I am not satisfy with your services at all. I stopped today for a car wash and selected the car wash with ceramic option that was $29.99. I even left a good tip. I got to my car and realized that they did not wash the doors, the cup holders and not even the dashboard. I transported some boxes this morning so my trunk was dirty, they did not even manage to vacuum the trunk and inside the car. The inside of my car doesn’t even make my car looks like it has been wash. I asked and was told that they are not supposed to clean the doors and cup holders. This is so disappointing, because I could’ve just wash the outside of my car and call it a day. If I am going to pay $30 for a car wash, I expect you at least to vacuum and clean the doors and the dashboard. I do not recommend this place and will never take my car there anymore.

I went there at 3:00 pm to get my car detailed. One of the guys that worked there didn’t even wait until my car stopped before he opened the door. He had a nasty attitude, they were all speaking some kind of African language and were throwing angry gestures because I didn’t want to go through with the regular car wash. They are very unprofessional, I usually come here, but I don’t know if I’m coming back again, and also when he opened my car door, Apple Watch broke ! I was highly upset, because I didn’t get to wash my car, and my watch broke! If the owner doesn’t respond, I’m going to report them to the BBB!

This place is the worse first they didn't completely clean my car there was a ticket tack toe smudge on the inner windshield that wasn't removed stains still on the console, and the Best of all they tore off my rainguard of the rear passenger window didn't tell me when they were finished they thought I wouldn't notice it short story I will not be returning to them they are not as good as they say and thus wasn't the first time I had to tell them about how to clean glass. Please don't waste your money as a matter of fact do it yourself

If you're looking to feel great about your car wash after taking it to a car wash this is not the place. Thee worse I've been to thus far! Car was not fully dried off and this extra lava and ceramic protection is a sham! A waste of money and time! And the nerve of them to charge $28.00 for that is a rip off. They don't throughly vacuum your carpet or wipe the interior down properly. I could have done a way better wash at the $5.00 do it yourself car wash and I'm not exaggerating. Never again!

I go every week to wash my car. After the wash I notice the car still dirty and had scratches on the trunk and roof of the car. I spoke to the manager an African guy and was rude speaking to other customers in the middle of our conversation. He offered another wash and then retracted his offer when I asked for the owners name. This the last time I will ever go there and I reported them to the better business Bureau

Since moving from Queens I've been coming to this car wash and they do a pretty good job every time. During my last visit I didn't like the level of service, but maybe it was because it was late and people wanted to go home. It's still recommend this location, however if I have several more bad experiences I'll come back and update this review. and by bad experience I mean inside the car wasn't fully clean out.

This is the BEST hand wash Carwash in NYC! They are always professional, friendly, and courteous. I have been going here for years and they always do a great job detailing my car. I always have the wax detail and interior done. The shine last for a long time. Well worth the money. The employees work hard and take good care of my car. I appreciate their hard work. Highly recommend Cleantouch Hand Carwash.

They let my back seats dirty, carpet had stuff left over.. inside the machine was Down, agent asked me to cross the street to 711 to get cash, had to pay $4 to take out money, went back told her and she said it wasn't her fault or issue .. didn't deduct anything then charged me $32 on a $25 dollar wash..... not going back here!!! $36 bucks and it was a blahh job.. better off down the street

I was referred by a friend and literally went the next day. Let’s just say they did not disappoint. The staff were so accommodating. I asked if someone can vacuum for me and they did without hesitation. Everyone was very friendly and the manager thanked me for my service unbeknownst to me he was the manager. Overall 10/10 customer service experience and my car looks and smells amazing.

This has been beyond best car wash in NYC. I’ve been using these guys for years now. The staff here are professional well knowledged and honest guys. It comes down to where money has been found in my vechicles and left there. From management to clerk it has always been best of service. Owner usually on property and treats us all with an honor.

I went to get my engine cleaned and the guy couldn’t even put my suv on the lift properly almost damage my front bumper and the owner all he did was refund me the money. Didn’t even try and defuse the situation or even apologize horrible customer service

Very very bad services it’s my second time going there and they left my car dirty and when I asked they were very rough with me,the guy who you tell wath you want,is always like angry.if you don’t want to have a bad moment don’t go to this place.

super wash no different from regular. wash was good better than competitors. Scratched rear bumper but drove off before noticing so w.e, also the cashier was unprofessional. really rude service. car wash was fine. never again.

Giving this car wash one star is being generous I paid $30 for car wash plus tip and my car still has dirt spots rushed job and still crumbs on side on seats, waste of money!! Save yourself and go somewhere else

This is a very good place to get your car washed & detailed. I would've given this place 5 stars & said it was a great place if they would've been able to remove the scuff marks from my vehicle.

I used to like this carwash after spending $20 on my service my car still had gunk all over it. I had to take thr cloth and wipe the dirt off myself. Very expensive for partial service.

25 bucks for hand car wash is fine with me great job very satisfied with the service they have a inside waiting area with snacks drinks and plenty of things you can buy for your car
