Yes I really enjoy going to City Cross and having a meal there, because it's an open place, where the tables and chairs are not crambed close together, but spaced a good distance from each other. I also like the fact that the tables and chairs are wiped down on a regular basis after people come and go. It's a comfortable place to sit and just rest, being a quiet place. There are a variety of places within City Cross where you can eat good meals, at good prices. I do recommend City Cross for a place to eat at and have a rest.
Rundle Mall in Adelaide is a vibrant and bustling shopping destination offering an exceptional experience for locals and tourists. an absolute gem in the heart of Adelaide. The moment you step into this lively shopping precinct, you're greeted by a vibrant atmosphere, stunning architecture, and an array of diverse shops and boutiques that cater to every taste and budget.
Occasionally come here to get my lunch as I work nearby. Always see the same group of old age pensioners sitting and taking up a lot of room. They always leave food and rubbish on the floor and tables. What a disgusting bunch of people. Oh and did I mention they are always arguing. These people need to be banned. Makes me want to not come here
A good place for food, but half of the stores have been under construction or renovation for ages. Gets extremely busy during lunch time, difficult to find a seat. The signage is also old, indicating that there is a EB Games in there for example, which hasn’t been there pre-COVID
A good place to buy my lunch I work not too far from city cross. BUT I have noticed a few people have mentioned about those disabled pensioners they talk loudly and arguing I totally agree, that group should be banned. I have also seen them at the Myer centre food court.
Used to be a good food court until Southern Cross closed down. Now it has turned into a homeless, Pensioner, and school peoples hangout area. A lot of trouble goes on in here. Not just school kids but older people in their 60s and 70s are causing trouble
At the moment give it a miss, has been under renovations for months, they demolished heaps of seating and not replaced with anything temporary. So you'll buy your food and have a long search/wait for somewhere to sit and eat it. Not smart by the owners.
Has been a long time since my last visit. A lot has changed. The food court is being renovated. A lot of food places have closed. KFC and Subway are still there. Didn't have time to do a detailed exploration of the mall.
Amazing place loads of options to eat and explore. You may run out of places to sit during lunch hours though …
