Pathetic and inhuman treatment would be a very mild term for these illiterate staffs. I wonder frm wer n how can such uneducated and lethargic people can b hired or even working in a HOSPITAL. This is suposed to be a Hospital but the main tasks for a nurse are carried by office boys/helpers who pull and move patients on wheel chairs. Very unhygienic premises, staffs spit in the same wash basin from wer they fill water and wash utensils for patients. The nurses seems to be hired post class 7th. No class no human touch for being a registered nurse no knowledge they dont even assist patients instead they scream and yell. They throw the wires n other accessories which r used for monitoring BP, Oxygen, heart rate they dont evn care. I took my dad to the hospital at 3 in the morning, starting from security guard to the rmo including the nurses all r sleeping these bloody inhuman people have NICU as well. I was asked to collect the medicine from their inhouse medical store n the guy was missing with shutter closed. It will give u a shock and u will b amazed to think how can people be cured here there is no hope. The whole icu had jus 2 patients and one pf them was my father n i got hIM dischrged within 24 hours. No matter how much I write it still seems leSS to elaborate how can they even run a slaughter house and name it hospital this is just butchering . The staff at the billing section in night shift said the icu charge is ₹5k whereas the female staff next day quoted the charge for icu to b ₹6200/- hw do they even calculate??? The doctor seemed literate but the way he is running this hospital proves either way. Wen i wantd to get dischrge fr my dad because these crakpots n butchers wer least botherd to assist the patient they jus formed a group in the icu and started talking about diwali farsan, hw d other girl left early these wer jus unimaginable things carried in an icu Please dont run butcher shops to earn dat money wont sustain. This was a disappintment and i wonder wat oath the doctor took while being certified. Its a shame!

Please never visit for cancer treatment. I went for my mom's colon cancer surgery. At first, Dr. Nitin gave us high hopes that treatment would be done in the best way. We asked him to do PET scan before surgery to get a clear picture of the cancer spread in the body but he told us that it's not necessary. Later, the operation did go well done by Dr. Nilesh Chordiya. But, when after surgery we did PET scan, we came to know that many parts affected with cancer cells are still not removed and they are active. This could have been avoided if necessary investigations (such as PET scan) would have been done before surgery. Also, they didn't feel the need to check that at which stage the cancer was. After surgery, we got to know it's more than stage 3. As normal humans, we trust on doctors like God's for saving life of our loved ones. Due to this negligence done by these doctors, my mom's life is at risk now. Also, the hospital bill was double the amount that he gave us as an estimate. Just looting people is their business. Money does come and go but life doesn't. We expect this to be understood at least by the doctors.

I'm observing mixed reviews for this hospital. Well the reviews can be varied depending on the doctor you're taking treatment from. I'll give my review on the basis of a particular doctor, it's staff, and infrastructure etc. This place is situated at around 10 to 15 minutes driving distance from the Kalyan Railway station. This place is close to Pournima. To reach here get into Ring route (Birla College) buses or get an auto Ricksha. Both journeys will cost less than 15 Rs per person. It has personal ward with two beds which cost around 3500 per day and another ward with 8 beds which cost around 1500 per day. We chose the ward with 8 beds. On each bed curtains are placed for privacy and it's quite spacious. We were taking treatment from Dr. Zabak. The treatment was done successfully and he was a great doctor. The nursing staff is cooperative to patients. Medicines are available on the same floor so it's easier for anyone to get medicines faster. There's no food available here and to buy good food you have to search in surrounding places so it's better to arrange your own food for the patients.

My operation was good but while removing stitches they ignored one stitch and my family doctor has seen it after 20 days and he tried to remove that stitch and hopefully it got removed. It was very big mistake from staff and when I went to complaint about this they are asking proof, this is very very bad nature of handling patient complaint. It was painful to remove stitch after recovery if it has been Der for long time pus would have formed inside and it would have been dangerous for me. But hospital is not ready to accept it. I m not blaming anyone but atleast they should say next time we will be careful. But they are asking proof. Not happy with this. Doctor is good but what is the use if hospital is not ready to accept mistake. If someone will die they will ask bring dead body for proof how can dey ask like this, we are not free to go and complaint without any reason.

Beware, before you regret!!! My Father was hospitalized on 28th Oct under Dr. Nitin Zabak.. His one of the leg finger was amputed and within a month Dr suggested to cut my fathers leg.. He said he is helpless and been giving painkillers to my father for a month..... I brought him to Mumbai hospital and could fine his kidney in danger... Please please please, save your beloved ones and avoid visiting this illiterate Doctors The staff is good, but RMO and other Drs are very rude, I was charged 5,000 for tein sharing and my neighbour was charged 3000 for twin sharing, same room.... It's all business for them I pray I'll for all those who have been negligence for my father. God will definitely punish Most of the reviews are fake and are from hospital staff... Choice is yours before it's too late

Not at all recommended, This Nitin Zabak is here just for business and to loot you.. I just simply had digestion issue and mild fever. This guy asked me for sonography and I had done blood test 2 days ago which was normal still he asked me do same test again.. I did sonography that too came normal…I was about to pay 10000rs for this drama…. 1500rs sonography, 500rs consulting, 6000rs blood test, 1500rs medicine… I mean i am having just mild fever and digestion issue and this much for this ??? Government should put regulatory for this types of looters…looting our hard earned money like this. Save your money and don’t ever take your loved one’s here.

Dr nitin zabak the name itself enough for any kind of laproscopic surgeries in mumbai.. My mom was operated in 2012 and till now by God's grace and by dr zabak immense intelligence she is doing well.. Also my dad was recently operated by dr zabak and the way recovery happened is remarkable.. Also dr zabak and his hospital does not give a lot of medicine and in todays world where medical system is just a business, Dr zabak and his hospital is still working on normal basis..

Only money making, if patients is serious then they shift the patient to another hospital saying with any critical condition of patients. And even they do not take responsibility while sending patients. Doctor send the patients with their wish and while sending they writes on discharge paper that patients relative are responsible of taking patients to another hospital. Very dirty hospital. Worst experience with this hospital, they just keep charging you like a hell. You have to approach doctor to ask what is the status of patient. For 3 days they charged 32k for general ward. No cleanliness, dirty washroom and rooms are literally unhygienic. Patient is doing good although doctor said to they will not discharge easily. Please instead people should visit good and hygienic hospital, not recommended at all.

Worst hospital no visitors timing control and also very costly and no proper attention to the patients staff don't behave properly specially junior doctors of this hospital they have the worst attitude ever I had seen by the junior doctors ever in any hospital. All nurses and RMO'S are sleeping in ICU and if you do complaint these things they do not behave properly neither with the patient nor with there relative's.

Hospital facilities are ok. Crowded all the time. Room are ok. ICU staff should mind the noise at night, it feels like it is a general ward n all Rmo, nursing staff roam n shouts around disturbing patients.This is not done.Mediclaim is handled well Treatment is good. Dr.Suraj Nair did my ear surgery. He is a good n competent doctor. V well explains the issue n makes patient feel comfortable. 5 stars for him

The Dr zabak sir is very good and he had done good surgery of my mom .But the lack of cleaning is needed and staff is needed to good manners,Even in ICU they talk loudly they don't care the patient is sleeping or getting problem by there loudly talking and All the staff is bejave as they r in some market . Dr. Nitin Zabak is experienced doctor for surgery , he listened history of problem by patients and then advice to patients for next treatment / operation which is convenient and useful to patient. As per my experience very bad service dr.neeta zabak children dr. Not coming on time when i ask on reception she told me her children exam is running that y she is coming late i am 1:30 hours in hospital with my baby 12: pm to 1:30 pm
