Cant get enough of this place ...had a very nice young lady stop and drop what she was doing to help me find everything ok...instead of just asking and walking off...she was very helpful...i will say if your money isnt right DO NOT enter the store....ive never come out of there with a bill less than $160 ..but u gotta pay to play

The staff was super amazing and helpful at the E. Mount Houston location (first time going to this location) they seemed as if they really wanted to help. No attitudes, just total politeness! My niece loves her shoes from the suggestion the associate gave!! Will return

Shoe drops today and I'm literally the 3rd customer in line and they claim that they don't have my size(13 or 14). Supposedly they got short-shipped on the men sizes but I believe that they were either holding the shoes for their friends or for ppl who paid extra.

This was my first time shopping at City Gear. This location is a hidden treasure. The store is well stocked with great presentation. Both of the guys working were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back. Thanks
