This is a controlled access building containing city offices including the Joint Office of Emergency Management. Referred to as the "zipper building" because in a former life it was the home of Levi Strauss. The mural across the rear or south side was painted in 1974 and visible from Lancaster, the main East-West route through the downtown area.
Large training rooms. Wheelchair accessible and nicely set up. Security card assess for employees and visiting purposes.
