I made the appointment and specified what I wanted done - clipping and removal of glue from a fixed retainer. I requested a quote and was informed it would be maximum 60 pounds. Based I this I confirmed the appointment. When I arrived at the appointment, I confirmed what I wanted and was informed this would cost 85 pounds. I queried this price given it would take no more than 5-10 minutes and the quote I was given. I was informed that this was an emergency appointment because a wire was involved and the minimum I could be charged was 85. I queried how it could be considered an emergency appointment given I had made the appointment almost two weeks previously. I was informed that any appointment involving a wire is considered emergency. The clipping and removal of the glue took no more than 5 minutes. The work carried out was satisfactory but I feel I was misled with an inaccurate quote and overcharged for a very simple appointment. The professional who I saw stated that they thought I was also getting some cosmetic work. I feel I was overcharged to compensate for poor communication regarding the purpose of the appointment. Based on this, I could not recommend this establishment to anyone.

It is a great place for people suffering from dental problems for several years like me. Everyone is really nice and welcoming, and you will not feel uncomfortable during the treatment. My dentist is Dr. Nigel and nurses are Leila and Georgia. They are so professional and give you the best treatment. For my first treatment, I got bad teeth to fix and Nigel gave me great advice on how to brush teeth properly with suggested toothpaste. It works and my gum did not bleed for these days. Thanks to Nigel and Leila ( heard that it is your birthday this week and happy birthday!) I used to have a filling with sliver materials in my hometown, and my dentist used to suggest me to keep that material which looks dark now:(…but I never thought I can fill it with white material now! It looks so beautiful and shiny now. Thanks to Nigel and Georgia for second treatment. Got a lot to say, highly recommended. And sugar is poison. Any dental problems I would suggest you to come to this clinic.

City Centre Dental is an amazing dentistry! Absolutely recommend them to anyone with any dental issues. The facilities are top notch, staff are incredibly lovely, and the work they did for me in check up and fillings was fantastic. I came to them with concern for a greying tooth (that I later also chipped), which gave me great worry that one of my teeth were dying. Booked a check up appointment ASAP, and Dr Baris was very quick to discover the issue: staining of my tooth from a previous silver filling! I was so glad I made the appointment as it gave me great peace of mind. Despite the issue being benign, I booked another appointment to get a filling done to repair my chipped tooth. They yet again did an awesome job, and I left feeling amazing. I’d give this review a double 5 Stars for both of the sessions being as great as they were :)

Dan is THE best dentist ever! I am eso glad we found him, my kids are always made to feel safe and calm, he has a good bit of banter with them and always talks to them directly about their teeth which is a good way to engage and get them to listen to any advice he has to give. I highly recommend him to everyone and always emphasise the fact that having a good dentist that the kids aren't nervous or scared about seeing is so important and it’s worth me paying what little I have to do that for them. My kids say that he’s always smiling when they visit and it’s true, all of this just adds to the great experience they have. We are so sad to know he’s leaving but wish him all the best, it’s an amazing step up in his career. All the best. Fay

I booked my son in for two fillings with dentist Claire Prescott a few weeks ago. Being it was my son’s first time getting them done, he was quite nervous. Claire and her nurse Shannon were very kind, welcoming , caring and gentle with him. They talked him through and explain the process while carrying out the procedure. Claire did a very good job injecting a local anaesthetic into his gum. We went for two appointments as we weren’t sure If he could take it all in one appointment. He was not scared to go in again and it went even better than the first appointment. We are very happy and impressed with the services received from both Claire and Shannon. Best practice I've had the pleasure of using. I have recommended them to several friends, and the feedback from them has been the same. My dentist, Dan, is just fantastic - clearly exceptionally knowledgable and skilled but also incredibly friendly, funny and cheerful! My most recent visit was to see Fran, a hygienist. Simply put, they were very attentive, friendly, listened to my questions and answered fully, but most of all they were very meticulous and deft in the actual treatment, taking obvious care to minimise potential discomfort to me throughout. Highly recommended! I have always been a very nervous patient (very bad experiences with dentists in the past), but Claire put me at ease from day one. In the three years I've been attending here, I've been treated with the greatest professionalism, care, and understanding at every appointment - really wonderful team! I've been to the clinic twice - once for a general checkup and hygiene dentist and the second time to get two fillings. Ramzan was a terrific dentist - patient, friendly, professional and happy to answer every question. It was a bit hard to find the other location it was easier as I don't have good sense of direction. Staff were nice wasn't sure whether to press bell or go straight in. The prices were a bit expensive even NHS prices have gone up since last visit before covid. My appointment was cancelled multiple times and I moved address. Haven't lived at my old address since 2018 so wasn't aware of this lucky my previous address is my father's address. They need to call to update contact details.

Baris & Georgia have taken such good care of me. I went in for an emergency appointment to fix my permanent retainer. I was seen that day. The warmth and professionalism of both Baris and Georgia made me feel so comfortable. my treatment plan was explained to me in a clear approachable way so that I knew exactly what the next steps were. Initially I had trepidations about the procedure to have 3 dental implants. The process and treatment was expertly explained and any fears were totally allayed and I was happy to proceed. Now that the implants are in, I must say that this dental practice are superb, extremely professional in their attitude and do not undertake any procedure which is just cosmetic or a financial incentive for the practice. Definitely worth the 5-star rating.

Visited with my 2 children for their checkup, aged 2 and 6. Baris and Georgia made us all feel very welcome. My youngest was slightly nervous and did not want to get checked at first however they both took their time to engage with him and after a few minutes he was sitting on the chair letting Baris check his teeth. I liked the clinic, the dental hygienist did a good job with scaling and polishing. This time my teeth wasn’t as scandalous as before, I now use electric toothbrush and the only feedback I got was brush twice daily. The dentist appointment was fast and speedy, teeth and gums healthy. Good service can’t complain, the nurses were also friendly and chatty.

Rip off. I went to have my filling done but came back with a tooth infection which I had to pay for it although was their fault. Then they said I needed root canal etc... I ended up paying nearly £2500 for something that they caused it. I highly do not recommend this place unless if you want to waste your money

I have been looking for a dentist in Manchester for a while and came across this clinic. I booked in with Baris and his assistant Georgia. Everyone was really lovely and polite. No real complaints but felt maybe a bit more time could have been spent doing a deeper hygiene clean as teeth didn’t have that usual smooth polished feel in the 24 hours after that I normally get after a good cleaning.
