Rule #1: Know what you want When it comes to making a change in the subconscious mind level, you MUST decide what exactly you want to improve. The worst OPD staff I have ever seen in any hospitals of Mumbai. The doctors are way too good. I would suggest if you want to visit the same doctors then find a different hospital location like fauziya hospital, noor hospital or any other but never visit city hospital. I have visited the hospital on 15th Sept 21. There is this lady saima on reception. I really wish I could slap her for the tone she used on me & other patients. She is so aggressive and behaves like she owns the hospital and the way she talks is worst then people working in sarkari hospitals. I personally went and took the appointment 4 days prior but they missed out noting it down and when I arrived and ask on reception this pathetic lady started raising her voice on me then her floor manager entered the argument and asked her to stop arguing but saima didn't listen and the manager had to take me to the other side and calm me down because her own staff was not listening to her. I was so satisfied the way this manager made me understand. I waited for more then an hour got the checkup done from Dr. Amir. Waiting is not a problem I understand that everyone is in pain and that is the reason they are visiting hospital but the way city hospital opd staff treats the patients and older people is worst then anything. Patients wear mask and being hospital employee they don't wear mask while talking to the patients. I wonder how the management works in this hospital. I really wish the owner of this hospital reads this and replace the opd staff with some well trained and well behaved staffs. You really need it!!! I couldn't ask the floor manager's name but I really want to thank her for her humble behaviour.

1)Here most of the trainee doctors have lots of attitude. They don't knw how to talk to patient without ego. 2) There should be atleast one dustbin kept below every bed as it is difficult for the patient to get up again and again to throw the waste as it is kept near the main door. 3) there is no proper management of IV and glucose giving.. they just Rome nd doesn't see that if it is required to be attached or not... that too patient should call then only they will attach. 4) Warning bell was not working.. after three rings they come, n asks what happen? that too in a rudely way. 5) When they switch on the light they don't switch off it... We shld go nd switch off or else call them. 6) at night before 12.30 light are not being off which made my sleeping schedule problematic and again at 6.30 they come for medicine, bedsheet change this all things which again create prblm in sleep.. and again then they don't switch off the lights. 7) And I don't know how hospital can give permission for cigarettes near the entrance of the hospital.. All the smell comes up directly in the room.. so how one can rest properly. Kindly look forward to my problems.. as no one goes in private hospital to face all this issues... We have been through difficult times with my father's health as he had massive heart attack last week. But after consulting with Dr Amir Khan from City hospital and under his guidance from day one when we came for consulting in OPD the medication which he prescribed was continued till my dad's discharge,Dr Aamir Khan did not prescribed unnecessary medications and test for my father,and never make us panic with my father's health. His diagnosis was upto mark and without hassles .We came here in such a critical situation of my father but City hospital and the entire staff co-operated and handle the situation in very efficient manner without making us (relatives) wander here and there helplessly. Today my father is being discharge from the hospital with a great feeling of happiness that he is recovered from this panic attack from day one of treatment under Dr Aamir Khan. Work ethics are very poor. For Blood Collection they charge, Fauziya is free. For urgent blood report they charge more in Fauziya they will comply and give you on a small request. You either give for free or you don't. Why charge patients and extort money and make money on there problems. They think they are bigger hospital than Fauziya Nursing Home but I think Fauziya has better ethics and better morale. They told me reports will be ready by 6 but they were not ready by 7 and they were asking me to come next day since the pc had some problem. When I put my foot down they printed and gave it to me. Although a girl named Zikra was very cooperative that was they only silver lining. The person at the reception was charging for every single thing that you ask. I thought he would charge me for breathing also. I repeat poor management, poor ethics, no morale and expensive to. Cost can be compared to Kohinoor Hospital. So why not go to Kohinoor? Avoid if possible.

Orders we immediately shift our baby into critics cares in Kohinoor City kurla hospital....and every times they also give wrong hopes to us baby will live live...after 24 days in we get confirmation of shifting in wadia hospital parel... Horrible hospital worst reception ever seen she gives u a number to go to doctor and than there is no que once u get to doctor anyhow he will write u med once he asked me to pay outside To the lady at the counter paid 500rs than after 5 days I came back i went back to same doc Dr siddharth chudhary bone doctor he couldn’t make out what’s wrong with my back even though he saw my X ray than this time he asked me 300 rs and told me don’t give money this time to the lady outside, both the time I didn’t get a receipt Its all fraud business the med I bought doesn’t effect at all necessary action should be taken against this people..all are making money but no treatment it’s so sad.

Worst hospital with the worst and the most rude staff ever. The receptionists specially behave as if they are the owners or doctors. They don't know how to behave. Visit at your own risk or if you feel like getting insulted. They are not running a charity and act as if they are providing a free service. No concept of time for them. You will have to wait forever. Would like to give a zero star rating but unfortunately that is not possible. Edit: unfortunately once in a while I have to visit this place. If you have given them anything other than a one star you need an appointment with one of the psychiatrists there. You can be assured of a worse experience than your last time.

