Very disappointed and can't recommend this company. All I asked for was a simple snake of a slow draining bathroom sink. Instead, in addition to the snaking, the technician took apart the drain/stopper/pivot rod/etc. (I'm guessing to look for hair but taking it apart wasn't necessary to do that) and when he put it back together it was crooked and he tightened it so much that he crushed the flange. I watched the whole thing and told him he tightened it too far. When he saw what had happened he apologized but then said it was already cracked. This drain/stopper/faucet was less than a year old - it wasn't cracked and was functioning properly. He didn't have a replacement stopper/flange so he goes to buy one and charges ME for something he broke. And the kicker is that he didn't even match the finish of the existing faucet. So now I have a chrome faucet and brushed nickel flange/stopper. I'm out the $34 for a part that Ciriello broke but charged me and I'm going to buy another $34 replacement part to match the finish. The receipt that I received conveniently didn't say anything about me being charged for a part. The next day I contacted the company and questioned why I was being charged for a part that their technician broke and was told that the work order said that the part was cracked but that the issue would be brought to "managements attention" ... crickets. Lost a customer ... a multiple time customer ... all over $34. So easily fixable ... own the mistake, fix the mistake, retain the customer. Instead this went the other way. Terrible.

Person who answered phone was friendly. Was talking to me with interest in the actual problem even if it meant I could just do it myself. Sent in photos and had a fast response. To set up an appointment, I had to go through a few rounds of email tag. I thought it was silly and that someone should just call me. For the appointment day, the technician was considerate and friendly. He seemed down to explain as little or much as I wanted. He replaced an old corroded cast iron toilet flange as well as some other cast iron pipe below. When the floor all around the toilet crumbled, he also improvised some solution to pour new concrete to bind to the existing middle layer of bathroom flooring to be able to install the new toilet flange and then new toilet. I didn't even know he was almost done when he was. They also kept to their quote amount, and the credit card info I gave for billing was charged in a timely fashion within a few days.

My next door neighbor highly recommended this plumber, so when I needed work done to complete a water softener installation, I called Ciriello. Rich took time with me on the phone to figure out what I needed, then volunteered to come out and give me a free estimate if he found that i actually needed a plumber to complete the work. He made an appointment for a few days later and was right on time. He spent over an hour with me to assess my plumbing set up and give me different options to solve my problem. He is going to email me the estimates for the different options tomorrow. Even though I haven't had any work done yet, his thoroughness and professionalism have so impressed me that I am already recommending this company to others! Thank you, Rich, for being so generous with your time and knowledge!

I made a few calls to the office to ask questions, and someone always answered in a prompt and professional manner. They were able to give me a price quote over the phone and set up a service appointment for the next day. The service person arrived in uniform, looking clean-cut and ready to get to work. I watched while Zach Rayburn changed out my gas water heater. He was thorough, proficient, and conscientious about his work and was also pleasant to chat with. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and with excellence. Their pricing is fair and in line with similar honest companies, not price gouging like some of the big names in town. This was my second successful experience with Ciriello Plumbing, and I will continue to use their services. I also have recommended them to others.

I have used Ciriello Plumbing a few times and have always had an excellent experience with them! I had pipes freeze over Christmas and they were able to come out the day of to fix the problem. They even put some extra insulation behind the pipes. I also needed a new water heater. They were able to get me in within the next couple of days. Zach came out to replace the old water heater. He removed my old one which I appreciated. He installed the new one efficiently. He checked the water to make sure it was running correctly after installation. He cleaned up the water in the basement, and explained everything to me. I really like this company and all their employees! They are professional, efficient, and do things the right way the first time. I will use them again!

A couple months ago this company came out to disconnect and reconnect stove and detected and fixed leak from dishwasher. Upon completion I was satisfied and even happy with the work and price which was just under 300. 2 months later they sent another bill for just over 300. I thought it was a duplicate so I called and they said they were 2 different invoices for 2 different jobs. I decided to pay without much of a fight. Cause at this point it wasn't worth the hassle. In total I paid 600 for less than an hour of work. I am aware of how the hourly works. Bit if you're work hard for your money you know why this is unexceptable. This company should be named Disney. Cause it's definitely a Micky Mouse organization. Buyer beware!!! Please don't get cheated like I did.

