This review is long due. I wish I could rate them 0 star. At first me and my husband went to buy diamond ring, we were pretty impressed with their service. Second time, we went to purchase necklace, owner told me that he will send me some design and I can select design. We even asked him weather he needs some deposits. He suggested that he will work on design, he will contact us within a week and we will go from there. Third visit, my husband have to fix his silver ring with Opal so he went to the store. The sales person from store asked him to come back after a week. My husband reminded him about our conversation that we have with the owner and ask him to remind him about our order. When my husband went back to collect his ring, opal was broken. The sales person was not even sorry about it. He was just trying to defend himself and his owner and trying to explain their own personal problem which we have nothing to do with. Then he asked about the design but he was blabbering about their own problem. Later somehow owner contacted me and apologize for their customer service and he send me some design on my WhatsApp. We work on the design and place an order on Jun 02 2022. He assured me he will do his best and contact me once necklace is complete. After that, till today I have never heard from them.

This is a great little jewelry store located inside Eastridge Mall. Today I was assisted by Samir Maharjan in buying my mother a small gift for her birthday. My mom loves Pandora bracelets and the many different charms they have available. I walked into the store practically at closing time but not once did I feel rushed to leave the store or rushed into buying something right away. Sam is a very knowledgeable jewelry consultant, and they offer amazing quality pieces at such a moderate price point. If you are looking to buy good quality diamonds or gems this is the spot I recommend out of all the jewelry stores in the mall. I like it here because I didn't feel pressured into opening an account or pressured into buying a piece of jewelry and I didn't get an annoyed vibe from asking Sam to show me more and more pieces. He made me feel welcomed and he enjoyed showing me all kinds of different pieces and talking about them. I'll be coming back for sure, maybe purchase a nice watch for myself soon.

My regular jeweler recently retired, so I needed to find a new one. I have a custom wedding set that needed rhodium polishing. Off to yelp I go searching for a jeweler. As luck would have it -I found Classic Diamond & Jeweler with many 5 star reviews, hence in the Evergreen. San Jose area, close to home. I’m very particular about jewelers, especially with my wedding set. I called to inquire about this service & pricing. Raj gave me all the info I needed. I took my rings the next day to be inspected & polished. Raj & Om showed my husband & I that I was missing a diamond, but the rest of the ring looked good. They gave us pricing to replace the missing diamond and for rhodium. Told us rings will be ready for pick up in a couple of hours. Indeed they were. Oh my gosh, the rings look stunning!!! Needless to say, they got a new customer... Raj & Om -Thank you so very much for your wonderful customer service & kindness!!

I have been working with Raj to design and create my wedding band. I am extremely particular about what I want and Raj has gone above and beyond to help me. He is calm, knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. I live in San Francisco and am more than happy to drive down to San Jose for my ring because I know the end result with be high quality. No other jeweler was willing to work with me on creating this not so traditional ring. The sapphires and diamonds are absolutely stunning! The entire arrangement Raj put together for my ring is perfect. No matter what, Raj aims to make the customer happy. My mother also had her ring resized at CD&J and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend stopping in. I know I will continue to go to Raj for my jewelry wants and needs.

The attendant let me look around for a bit which I liked I mean you need time to look right? She came up to me to ask if I had any questions and showed me the items that were 30% off. I liked that because it made me very interested ya know, well I was looking at the items again I asked her for a mom charm and she showed the most beautiful memorial charm a heart with wings that had mom on one side and my angel on the other side. It almost made me teary eye of course I bought it and the price was good. Love this shop it will be my go to Pandora charm shop Alma M

I was 6 dollars short due to sales tax and they let me go! Other than that the service is amazing and their prices are either retail or cheap and they suggest items very well! They kept the item I had wanted on hold for over a week and I was very pleased! I will definetly be going back within the next week to give them the money back but this is the best place in evergreen hands down compared to any other overpriced mall jeweler or local jeweler. Its the real thing!

Pandora Eastridge. This is by far the best place for me to shop and I could not happier with the service I received for every single time I have been here. Especially the Owner, he was extremely professional and helpful. I can’t say enough how honest this place is. Highly recommended come to this store and check this place. You won’t be disappointed. Finally I found my favorite gold store “Classic Diamond & Jewelry” in San Jose, excellent customer service, so many different jewelry design, main thing I like about is, store is very organized, clean and always try to make customer happy. In any business customer service is very important, Karuna has best customer service skills, she is amazing.

I'm buying my next watch there, definitely. I was just a little bit peeved that I had to stand around several minutes for one of the girls to finally talk to me. Yes, the two available employees were helping a group of people, but then you take a second and acknowledge the person waiting, right? "We'll be right with you!", or something. They just need to upgrade a little their customer service etiquette.

I was walking in Eastridge and noticed a huge Pandora sign hanging. I love their charms! The two sales women were very kind and helped my look for charms on my wishlist. I was looking for a specific Pandora charm and I saw that this place was an authorized retailer. I called to see if they had any in stock and they only had one left. Classic Diamond & Jewelry did a beautiful job on my wife’s wedding ring. She lost the diamond a while back but I was able to surprise her with a beautiful new diamond in her ring. They cleaned and polished it and it looked brand new. She was very happy and pleased with her “new” wedding ring!

They did very bad job for ear piercing of my 3 months old. One side is way off from mark. I would not recommend any one to get pierced here. Also they don’t follow sanitise process same as Claire. I am regretting my decision. My baby’s ear
