If I could give this place zero stars I would. My fiance and I went in on Black Friday to upgrade my center stone in my Verragio Engagement Ring. Farhad seemed to be amazing at first. He was super helpful and seemed to be genuine. We purchased a diamond that had to be special ordered. First off the diamond came in a week later than what we were told. Then when going in to look at the diamond it was not what we were expecting. At this point we were told it was a special order NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES were allowed unless we spent more money. Of course only if we spent "more money". Farhad assured us he could hide the only inclusion under a prong since we were stuck with the diamond we had no choice. We left the ring there for them place and the next day when picking it up the prongs looked so much more thicker but not symmetrical and not as clean. I expressed my concerns to Farhad and he agreed and told us to give his jeweler about an hour or so to work on it. Keep in mind if I wouldn't have said anything he would have let me walk out with the diamond already loose. When going back to pick up my ring Farhad assured us the diamond was secure and would be safe. Long story short our diamond fell out of the ring within 48 hours and when we went back to the diamond ring company Farhad was no help. He told me a dimaond could fall out for any reason. Even a minute after placing it but they would not replace the diamond due to their faulty work nor would they fix my ring they ruined. I showed him the ring and his words were "I see some issues with the prongs and design but we can't replace your diamond. We can't do that because you left the store and after that it's on you." We are out thousands of dollars for a diamond we purchased and also a engagement ring that needs to be fixed. Since then we have talked to other jewelers in the mall and this is not the first time they heard issues about the Diamond Ring Co. They also told us the engagement ring is fixable but will never be the same. They also told us the solder they used on my ring was white gold not Platinum. My Verragio ring was platinum. Verragio platinum rings are casted when made which means they knew this and tried to make a sale anyways. I wish I was able to post the pictures. It's horrible. Btw my fiance wrote a review and minutes later his review was all the way at the bottom.

The men working would not greet us when we walked in, which I thought was strange. (Maybe because we look poor lol) But Marcel came to the rescue, and she was an angel!!! She was super patient and encouraged me to try on as many rings as felt right, she let us know about existing deals and discounts, and she gave her honest opinion, but only when prompted and not before. She made our experience excellent and pain free, and I walked out a very happy, very engaged woman. Thank you so much! Edit from 5 to 3: now that I've been a customer for some months, I can tell you that the quality of the services are lacking. I get free cleanings, but I can tell where the jewelry is still smudged and have to ask for a touch-up. There are a lot of imperfections on the jewelry. I have dealt with lop sidedness, unevenness, dips in the metal, and crooked stones. Just be wary and ask for a fix :) Another edit: 3 -> 2 stars. The quality of the attention to detail in the jewelry is just bad. I've left my ring there to be repaired and geez. I wish I had just returned it.

The Diamond Ring Co. at the Oakridge Shopping Center provided my fiancé and I excellent service from the initial purchase of her engagement ring and even into our decision to change settings for her ring. The lifetime guarantee is definitely a blessing as we unfortunately had some small stones fall out of the original setting after my fiancé had resized her ring. Well, after 4 times of this happening we decided it was time to make a change with her ring and get something that will last and hopefully not give her any grief of loosing more diamonds. We were educated in the reason of why the diamonds were falling out and all of the staff took part in helping us find a new ring that we both love and know will last for many years to come. I recommend coming to this store if you want quality customer service.

Marcel was extremely helpful from beginning to end. I had been shopping around for a necklace and wasn’t really satisfied with any place I had been to. As soon as she came up she was upbeat, friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and helped me get a necklace for my girlfriend too. They made me feel like I had been going with them for years even though it was my first time shopping with them. I will definitely make this my go to place for all occasions from now on. If you’re not sure on what you’re looking for make sure you go to Marcel. Pretty sure she can read your mind when it comes to anything shiny. Overall my experience was great. The store is super nice and clean and the people are super welcoming and professional. I’m glad I stumbled upon it. Definitely one happy customer.

Unfortunately, my fiancé's ring size was not available at the time of purchase, while being there i placed an order. They were very promising on the arrival of the ring to be on time for the wedding. Every time i called to check the status they kept saying they would return my call. They NEVER called back. The most disappointing and annoying thing is that they could never give me any information regarding the status. Here i am calling two days before the wedding and they said they would return my call and nothing. I am so frustrated because i asked so many times to make sure it will arrive on time and each time they would say yes. If they would just keep their client updated on the ring process, then the client can look into alternatives.

