Buenos días! Hoy fecha 09/08/2021 fui cliente por 8 meses me gustaba el servicio excelente. Hasta hoy que el manager o dueño no se quien era me informó de que yo como taxista que soy de Uber trabajo en la ciudad de New Jersey ya que en NYC no hay mas TLC por el momento me informo que no me va a dar el descuento de taxistas porque no tengo una TLC! Esto es discriminatorio porque si usted es taxista donde sea y tiene todo en orden deben de brindarle el servicio a todo porque tenemos el mismo derecho y este me hablo con gesto y muy mal y me dijo que si quiero volver a utilizar sus servicios que vuelva y que si no como que no nos importas! En pocas palabras Oh como que yo ya estoy establecido y un cliente más me da igual! Sabes algo dejo este comentario aquí para que todos lo lean y sepan que aquí solo quieren tu dinero y no darte una buena calidad de servicio! Me perdieron como cliente y nos le deseo mal pero aprenda a hablarle a los clientes con cortesía y si ofertarle el servicio a todos porque tenemos el mismo derecho!

Fue a este sitio por primera vez y Acabo de llegar de este "carwash" y parece que no lo lavaron solo lo mojaron, y quedó sucio mi carro por dentro, no lo recomiendo es más deberían cerrar este sitio, les falta profesionalismo piensan que los carros se lavan solos, un consejo Cuiden sus clientes, vale más un cliente satisfecho que volverá que hacer plata para un momento. A los que lean no vayan a este sitio.

The service was horrible! Please don’t go here. They did not vacuum my car correctly. The rugs still were dirty and they forgot to vacuum my trunk! Also, the towels they used were all stinky and dusty. My car came out more stinky and dirty! I threw $40 to the garbage basically. Lastly, they forgot to wax my wheels but thank God one guy noticed and did it at the end!

Horrible . It's like they don't like what they doing . The guy in charge should be on top of everyone to make sure they do the right thing. He just likes to collect money wipe a little here and a little there. I just went there today and its Horrible the way the are working they need to change that. Next time they do this to me I will ask for my money back

Had our little Honda cleaned this morning for a trade in. They did a very good job with vacuuming as we are beach people...So you can imagine the amount of sand we had in the back. Any way they got it all up powerwashed all of the floor matts & wiped down everything. Very satisfied will return soon with a new car to detail.

I have been going to this place for a while now but recently they started putting tape on my car and not removing it , for no reason at all. also the guy that keeps getting in my car i notice he keeps changing my other cars key cover he

Bastante bueno en precios y servicios porque en otros car wash usan menos agua y este usa suficiente por eso el carro queda bien lavado. Durante el día hay que hacer fila porque van muchos carros pero por la noche está más vacío.

They take their time to clean the cars,most of the other car wash will rush you so they can fit most of the cars.but here they washed every inch of car.slow process but well worth it,also it’s cheaper than others.

My boyfriend loves this spot , workers are not lazy and take good care of your car and the price for TLC cars are very good compared to other spots that don’t even do half as good

Great experience and well priced. Staff were very friendly. You can watch your car the whole time which is lots of fun for my 3 year o old son. Happy I found this place.

Cab drivers beware. They will scratch your car, readjust your blind sport mirrors, rub glue on your windows, not vacuum or dry the car completely

Inside the car was not wipe properly. Don't waste your money paying for a full service. Just pay for just the External part of the car ( body).

They do a great job. I went in for the basic outside wash only and unlike most places they actually do get it clean.