I have been in contact with City Hospital since the last ten years. All known to me, I recommend this hospital and this is not because of the proximity but because of the care taken by the doctors and the staff. The moment a patient needs to be admitted, they begin their work, hands on. Absolutely no delay. Also, very patient when it comes to speaking with agitated relatives. This normally goes a long way in calming patients too. Excellent team of doctors and any negative feedback (if at all) is addressed immediately. Great going. All the best to the team. Shama at the reception is truly helpful and ready to go out of her way to make you comfortable with a smile.

I wish there is a zero rating because this hospital deserves that. No doubt Drs are fantastic but the staff specially nursing staff they were rude like anything. let's not about hygiene because it was worst like you can see cockroaches dirt and bugs everywhere. they charge you alot but the amount we pay here is a total wastage. I wish I could rate the hospital management "0". Doctors are excellent but the counter staff is hilarious. The worst part of city hospital is their management. Worst hospital, infact it should be removed from category of hospital. Management is deaf and dumb sitting on terrace level. Best part is the D-Mart has chemist shope which gives 15% discount and hospital chemist shop barely gives 5%. Cherry on top hospital chemist shope buys emergency item from D-mart and sell you with on higher price. Operation theater do not have functional vacuum or other equipment. They switch of A/c just to save cost. Nurses and receptionist are another level of deaf and dumb. In short we lost our baby request you not to try this hospital at all.

A big "0" for cleanliness. A big "0" for services. And very important as our Prime Minister has urged so many times for digitalized payments even for small shopkeeper. These people don't accept Credits card which says no other option than CASH and also they ask extra 2% for swiping. Have ridiculous conditions that After 6.00 pm we dont accept cards On weekends we we dont accept. One should see all basic facilities while admitting any patient in this hospital. Medical vendor also dont accept cards. They don't have enough rooms to accommodate patients.

I would like to thanks a lot of Dr Sana Vali .she's one of my favourite Doctor in Mumbai City. Patient was high risk with brain clot and was advised transfer by previous Hospital to higher centre and was operated successfully easily here in city hospital under Dr Sana Vali. Staff and service was very good time to time. Also, there are some good quality in Dr.Sana. 1) quick response on call and WhatsApp 2) Good communication with pateint 3) professional advice etc. Once again thanks a lot Dr.Sana Vali.

Worst experience....my grandma was admitted here for severe cough in chest and leg pain there were no signs of recovery instead her condition worsened and they kept on giving only painkillers and saline due to which they were increase in salt content in her body ,made her more weak, also it lead to minor attack. doctors are not aware what is going on neither they are checking well. They make us buy unnecessary medicines.there is no cleanliness mosquitoes all around.expensive charges.

Love the service they are offering with economic rates, staff are very humble and are able approach them easily, Dr Amir is very very humble in Nature having so good profesional skills. When every where (due to COVID) hospital charge as well they don't care for thier patients, city hospital, it's doctors, nurses management & staff really helped us alot in those critical days. This rating is only for Dr.Sameer Shaikh - Orthopaedic. This doctor doesn't understand and values the time of pateints. He doesn't even appreciate the waiting list of patients outside and attends pateints as per his comfort level. The pateints waiting outside in the queue are just for name sake he will attend pateints as per his will and relation with the pateint. We havent used his medicines yet... so not sure if he really helps to cure.

Pathetic Receptionist. Rude staffs No proper discipline or code of conduct Receptionist sit at the counter without mask.If you take appointment and go the Receptionist will let others move in without appointments or someone of their contact.Oversmart and negative attitude. Needs alot of improvement. Doctors are skilled and excellent at their services. No doubt. Change 100 of Receptionist no use the management will always remain the same.

The Doctor's are good but OPD staff is worse. They make faces if any question is been asked to them. Appointment is just for name sake. Receptionist make their relatives visit the dr without any appointment. The sitting arrangement if not proper, patients are asked to shift (those who are in pain how will they move after 5-10mints).

Everytime the appointment number changes and if we got number and try to call them..They dont pick up the call for an appointment. And if they pickup the call the we get the appointment for after 2 days.... It means if the patients have high fever then he has to wait for two days for consultation.

Came with an emergency with 66 year old. Had spend major part of my time trying to find an ATM because apparently they only accept cash in the night. Dr. Zaid on the other hand was very understanding and helpful. A bit too quick to recommend surgery for a dislocation and minor hair line fracture.

Worst opd reception staff in the town... Girls who looks after opd patients sufiya and shama are soo arrogant and manner less. I think so they are less educated and from a very very very worst background. Their parents don't taught them about manners and the way to talk to people.
