I went in at 7:45pm before they close - i took Uber to get there before they close. They were open but they refused to fix my eyelash. I wasn’t even asking them to fix it for free. I just needed one lash in the middle which they failed to bond properly. This is what i got after leaving a decent amount of tips. So disappointed.

I've been here a few times and they did a good job the first few times, but I just went today and the woman almost completely took off my eyebrow! Honestly, I am so upset. My eyebrows haven't been this thin since high school. Do NOT go here and risk losing an eyebrow.

I’ve been going to this place for several years now and the ladies here always do a nice job. I get my Brazilian done here w/ wax and they never double dip and are gentle and thorough. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and they always look great!

This was maybe the worst service of anything I’ve ever received. My skin was ripped so many times while she was threading that I left bleeding in many places. She left visible hairs between my brows (made no additional effort to pluck them)

Their service is good but they always expect more tips and say things in their language. It's very unprofessional. I felt offended because they were saying rude stuff about me because I couldn't not give them more tips.

Let me tell u something these girls do a dang good job for Only $7!! The quality of their work is worth alot more. Very sweet hard working ladies! In and out easy peazy!!

They are just so rude in there! Took my money, didn't look at me, didn't say thank you, I won't be going there again! Eyebrows, nothing to write home about either! …

PLEASE AVOID. They scarred my face. Despite my pain and very visible scar, they attempted to convince me it wasn’t and haggled over a refund. Simply horrific.

Very unprofessional not polite at all. They have a list of services they claim to do. Like lashes but whenever you call they say not today complete let down.

How professional is it when you're about to walk in & see all the workers sleeping on the chairs? I didn't walk in.

Great service. Friendly staff. They have a perks card if you go enough, you get your eyebrows done once for free

They made me wait 20 minutes just to tell me they don’t do eyelash extensions after 4pm

The staff is very unprofessional. I won’t be going there again.
