Gorgeous historic court building located in the French Quarter. Not sure why it's named "Clerk". Obviously, it's a building, not a person. Why must I be surrounded by frickin' idiots?

I have had many frustrating experiences with these bureaucrats. They are the epitome of unaccountable.