This is the second job we had Ciriello's do for us. This time a leaking, then broken, garbage disposal. Clayton diagnosed the issue, the gave me recommendations and pricing. Done in less than an hour and he cleaned up everything very nicely. Quite a personable and friendly fellow. Another great experience that will keep us coming back. I would like to see itemized invoices just so I understand the hourly rate plus materials better. Also, I would like the scheduling person setting the appointment to advise on the hourly rate. Thats helpful. Both times we've had Ciriello's out, the tech asked if we were given pricing, so I think they are supposed to give us some information when we schedule. Happy customers and we will have Ciriello's back when an issue arises.

Patrick is an outstanding plumber, working for an excellent company. I could not be more pleased with the work he has done for us. I call Ciriellos every time I have a plumbing issue, and request Patrick. Ciriellos performs high quality work at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them if one is in need of a plumber. Very, very pleased with Jeff and his work. He was extremely professional in repairing a leak in our water shut-off valve. As part of replacing the valve, he devised a modification to extend the valve handle which made it much more accessible to reach in its closet location. We cannot say enough about the outstanding service we have received from Ciriello Plumbing every time we've needed them, and their exceptional, professional plumbers.

Three technicians actually worked on our bathroom update. Lucas was on site all 4 days. Patrick helped solve an issue with uncooperative shower walls and a 3rd technician was on site the first day, I don’t remember his name. Lucas and Patrick were especially focused on making sure everything was right. I think the shower wall was taken down several times for adjustment to ensure no leaks. Lucas felt that we had not received the correct toilet and tank when they didn’t install easily. Sure enough, next day we had a new toilet! The shower is beautiful and will make aging in place much easier! Ciriello is my plumbing company forever! They are passionate about their work, prices are fair, and they are pleasant and easy to work with.

The lady on the phone was so delightful and professional. She was able to schedule a technician to come to our home the following day, even though it was nearly 5:00 when I called. Eric was our technician such a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently and was able to take care of the clog we had been trying to rectify ourselves. As he worked, we chatted. As it turned out, he grew up just down the street from us! When Eric had our pipes free and clear again, he packed up his equipment, wiped up the floor of the cabinet and the floor outside the cabinet. We are very pleased with the service and personnel of Ciriello Plumbing and will call them should we ever need plumbing service again. Great job, Ciriello!

Customer for life! Ciriello consistently under promises and over delivers. The was the 3rd time I’ve used them. First time was a Friday morning after Thanksgiving. A shower wouldn’t turn off. They were here within an hour. This time was the $258 water bill. My house is on a slab and I had no evidence of a leak - except the bill. They came in and confirmed that it wasn’t anything easy :-). They did have to schedule work for the next week to insure they had all the equipment necessary. They found the leak, fixed it, cleaned everything up and made it better than before. They found a creative solution that didn’t require breaking into the slab and it was almost half of the price they originally estimated!

I have had poor hot water pressure for a very long time (like decades), and each plumber who has worked on my system would nod his head in sympathy with no recommendations other than replacing all of the old pipes at a very huge expense. But a Kinetico representative suggested I contact Ciriello Plumbing to have an assessment, which I did. Rich offered a logical solution that was reasonable & affordable. Jeff came to do the work, and the results are amazing. Not only was Rich exactly right with his assessment, but Jeff’s work was excellent. We now have real hot water pressure at every location in the house. Jeff was knowledgeable, efficient, and as pleasant as could be.

Patrick and Ciriello Plumbing far exceeded my expectations. Each summer for the last five years we have had a plumbing company (all different) in to evaluate our clogged drain. Each year they put a bandaid on the issue and did not fix the root cause. Patrick inspected the drains, offered a permanent solutions and fixed our problem in the kitchen sink. I can't say enough good things about Ciriello's service. Patrick even uncovered an issue with the battery back up sump pump while he was here and fixed that. I will never call any plumbing company except Ciriello in the future. Excellent service.

I had Jake Benedict install a new shower system last year. It was easy to hire because Ciriello has office staff that answer the phone, answer questions, and make arrangements for plumbing work. No phone tag! They give a 4-hour window of plumber arrival time but phone ahead when the plumber is on the way. Jake was prompt, polite and professional. He did the installation quickly, and efficiently. The cost was very fair. When our kitchen sink drain had a leak, I phoned Ciriello again and requested Jake specifically. Once again he did a great job and left everything clean and dry!

Ciriello was recommended to me because of their prompt honest service. I was able to schedule the replacement of a leaky water heater within 2 days of calling. Mike took time to discuss replacement options. He was very knowledgeable about products and their reliability. Mike installed the new water heater and disposed of the old one. He told me how to care for the new unit to get the most time out of it then cleaned up after himself. I was able to pay with a credit card, and the receipt was quickly emailed to me. I highly recommend Ciriello Plumbing.

