Bought one of their tv stands via Builders website and requested that they send someone to install the stand. The stand was delivered by courier guy. I called the customer service line asking them to send someone to install the stand I was then told that their products are fairly easy DIYs. I don’t even own a drill hence when purchasing the product I selected (on the builders website) that they should send someone to help install the stand (clearly that should have been communicated to you guys since you are in collaboration and Builders does offer that service). Oh I must add that their instructions were in Portuguese not English and had a QR code that directs you to a illustrative YouTube video. I can’t begin to explain the frustration of having to look for someone who owns tools to install the tv stand!! The whole experience took away the excitement I had for the tv stand!

I am so impressed with the level of service I received from Click Furniture! I purchased 4 end tables from Takealot, one of the pieces didn’t have holes drilled. As we all know - Takealot returns are an absolute NIGHTMARE. I contacted Click Furniture directly via WhatsApp - and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They had no issues to assist me, and were willing to replace only the faulty piece (if I did it through Takealot, I would’ve had to disassemble the entire side table, and waited forever for a replacement). They sent me a replacement plank, which I received the NEXT DAY!!! I will definitely, in future, order directly from Click Furniture. Thank you guys for the amazing service!!

So incredibly impressed with the service from Click Furniture. It was my first time shopping with them and I was a bit wary. Received my order within 2 days. Unfortunately one of the boards for my TV unit was damaged. Upon being informed about the issue, they were ready to replace the unit with a fully assembled on only hours later. Okay here is a thing, I have not received my order yet but I must say, the service is outstanding!! The shipping was fast - 24 hours. The coffee table was ok. It was true to size and was the right colour. There are minor imperfections, scuffs, scratches on it. The instruction manual for assembly was clear and it was easy to assemble the item. I do not think I would have purchased the item had I seen in in person but it was as the picture displayed for the most part and the service and delivery times were good.

Excellent service. Bought a PLATINUM WALL TV UNIT , was charged normal price at the store but was refunded when i pointed out the Black Friday specials that was online. Oh my word, I love my desk!! In a world where most furniture looks exactly the same, this is something a little bit different. I'm tall, so desks with drawers under the table top tend to be too low. This desk is the perfect height. It's stylish and looks amazing in my home office. Delivery was quick too. I'm super impressed!

It was a struggle assembling the study desk as most of the holes said to be on the manual we're not there. After what I went through I'd think hard before making another purchase in future. Also just to mention that the handle for the drawer looks nothing like what is on the catalogue, and so I had to go buy another one.
