I have been waiting to discuss my case and how since I moved I wouldn’t be able to attend the court date, I want to know if I can be on zoom to make my testimony but I have been on hold for three hours. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I lost my dog in a fight while walking him, had surgery from the incident, and seems nobody cares but me. I wish this municipal had more concern and care for each individual case.
