I got the Clearwash Signature. I called before coming down and I was told no appointment needed. Basically a first come first service establishment. I pulled up and was greeted by the manager or owner (not too sure).but I pretty much told him what I wanted done to the truck and told me to meet him inside to pay. He explained that they 100% hand wash the vehicle and recommended the signature package. They had a nice waiting area inside with a TV and coffee while waiting. The walls had windows where you could see your vehicle being worked on. There is a pretty large team working on the vehicle and everyone has their own job to do. When my truck was down I did a walk around and it looked clean inside and out. They even asked if there were any issue because if there was they would address it right there. I did a quick walk around and found a few issue but they took care of it. When I got the truck home I did a more through inspection and I did have to re vacuum some areas under my mats that were missed. Also not all the vinyl on my truck clean and I had to redo some areas and apply my own dressing over all the vinyl. I think this car wash does a good job and offers great customer service. But because of the volume and the speed of the cleaning sometimes things are missed and you have to really do a tough walk through to catch it. Also all the workers are watching and its touch to be super picky in front of them. I also will add I have weather tech mats and they are tough to clean. He told me he would do the cleaning and dressing of those for free because it was my first time there.

Spotless floor mats that are washed, exterior cleaned windows that allow all sunlight into the car, and your vision to see beyond the interior glass are 3 key reasons why I continue to use Clearwash as my preferred inside / out car cleaning firm. A big benefit of using Clearwash is you can watch in the luxury of a heated building (either standing or sitting in leather chairs) while your car is being cleaned. These gals and guys are focused on exceeding your expectations for your car and when handed back the keys, my smile widens as there is no better feeling when you enter a spic and span car. As to cost, a big tip here, as they offer an extra cleaning when buying a multi pack. My final tip: be first in line in the morning and arrive by 8:25 am and be in / out by 9 am as these folkes have a huge following of other just as enthusiastic car owners using this service

We took our very messy, huge SUV for a quick detail & deodorize to Clearwash, based on a recommendation from my parents. Wow, was I ever impressed! The owner, Jag, is very hands on and customer focused. He can accommodate what ever type of clean you want/for the price point that you want. There are super comfortable couches you can sit on while you wait, along with free wifi and a TV. We got the Clearwash Signature Car Wash - they were finished within 45 minutes of drop off. It included an exterior wash, interior wipe down, window clean and vacuuming of our interior (which was quite messy, as I have two young kids!). All of this was completed for a very reasonable price of $84!! I am super impressed with the quality and the cost. Jag also threw in a bonus cleaned item for us because we were first time customers. We will definitely be back again!

I was thrilled with my experience at Clearwash. They far exceeded my expectations. I was greeted thoroughly by the manager immediately. He made sure his staff covered all aspects of my needs. They cleaned my car inside and out, including wax, wheel shine, and they even got deep into the crevices that were extremely dirty. I hadn't had a thorough vehicle wash like this for about a year, so they definitely had their work cut out for them. I've never had such a clean ride. Windows were streak-less. All staff were friendly. They definitely went well beyond to ensure that I was a happy customer. They offered free beverages while I waited. Their professional establishment was clean, and there were plenty of comfortable couches for me to do my work while I waited. I will definitely be back.

We took our SUV here for the first time after we got back from a roadtrip. There was no appointment needed which was good. Talked to the manager and he suggested the Signature In-N-Out package which was around $80. You may think that for that price we could have gotten at least 4 washes at one of those automated places, but in reality, a hand wash is a handwash. No amount of automated washes could get the vehicle sparkling like one wash from here. Plus the interior cleaning included in the package takes the hassle out of vaccuming after a carwash. The whole thing took about an hour, which I spent waiting in their customer area. There are lots of Carwash locations in Calgary, but this place truly gives you the best value for time and money.

I've been going to this car wash for many years and I've been very satisfied with results. The staff is friendly and pay attention to detail so much that once they've cleaned the vehicle they always ask to make sure it's done as expected. I've even moved away and tried a place closer for convenience but they didn't come close to what I've been used to with Clearwash's service. The price is also very reasonable, and when comparing, the drive is worth my time for such quality cleaning. I have no interest to go elsewhere. Their experience clearly shows, not only for great result but for their friendly customer service. They've shown they'll go out of their way for customers' satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Just had my vehicle cleaned here, I came in and spoke with a gentlemen at reception. I wasn't to aure on the pricing, so he quickly went over that. I watched the entire thing from behind the glass, which was neat to see and noticed certain spots were missed especially the roof. Which is a hard spot to reach hense one of the reasons I came here, I pointed it out to the folks washing it and they ran the rag over it again. I asked again that it needs a bit more attention, and again he ran a rag over only reaching the sides and staying away from the centre. For what I paid, I expected a lot more as I could have gotten similar results by running it through one of those automated and then clearing the water.

Very professional, attentive service from Jag, the owner, at Clearwash in NE. Appreciated after-sales service. Minor problem with some wash water accumulated under spare tire. Jag attended to this promptly and washed the car again as an extra. The detailing was impressive. Took family van in August and new-to-me SUV that had been used for outdoor (i.e., dirty!) activities there in February and both jobs were thorough. Waiting area is comfortable and even a bit fancy for a car wash. Left the vehicles there for a few days for the work, but Jag arranged a ride home and a pick-up so I didn't even have to Uber. Detailing is a luxury, but so worth it.