Initial Review: They opened a line of credit with a company called Iddeal even though I never bought anything! I called and they were unhelpful, defensive, and thought it was fine. Took no responsibility. Try somewhere else like Dynasty Jewelers. Update: I received a call from the manager (He left me a voice message). He did sound much more apologetic and willing the help this time. I didn’t call back cause I honestly didn’t want to talk to him. But I did changed my review to 2 stars for his attempt to make things right. Basically, if they were nicer and more helpful on the phone the first time, I never would have written any of this. My initial comments still stands cause that’s how I felt and I don’t want to lie about it.

We decided to upgrade my fiance's main stone here and they ruined her Verragio Platinum setting. When we brought it up to Farhad he basically said there was no issues. He was super friendly when making a purchase and now they will not replace or fix the ring. The diamond we just purchased from them fell out within 48 hours of them setting it. We noticed the issue before we left the store and Farhad guaranteed us the work was done correctly. We now have no diamond, a bill and have to fix the ring setting that has sentimental value. We have went to several jewelers and was told the ring setting might not be fixable due to Verragio having to be casted.

The Diamond Ring Company is a family venture , they have few stores in the Bay area. I went to whole bunch of different places looking for a reasonably priced engagement ring. After talking to sales associate i ended up holding a conversation with the store manager Fahad . He sounded like a gentleman not trying to force me to buy what he wants but instead he was very helpful in answering all of my questions . I , finally made a purchase at The Diamond Ring Co. and i really appreciate their service and encourage all my family and friends to check this store out before making a purchase elsewhere .

I needed to have my wedding ring resized. I had gone to another store first which made me wait and wait to finally say they need to send it out and it won’t be done for another 2 weeks. At the end they said it’s not even doable because of its style. I walked in Diamond Ring Co. and the person behind the counter offered to help. Immediately he said ‘yes’ to my request. He said they’ll get it done in 1 day-the style wasn’t a problem and the fee was very teasonable. I walked out so happy for a such a pleasant experience. I got my wedding ring back in 1 day and I love it.

I bought my wife's and my wedding rings from this sorry low quality place. First in less then 1 month the gold insert feel out of my ring then they charge me to fix it I was pissed but I wanted my ring so I paid it now my wife's band split on the bottom and they want more money to warranty and add more material if the ring needs more material why didn't they make it with more their jewelry sucks and they are out to take our money they don't care about their customers I hope they go out of business

My wife and I had to resize our wedding rings and the Diamond Ring Company was the first to respond to our call. They were able to take our rings in that day, gave us the quote and within 24 hours had my ring resized and polished like new. My wife's rings were soldered beautifully and shone with a brilliance we haven't seen before. The staff were very friendly and understood our needs exactly. I came into the oakridge location about a month ago. Looking for a push gift for my wife. I was instantly greeted by the store manager Fahad. This guy is an absolute charector, but he is very well informed about everything in his store. He helped me pick out a tennis bracelet and wedding band. Very funny guy with a cool green suit. I was sold a ring with a warranty they stated if it was lost, stolen, or damaged it would be replaced free of charge, only to later find out it wasnt convered. I also had the ring appraised and it was worth 300 and it was sold to me for over 600. I would not recommend buying from this location or company more than likely will be scammed also always read what they give you to make sure it matches what they said.

Prior to coming the Diamond Ring Company I visited another jewelry store in the mall that’s going out of business. They didn’t acknowledge me. When I walked into the Diamond Ring Company I was greeted as soon as my feet stepped inside. The customer experience was beyond excellent... so that’s where I spent my $1400+. When I upgrade my rings or shop for additional items I’m going back to the DRC.

They lied to me about the ordering my ring that I wanted and resized that for me instead of ordering. They don’t have return for my purchase and exchange is only available in the same store not in other stores with the same company. I bought the ring in Oakridge mall they have another store in valley Fair mall but I don’t have that option to exchange it there. Not satisfied at all and so rude.

This place is awesome! Instead of being pressured to open an account(like at the other jewelers in the mall) I received nothing but great customer service! The team worked with me and negotiated a great price for 2 gold necklaces! Not to mention, the neatly boxed packaging. I had three watches that needed batteries. They greeted us asked what they could help us with and I told them. They took watches and checked them to see if they were working properly before they replaced my batteries. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I took my ring there and they made me go back and forth to the jewelery store atleast 4 times and the dude kept messing up my ring when he was doing the sizing. I kept getting my ring back with scratches and blemishes.

May was the person that helped us and she’s wonderful. Very accommodating…. Just tell her what you want and she’ll deliver. I bought a necklace and wanted it sautered, they did that for me without hesitation.
