For a store with this much square footage where are the clothes and items..... MAYBE I went in on the wrong day but the racks barely had variety and what they did have left did not leave much choice for size options. I understand the premise of the store and the prices are kind of low BUT I know THESE items purchased in bulk once the selection is picked through can go on clearance a lot quicker. The store is not organized well, similar clothing doesn't stay together, I just don't understand the rhyme or reason to it. Even if it was basic color coordination I could deal with that. But nothing, Really.. can I take a look at you business plan and understand how you continue to stay in the black and keep stores open across the country? I just hope THIS is the bad one. Not impressed.

Citi Trends is a good clothing store with a variety of items that you may not find in other stores they have nice store associates that help you find the best items that you're looking for, at reasonable prices, but just remember if you want the best variety of items clothes,shoes,watches,ect. you have to keep up with the store in order to see what they have available,otherwise they may not have the item at that particular time but be patient it won't be long before the item you want be back in the store. Also forgot to mention glad they're in a good location! Thanks you Citi Trends!

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience at Citi trends. Picked out a pair of shoes for my granddaughter, a discounted sticker was covering the size, ask sales clerk for help, she removed the $6.00 sales sticker and the size was revealed; I proceed to checkout and the price of the shoes rang up $12.00. I was told the discounted sticker was placed by mistake. "Truth in advertising" was not honored!

You can tell that the employees dont want to be there ever lol smh but other than that I mean they help you when you ask for help....but most the employees dont try to make you feel welcome or make sure your shopping experience is pleasurable with their personalities...the store was clean and organized.so I got mixed feelings

Not sure of the guys name who was cashing me out today, but he was extremely rude!! Before he even started ringing up my order I told him that I would like to put certain items on layaway and pay for the other items. He never greeted me

Always fun to shop here! Great prices ...great clothes and accessories. They have lots of household bargains...phone accessories...shoes etc as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Always leave with a bag full of happiness!!

I love this store on. 103rd they made me feel welcome they were all super friendly and they were working and actually had smiles on there faces great workers store smells good and it was clean and prices are to die for lol …

This is one of the greatest shops on Earth!!! I bought some wonderful outfits and dresses in this store!!! Ladies, great clothes with great prices!! Must see, posting pictures of me wearing one of the outfits!!

Love shopping here they have all the clothes n style my kids love for a great price! So if you dont have hundreds to spend on one outfit I suggest you go here and get several outfits for the price.of one!

A bit messy at times so you really have to dig if your looking for something specific because its likely not all where its supposed to be i regularly find women's clothes in men's & even boys section.

And it's been picked through quite a bit the selection was not very good the customer service was great but the selection and the size of the store not very good you don't have very many choices

Didn't have what i was looking for. No one came to assist me in my search when I did locate a item my grandchildren wanted. I hate to say but it seems that this store was under-staffed.

Had some pretty nice items but my girl had a hard time finding the size she needed even though the size she was trying on was the size that she wears. And fit at other chain of stores

i like the store and i like the clothing and other items that i can purchase here but i have definitely felt some discrimination from the employees at this store.

A lot of stuff to choose from and brand names, accessories, purses, I mean Citi trends have almost everything you need to looks fabulous. Either male or female.

You can find nice niche items, and great customer service very helpful and polite staff and prices on somethings are negotiable a great place to shop and save

They have good stuff I just wish theyd get newer stuff in once in a while. Sometimes the staff can be rude, sometimes not. Good low prices though.

Found a great set of luggage... The cashier was in the process of marking it down. My daughter loves her new luggage. From Jax to Vegas....

I will not go back, trash and clothes all over the floor, shoes didn't have the matching shoe with them. If i could give a 0 star i would.

I can usually find what I'm looking for trendy clothes at good prices the customer service is okay and the return process is pretty easy

Came here to Christmas shop things were everywhere but when the holiday season over with I’ll come back again to see why all they have.