Folks it is that time of year where the snow is melting and everything gets muddyand dirty outside including you vehicles. With a family of active kids I never seems to keep up with cleaning the car. I went to the CLEARWASH today and I was so impressed with the incredible service. Came here with my bug splattered car after a long summer road trip and was blown away by the super friendly Jag who checked me in was upfront about wait time and very accommodating. My car was cleaned spotless and attention to detail is very high. I like how you can watch your car being cleaned as it moves along the bay. Purchased the buy 4 get one free option and Jag took the time to explain how I can keep the card the receipt and even a picture if I loose my card or forget how many washes I have. Highly recommend and will come back again and again.

This was a great car wash. They did a great job and the price was better then most. I have been to other washes, and wanted a change as I always feel like they nickle and dime you. The base price plus this plus that and all of a sudden your total is much more then expected. These people actually decreased my price because the back seats on my mini van where down and I did not need them cleaned. I have also gone back into other establishments to ask them to re- vacuum. This company did a great job the first time, even with pet hair.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I showed up 30 minutes to closing, Jaq took a glance inside my SUV and suggested that I come back the next day so that they could spend the time doing a thorough job. He even threw in free mats shampooed and pet hair removal for the inconvenience. I am so glad I came back! I have 2 large dogs that have made my vehicle filthy and Jaq and his crew worked magic. My SUV hasn’t looked or smelled this good in many years. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

A little overpriced, but for a full-service detailing they did a decent job. Missed the truck box but redid it after I pointed it out. Did not clean the interior glass. Shampooed and washed everything else inside very well. Staff were all very friendly, the waiting lounge is very nice and comfortable, a variety of music playing, with windows to watch your vehicle (and CC TV showing you the detail bay as well). Nobody told me when my car was officially done though, so I sat an extra 10 minutes waiting.

Brought in my brand new vehicle to have it washed. Everything seemed okay until I saw my fender 3M had been pressure washed and peeled halfway. Three people had dried the vehicle and not one person said anything about it. I called to see if there’s anything they could do about it and they were rude the whole time basically saying IF we did it, then we we’ll fix it.. id recommend to everyone that they do a walk around their vehicle before hand. I’d give no stars if I could.

Brought our SUV in after several weeks in the bush. It was covered in dried-out bugs and caked in mud. After the 1st wash, they came to see us and said that they hadn't gotten all the mud out from the wheel wells and parts of the undercarriage, and so they would start over. We were pleasantly surprised by their attitude. We appreciated the pride that they take in their work, and the level of service offered. The vehicle came out spotless! Beautiful job. Highly recommended!

I am in the Concrete industry, and being a Concrete contractor my truck gets severely dusty and dirty everyday. I love the service and price that Clearwash gives me every time I go there. Went in today, Jag and his employees were amazing, my car looked horrible but once I saw the finished product it was night and day difference, the care and dedication to each individual car was amazing. Great quality of work, very friendly staff, and reasonably priced. Waiting area is nice as well with comfy chairs, free coffee & water, and movies playing on big tv’s. Also multiple windows to see into the wash bay to watch your vehicle get worked on. I decided to get the vinyl detail add on today and I have never seen the interior of my truck this clean! Exterior was cleaned well, as usual. The best place to go to get your vehicle cleaned.

We came to Clearwash as a walk-in today for a backseat pet incident in my SUV. The staff (especially Jag) were very accommodating and friendly and were able to customize the detailing to match the cleaning needs necessary. I brought my car into clear wash and it was SO dirty. The mats, the seats, everything. After clear wash finished their work it looked like a completely new car... like I had just driven it off the lot! JAG is caring and let me know the progress of the detail as it was happening. Can't say anything bad about the place, there wasn't many people there for 1030 am on a Tuesday. So in and out quick was really impressed with he quality of the was seeing as I just came from off roading and camping with my Jeep. Only reason for 4 starts is I haven't tried the interior detail yet. Will be going back. More expensive then a wash yourself place like big bucket but they have to pay employees wages.

I took my SUV couple of days ago to their place.It was super dirty and in need of deep cleaning. Jag was very accommodating and went above and beyond in everything.His team is fantastic.They have a wonderful lounge as well and i was able to see the entire process of car- cleaning from there. I was more than happy to see the amazing transformation. I will be definitely going back to them.

Not only did they help themselves to $25 in my truck but they also stole a set of keys I had in there to my storage unit. Who knows what they planned to do with those but I assume they looked my the address on my registration and planned to go check it out. Wouldn’t trust these crooks with the code to my garbage bins. Do not go there. But for a 100% honest review the truck at least looked good after.

Had a wonderful experience at this car wash and detail centre. I’ve been putting off getting my carpets cleaned and had built up a lot of salt over the years. They were able to remove all the salt, shampoo my carpets/seats and they even blew out my child’s car seat at my request, making it look brand new. I will use their service again.

Just had it done and the car is 2/3 clean respectively. I understand it is an express detail carwash but the vehicle is still dirty. The price is way too high for the quality of wash. I gave this location another shot after a hiatus of a year. I was hoping with more workers it would change my experience. Bubbles needs to open up north.

Fast and nice! The owner is friendly and super helpful, taking you through the options available. There's a nice waiting area with WiFi and an alley where you can view your car as it's washed. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to wash the car (both interior and exterior), and the charges are reasonable. Highly recommend

Charged me an additional $20 because my car was extra dirty, pointing to this specific spot on the inside of the door, then didn't clean it. I wiped it clean with windex and paper towel when I got home.

This place is bad news. Went down there for a wash and detail the other day and they ripped my tire cover off. Unfortunately in that line of business cars get damaged, it's to be expected.