6 year old clogged up the toilet with wet wipes. The clog couldn’t be cleared despite my best efforts. The first plumber I called wasn’t going to be able to make it out until the following Monday. Ciriello’s was able to get a plumber out that day. Ultimately the toilet had to be pulled, cleared and re-seated. $385 later the clog was cleared. I wasn’t happy about spending close to four hundred dollars but I was happy to have a working toilet again. The 6 year old has assured me no more wet wipes will be going into the toilet.

Our technician was great! A friend has used Ciriello's twice and has nothing but good things to say. She recommended that I call Ciriello's and I'm glad that she did. We bought a new washer but it couldn't be connected because the valves were old and about to break.Technician Mike did the work quickly and showed us what he was doing. He was very nice and professional. I know that I sound like I'm gushing, but I'm glad to find a plumber that we can trust, especially when my husband and I know NOTHING about plumbing !

They did a great job! New install of a water softener, and replaced my water heater with a tankless one. Since I have one of the poorly constructed Davis Homes, they had to replace the ductwork to properly vent the water heater. Great work and genuinely nice guys! 8/13/2018: Have had additional work done since my first review, including a panicked Saturday afternoon emergency call when the new washing machine leaked. They were excellent every time! They are thorough, neat, well organized, and great to work with!

My experience with Cerullo started with Rich coming to the house and giving me an estimate. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining each procedure. With in his quote he gave me three options of what could be done and left it to me to decide. After I decided and called the office they booked me an appointment to get the work started. Jeff was the technician who did the work and he was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results and I feel the price was fair.

they were very professional. the plumber they sent out informed me of all the items he checked. He even inspected the entire crawl space for any other problems and then reported back to me. I call Ciriello for pretty much all of my plumbing needs, and this was the second time Mike came out and helped. This time he checked my outside spigots for freezing. He found one had burst, replaced both and prepared them better for winter. He was very efficient, he worked in the rain, and got finished sooner than promised. Both times he’s been out he’s explained things for me, and walked me through what failed; and how he was fixing the issues. Will definitely use them again!

John did a very nice job. He was very courteous and thorough in our job. We were told that we would receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival and the call we received was that he was already in our driveway. We received the call at 215 and arrived at our house before 230... we were charged $60 that we could have negated had we actually received the call when he was on the way. We feel this should be refunded as it was not part of the agreement. John did a great job though !

We had a leaking outdoor hose faucet we needed fixed before winter, and a leaking washing machine faucet after some installers from a big box store botched the delivery/installation. Mike came out the next morning and fixed the problem on both and took care of the outdoor one without even needing to replace the faucet, saving us money we expected to be spending! Very honest, polite, and professional. We've been using Ciriello for years now and always happy!

Normally I would have replaced my faucet myself but the connection were old and corroded and I knew I would make a mess and a potential disaster if I did it myself. Got quoted by a couple companies, ranging from small plumber shops to corporate - and Ciriello had in my opinion the best quote for an installation of a new battery back up sump pump. I had Andrew as my plumber and he was very knowledgable (had a couple questions about my sump pump system since I am a new home owner) and was able to get every question answered. Definitely a place I'll utilize again - easy to call and set up meeting.

Very pleasant and professional service call. Tyler worked in a very tight location underneath our kitchen sink. His task was to remove a solenoid from the water feed line to convert our Touch faucet to manual only. He knew his work and successfully made the conversion. He, at my request, he made a quick assessment of other non-urgent plumbing matters. This was our first service call by Ciriello's. We plan to use them again.

A close friend recommended Ciriello earlier this year when we needed to replace our hot water heater. They responded quickly and did a great job installing the new water heater. I needed a sewer scope for a house inspection to purchase and they were able to schedule me within two days. The tech, Cassie, was prompt and very helpful in understanding the process of things didn’t look good. Luckily no issues were seen and she went over when to have the pipes regularly checked. Ciriello sent someone over the same day I called. They told me enough to be prepared and although the installation of a new faucet had some difficulty because of some old soldering and rusted pipes. He was able to fix the faucet and plumbing that day and it works and looks much better.

These guys responded quickly to the copper pipe leak under our slab. They quoted a $1300 price for the repair and ended up only costing me $709. Patrick McCullough did a great job on the repair. They have been around for almost 60 years. Use these guys, they keep their word....
