This was my first time unit Citti Florist, I only ordered on things, my sister bouquet. I paid $150.00 for it, which to me was over prices in general. Now where to start.. When I ordered the flowers I make the order over the phone. My sister colors for her wedding were Orange and purple, so naturally I ordered a orange and purple bouquet. I told the lady over the phone that I was exotic flowers, such as star gazers, and other unique flowers.. she seemed to get the picture I was painting. I picked up the flowers the next day, and my sister wedding was the following day. When I got there NO ONE seemed to smile, and I was waiting for what seemed like 20 min to just pick something up that I had already paid for. When they brought the flowers out to me, the first thing I noticed was that the bouquet was maid of stickily Orange and purple ROSEES!!! which is not what I ordered.. however the flowers were still beautiful, and I knew my sister would be happy, so I took the flowers as is, after discussing how to store the flowers until the next day (wedding day). I was told the keep them refrigerated.. so I did. The next day I noticed that the flowers were already DYING!!! I was beyond pissed, we tried to position the flowers so that it would show so much in the pictures.. however that proved to be hard due to there be freakin THORNS on the stems!!!! Who in there right mind makes a bouquet with thorns still attached? It was an absolute nightmare. We did our best to make it work. Naturally when the wedding was over my sister wanted to store the flowers, and keep them. However they were severely dying at this point. So I called Citti Florist, and told them what had happened, and how we were very disappointed, I mean this wasn't a dinner party.. this was a WEDDING!! the guy I spoke with seemed less than interested, so I asked to speak with a manager, who's name was Justin. He wasn't there, I was told he would give ma call back.. By no surprise I never heard anything back. So a week later I called them back.. managed to get him on the phone and he had NO idea who I was or why I was so upset. I explained the situation to him, then asked that they remake the bouquet so my sister can dry them out and salvage them, and refund my money! he told me that he will give my money back but was not going to remake the bouquet. I was so upset and told him that this was horrible customer service, and that this was so inconvenient to us especially during a wedding! I offered to send him time stamped pictures, so he could see the quality of his product, and he could care less. he told me that he would remake the flowers, and give me store credit and that he would use the STORE CREDIT TO REAMKE THE BOUQUET!! I was blown away to say the least! I will NEVER go back there ever again!! I recommend that everyone stays away from his place! They don't care about the quality of there product, nor how they treat there customers!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars..a company thrives on customer service and this place does not value it, at all. I get into the store and go to look at some flowers. I find a lily that seemed right for the occasion. As I go to pick out the bundle, a woman quickly comes to the door and sharply states to not open and touch the flowers because they do not want water dripping on the floor. She then leaves and does not answer my question about if everything in the store is a no touch rule. Which, to add, there are not signs anywhere listing this rule. I am looking around for help and no one can tell me where to start with this unorganized process. I finally have to receive help from the woman who sharply snapped at me. I was not to know she was a professional employee because she was wearing what looked like yoga pants. She asked me what I wanted and rudely gave the price. No eye contact. She grabs my flowers and was about to walk away, again with no directions for me to follow. I ask if she could help my friend and she said, "I didn't KNOW your friend needed HELP!". My friend, obviously did not buy flowers. My regret was waiting a total of 30 minutes for over priced flowers and horrible treatment. I have never felt so unwanted at a business. I would rather get my flowers across the street at Safeway. If you would like to be treated well and give your money to a company who deserves it, do not come here.

I never wrote any comment, but this time I felt i should write one about this store. This is the nearest florist to my home, but I never tried to deal with them. I usually shop online, but this time I needed a special order, so I needed face to face talk. I always check the reviews about any new place I will go, and when I checked this store reviews I told myself that I will never deal with them. However, I went to few florists stores and none of them had what I wanted, so I decided to give them a try. The girls who work there are awesome. They are too friendly. Although I had to wait for few minutes, they apologized too many times. They did exactly what I wanted and the flower were fresh and awesome. I will definitely go back there and deal with them again.

My first 'For Me' Single LS(long stem) Rose purchase and also at this location. It is a bit pricey for a single real Rose but from a very prestigious local florist it is a treat like buying some chocolate; Just in case no one else buys you any and forgets You Would Deserve it and more (bouquet, vase arrangement? 3/6/9/12 Flower Delivery Package...Do you deserve it?) I tried asking the shop for some deals on their flowers: unfortunately the two I spoke two did not see value in my suggestion.

The service here is horrible! So rude!! I asked a gentleman in the back if he could blow up some balloons for me (which I brought in) but I offered to pay for it. The guy was rude towards me, and he even popped one of my balloons!!! And he didn't even apologize!!! Or offer me another balloon for destroying mine! I was so upset. He didn't care, didn't apologize like I said and didn't even offer a discount and made me pay for the balloon he destroyed!

Very helpful staff Jayme was amazing she helped me figure out what i needed for my event and figured out what i was thinking for my designs. I cant wait to update my post with what they look like. It was hard to find a florist who would take on this big project and citti's was able to do it and on such a short notice. Looking forward to seeing it and using them for my events in the future... stay tuned for photos.......

The roses in this little place are top notch. I usually get my flowers from Safeway. After passing by Cittis many many times over the past 5 years I finally stopped by. I was not disappointed. The sign outside is for the daily specials they have and it's true, not a scam. There is more than just roses there. Lots of other flowers and plants - there is wine and balloons too. Thanks for the great customer service

Wonderful place to order flowers from the florist delivered them on time and communicated with me to get the details of my order. Additional details were added to make the flowers even more special. When my flowers were received she was head over and heels and told me the flowers were of the highest quality and smelled wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for wonderful service.

I was buying a floral arrangement for my mom’s birthday and Teresa was absolutely amazing. She really took her time to help me out and answer my million questions and put up with my silly requests. She is the epitome of what customer service is all about. Thank you so much Teresa! My mother loved the flowers! Your store needs to hire more of you!!!

The shop is very overpriced. I paid 28 dollars for this flowers. Very cheap wrap foil, no paper packing. In comparison, the same level of flowers at trader's joe would be 12 dollars. There was a banner that they have specials for roses for roses and mixed flowers, but of course I was told that they ran out of them (and it's 11 am).

Great flowers and people any problems they will gladly replace or fix at no cost i picked up something and a few flowers broke (my fault in the car) went back replaced at no cost and gave me a special box to hold the arrangement so it wouldnt happen again love them

I requested a bouquet to present for a performance, they lied about the price ($45 dollars quoted then $115 required). Then the gave me a bouquet completely wrapped in plastic. Then looked at me agog when I asked about unwrapping it.

The occasion was my daughter having her first child, never a fully known time, the day before Mother's Day. Citti`s Florist couldn't have been more helpful, they went above and beyond to make this First Mother's Day order happen.

Cute flower shop. I usually stop by for the Thursdays special if im ever going to a birthday dinner. Whom ever receives them always loves them. Love the presentation the last time i went. I will be back for future purchases

I use Citti's for sending flowers for my mother on her birthday, Mother's Day and just any time for absolutely beautiful flowers.

Only two staff members on the floor and even the simplest of flowers to have just wrapped in plastic took about 20 minutes!
