Excellent service, Jim was very professional and efficient. He explained the procedure to obtain a key code to cut my car key. Although the wrong key was sent he managed to resolve the problem efficiently and provided good communication and forward planning if another key code had to be ordered. He had a very friendly manner and even came back late in the night to finish the work. He doesn't like to leave a job unfinished. I was very pleased with my new key as he had made several attempts with other keys and gave a lot of effort. The cost quoted was reasonable and cheap compared to a dealer. He even offered help with my flat battery. Overall I was very happy with the service provided. Thanks for the sweets too! :)

My car key was stuck inside the ignition, could not get it out and could not switch off the engine as well. I made a call on Sunday evening and just tried my luck, and the engineer answered my call and asked what the problem was, then asked me to record video to send to him, not long he diagnosed the problem and gave me quote and made a time slot for me to fix it on next Monday morning. On Monday morning he came earlier than the appointment slot and fixed it very quickly and tidied up, he was very professional and friendly. I am very appreciated with what he has done. Wife’s Audi TT car Fob stopped working, left in wash. found city locksmiths near me, called gave me a price if they could fix it, and price for a new one, good communication with Jim, arranged around our times. Unfortunately Jim could not mend the old fob, to badly damaged, cut a new Audi key fob, with more of protection. Job done in 10 minutes. I had a issue with the lock on the ignition of my van so I could not go to work. I called City auto locksmith in the morning they were very helpful and said they could get it done in that day but it would be in the evening. The guy turned up at mine at 9pm spent over a hour fixing the van and go me on the road for the next morning. Price was very reasonable and the service and communication was first class. Would recommend all day long

I called the guy and asked for the quote. Unfortunately I didn't decide to proceed immediately as I needed more time. This maybe got him offended or something. When I called again he said that he will come and help soon. I called another day and he apologized and said that he will definitely come the other day. It happened once or twice again. That was definitely a joke as he never come in the end and I don't think he planned to come.

I called Jim in a panic and left a message that my Vauxhall Astra could not start and the chip was lost from both keys. He got got back to me in less than 5 minutes. He came to my house, replaced the chips in both keys and got the car started. Quick response, professional and friendly. Very good service. Used this recently after losing keys. Rang the AA initially but was after 9pm so weren't great help. This company most prompt and helpful of online verified options. Quote was also cheaper than the AA. Would highly recommend if you're in trouble and need help!

Called them literally in the early morning off the same day and they showed up 1hr later. changed my ignition and my key fob on my golf VW as i had serious problem turning the key in the ignition so he knew what the issue was over the phone and showed up . Very nice guy as well.

I only wanted a spare remote lock key and Jim was the only auto locksmith website to come back to me. Not only was it significantlly cheaper than the main Ford dealer it was all done at home. No waiting around at a dealers and the service and price he offers is outstanding.
