitude was given thanks was given and 20.63 was tipped to whomever. The full point is be careful of the circle k on the corner of university and indian school. I am not at all in denial of the changes in society as time moves forward but come on just too much for a Tuesday night that's all I'm saying have a great night God bless and be true to yourself always Mrs. Brenda J. 90% of the time I stop at this location everything runs smoothly. Now that being said I live close to this location and very rarely have any problems or issues except when it comes to one particular female employee who has either shorted me on my change after a purchase multiple times. Today being one of those days it happened again, I get that things happen but when it's the same employee multiple times for similar occurrences when money either went missing or she "accidentally" gave back the wrong amount of change. Any time this female employee makes a mistake or something goes south she will automatically attempt to blame the customer instead of owning her mistake. Excuses & Incompetence arent the best things to try and run a business

My wife just called me hysterically crying because a woman who works at this store falsely accused her of theft and made disparaging comments about her. This store is around the corner from he job and she goes there multiple time a week. The woman apologized and said she was having a bad day after realizing she was incorrect but this is not acceptable. My wife took down a number for a manager but it appears to just be the number to the store itself. We will be taking this up with the Circle K corporate office.

I went in, bought 3 regular sized candies and was charged for king size (No, i did not notice right away, i was heading back to work from my break). Then the cashier said there was a deal if I "got a 4th candy that wasn't king sized". He definitely charged me wrong on purpose if he said to get a candy that Wasn't king sized. Will not go back there again. Their items are over-priced anyway.

I stood in line for 12 mins while both cashiers argued with a crackhead just to be denied the opportunity to buy alcohol because I had a paper ID. My bday was last week so I had to renew it.....my bad I guess. Both clerks apologized and said it was a state law but I was able to go to Walmart and buy alcohol without a problem.

I brought in my already purchased Circle K slushie cup, and he scanned it charging me full price for the cup rather than just the drink. I remind him I brought this cup in and he mumbles something about that's the way it is. I used a bogo coupon for grilled items and filled a 24oz cup, so why am I being charged nearly $12?

If you use debit on the gas pump outside be prepared to have a 100 dollar charge held on your account. There is absolutely no reason for this charge and I won't spend I single dime on gas at this station. Also, it's a Circle K now.

A small but neat gas station store. The older gentleman was very helpful with me and help with what I was looking for. I appreciate all the help I've received from this stop. Paid in cash.

This circle K is not bad,me and my older brother walk across to get some snacks and we go at night so when we go it's not that crowded sometimes there's no one except us.

Their employee bob has the worst customer service ever. I saw him be very disrespectful to customers definitely shouldn’t be working at customer service!

Store was clean and bathroom was clean. Little small inside though so not as good of a variety of snacks as larger gas stations.

Small shop but just enough to fit the necessities. Fountain drinks and snacks, some hot food, cold lunches. No liquor or beer.

This gas station took all my money from my debut card and now there is no way to contact them. Never going there again

The clerk is nice. He treated me with respect. He was patient with me. I will be visiting there again.

Just randomly closes at random times so the cashier can go get her fix or whatever.. come on

Great one stop shop to get gas and a energy drink, fountain coke, or coffe.
