Went in yesterday 9/10/20 around 6pm for drinks, cigarettes and a bag of ice they didn't have the cigarettes I wanted stocked but the cashier who's name is Gabe if I remember correctly ran to the back and got them for me he even offered to carry the bag of ice to my vehicle because my hands were full which I greatly appreciated. I then told him about not feeling comfortable to go in or leave sometimes due to the homeless outside (the security guard literally watched the homeless man ask me for money and did nothing he seemed too busy talking and joking with them instead of kicking them out) he offered to meet me outside when ever I feel scared to go in he said to just call the store phone and he would go outside to walk me in completely going above and beyond his duties. It is really refreshing compared to the service I usually receive when I go there which is below average at best. If you see this thank you young man! I will definitely start going back to this location again

I'm not sure if the cashier was upset that I came in the store while she was horse playing with her co-worker and had to stop to actually wait on me or if she just felt like welding her Almighty power because she refused to sell me cigarettes when I had a valid New Mexico state issued ID and I'm 48 years old. Her excuse was that someone had come in earlier and asked for the same kind of cigarettes that I was asking for and this person didn't have an ID. LOL I don't know why that has any effect on me purchasing cigarettes but I guess it does in circle K land. All it did was inconvenience me a little bit but for her it probably made her day! She got to show me who's in control of the situation. Pretty funny and Pretty pathetic. Yeah I'm calling you out for poor customer service. And for not being very professional at all. Actually you were the complete opposite professional. But I mean she's a cashier at Circle K what more do I expect?

I work nights and this gas station is always closed. When they are open I have never been to a gas station where there are so many bums like 10 sometimes more and they let the bums hang out outside so much and hang out around the entrance till sun up. Not to mention they steal from inside the store and they are never told anything. There needs to be management at night and security, they have security during the day why not at night? I'm pretty sure management is not aware of what is going on or are they? One of the worst gas stations!

I had to make a quick run to the gas station at 2 in the morning and there was 5-6 MEN sitting in front of the doors out of view from the 2 clerks inside. I waited in my car until i saw someone else walking inside, so I followed with them. As I was leaving I told the 2 clerks about the men outside and how scary it looked. One of the clerks who was injured and was walking with a cane and escorted me out and made sure I left the parking lot!!!!! Kudos to him. Im so sorry for not getting your name!

I work at a gas station to and all you complaining about being open 24 hrs. We and they are open 24 hrs but we have jobs to do to. So if your able to get gas then we're open if not then you can say something about not being open 24 hrs. And probably 90% are drunk looking for something to eat. Lucky we don't call cops for DUI.

Drove out of the way running on fumes because it says they are open 24 hours and that the hours were verified by phone 2 weeks ago. Got there, and they had a handmade sign on the door saying the were closed. I barely made it to the next gas station. Don't confirm that you're 24 hours when you're not.

Walking to this place in here gangster rap with cuss words left and right blaring extremely extremely unprofessional! These kids aren't working, they're having a party! I'd fire both of them just for playing neck horrible music riddled with cuss words!! Won't be back I'll go to 7-Eleven!!!

24 hrs?? Its 11:45 pm and the doors are locked??.... no one answers the phone, clerk finally came to the door and said he has close because there is only one person working. The other one called in...... sounds like a staffing issue, clearly poor management. Its abq what can you expect

If you are here for the gas station, and need to use the bathroom, you have to buy something from McDonald's first. Ridiculous. Never heard of a gas station keeping people from using the bathroom unless they buy something from the fast food restaurant inside. Very inconsiderate.

Worthless. Cashier couldn't be bothered to get the manager for a transaction, just pointed outside and said he's out there somewhere... first, why aren't you trained to handle these transactions, second, why don't you actually do your job and get the manager for me?!

Went there yesterday around 3:30 pm ... Had an issue with my money order I purchased there.... Was told to come in the morning at 8am to speak with manager Yolanda.. Also the registar guy with long hair and wearing sunglasses inside the store smelled like weed...

Never have lids for the 44 ounce cups. Never have the window cleaner buckets are always empty or filled with trash. The floors are always sticky and dirty when you walk in. The only good experience I had is the nice gentleman working tonight. 03/23/19 10:30 pm

Apparently a valid I.D isn't enough to buy a vape they have the card to person who came with me and denied me because my associate had a "vertical id" regardless they are of age. But you're fine with the homeless guy stealing donuts behind us? Pathetic staff.

Just arrived in town from Tucson and all the nearby gas stations are closed, but this location was confirmed open 24 hours. Too bad, hand written sign saying they’re closed. Someone is inside, but they aren’t answering the phone when I called. Terrible

Worst ever fountain drink machine is broken 80% of the time they never have milk their credit card machine never works just just a terrible convenience store never seen anything like it. Don't go I guarantee you will be disappointed

The employees that work here are badass. The man and woman working the lunch hour today handled threats from homeless instigators with courage, while performing their duties just like normal. Kudos to these tough people.

4:40am and the doors were closed. I was told they will not be open until 8am!! No sign on the door and why are you suppose to be open 24hrs this us not the first time! I will be calling corporate office later today!!

Went by early one morning after my graveyard shift was over and they were blaring gangster rap(little wayne actually... So wannabe crappy gangster rap at that) it was totally unprofessional and uncomfortable...

They finally got rid of or she left. One older Hispanic women was a terror. She would engage me a older white man when teenage Hispanic boys were present to get them all worked up and protective of her.

This gas station open whenever it shouldnt be 24 hours when they close most of the week.. it suck because this is the only station next to my job so when i go to lunch i expect the store to be open.

Cashier Cristy too busy talking on her phone to help the 12 people standing in line. Obviously too busy to do her job, probably needs to just call out if she's not able to focus on work, at work.

They have little visitors (little roaches) sneaking from bottom of coffee creamer dispenser, I spoke to night manager about it, this the second time I see them critters.

October 2 Store is closed at 9:30 when posted hours are 10. The store repeatedly closes early turning numerous customers being turned away at the door.

Great for a morning coffee the workers are excellent always helpful and everything is always nicely put in order very nice place and conviniant!

The cashier with long dark hair and the old security guy is being crazy with customers they need to be fired be careful when you go by there

Take open 24 hours out of your description. If you're not going to be open 24 hours, don't advertise it as such.

The service from the cashier was very good. My only complaint is that the store aisles were crowded with boxes.

The one on lomas and san pedro is closing down and there moving alot of the amazing workers to this one :)
