I wish there was an option to give 0 starts.I just hated it. I took an appointment at one time with a particular stylist. Before half an hour they call me and postpone it for two hours and change my stylist for which I was ok. When I finally went there on time after two hours, They made me wait for half an hour more and again change the stylist and dont even inform or request me about it. That is not the way any professional hair salon operates. I walked out of that place and successfully got my haircut at some other place. No offense to the stylist who was about to do the haircut for me. I felt bad about walking out on her. I couldn't stand the unprofessionalism of the staff there. Had they requested me or explained the situation ,I would have gone ahead and done my hair cut there itself as I am usually a very tolerant person. Hate Co Capelli..Not a place to go for anything.

My first visit to Co Capelli was great. That was over a year ago. I recently used a groupon here. As soon as the stylist (Stephanie) heard I was a groupon customer, her entire demeanor changed. She rushed through the entire hair cut, pulled my hair when washing it, stuck me (lightly, no injuries) with instruments while blazing through the process. She also did a bad job, which is to be expected since she was rushing so much she was practically out of breath. I don't mind stylists that are not friendly and talkative, so the fact that she was this way didn't bother me. The fact that I tipped her in spite of the fact that she did such a crappy job does, but I assume the reason she showed absolutely no care with me was due to her thinking she wasn't going to be tipped because I was a groupon customer. Hopefully, the next groupon customer she gets is treated better.

I'm so enthusiastic and proud that my favorite salon for 9 years has won the Battle of the Salons and holds the title for the Best Salon in Nashville. The deserving salon definitely got the win. Thru all the hair style changes I have gone thru not once have I been disappointed with any of the stylists that have worked on my hair. I always receive the best compliments and my hair always looks faboulous until its time to touch it up and I owe it to Co. Capelli's . The staff is highly talented and have always been friendly and fun. I will continue to go to Co. Capelli's, and if your looking for a great salon this is the place to go to. I've been to numerous salons previously, and have never felt satisfied till I found this salon.

My entire visit starting with stepping through the front door into this unique establishment immediately told me that "Google - haircut near me" had read my mind today! The entire transformation was exactly what I needed. I expecially give Big Props to my personal stylist, Robyn Faith, for reading my mind and adding her own professional knowledge to give me the exact cut and style for who I am.. I left feeling beautiful and up lifted and that I had made a new friend, but I had definitely crossed paths with purpose.. your awesome Robyn!! I highly recommend Co Capelli Salon & Spa for your next break for yourself to treat yourself and feel good for a hour.. God Bless Us All

Megan Lavery is just delightful! She always adds a unique creative touch with all services she offers & it always exceeds my expectations! Very fun time sitting in her chair I have very thick & curly hair, so I'm pretty picky with my cut styles and each cut I've received from her has been totally on point (wet or dry cut) and carefully considered. I would absolutely recommend!!! She also has added colorful tinsil to my hair (God bless it) which was so cute and fun! She is knowledgeable, wonderful go be around, super artistically talented, and usually has a fantastic suggestion for you too. if you aren't booking with Megan you are missing out! DO IT

I had laser treatment there and was burned to the point I have two scars on my face. I went back twice and was told it must have been my fault from tanning or antibiotics which I had done neither. I was told they could not refund me because it was a groupon purchase. I was further told that I could go to performance the Halloween store to try and find makeup to cover it! I have spent hundreds of dollars on scar cream and now am going to a dermatologist to see what i can do about my scars. If I were a business who had burned and scarred a customer I would do whatever I could to make it right. They seem not to care. Do not visit this place.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! This salon is one of the best I’ve ever been in in my entire life and as an ex-stylist that’s really saying something. Stephanie is absolutely incredible taking her time and speaking with me about all my options and of course not giving up on my stubborn hair. She was BEYOND helpful and knowledgeable about everything and had such an amazing and understanding vibe to her (even though I cried). Hands down the best hair I’ve had in years! I cried again out of joy! Go to this salon!!! You will not leave unhappy at all. Bravo and thank you so much again Stephanie!!

I came in for blonde highlights. I showed a photo. I came out with orange and yellow hair. I came back to get it fixed, and left with beige hair. Also, my haircut was all weird in the back. I asked for a trim, and ended up with hair that sloped up one side in the back, with crazy jagged layers in the front. It was a mess. I wanted to cry. I had to pay someone else $265 to fix it. I will never go back. Also, there is a man who works there that smokes an e-cig right there in the salon. The smell made me want to gag. The front desk girls are nice, but they always seem unorganized and confused. I'd keep looking.

I just had one of the best experiences ever with hair technician Michelle Stone. I sent an artist to get a bleach retouch done that we've had issues with in the past. She completely took so much care and concern making sure that the bleach blonde came out of the salon still having hair! Bleach retouches are a difficult thing to find someone to do in this town. We are so grateful to have Michelle with her years of experience and expertise. The time and care she took was just outstanding. Thank you Michelle for caring about those blondies out there.

The hair stylist Jeannette did not know what she was doing. I have long curly hair and she kept pulling it after I told her she was hurting me. She left dye all on my forehead and around my ears that I had to go home and wash it. She also stated brushing my hair and I told her that your not supposed to brush curly hair but she did not listen. As a result, my hair was so frizzy. I called the salon afterwards and she just said I was not compatible with the hair stylist. Needless to say I will not go back. So unprofessional.

We were looking for a new salon for our family , after trying on a few places we have found our perfect fit ! We were so fortunate to find Michele there and she is amazing ! She has our whole family looking great !! The service is amazing and appointments run ON TIME - everyone is friendly the environment is very relaxing and all of the do's I see coming out look great !! I love that it is a full service salon ! I absolutely love CoCapelli Salon and their staff! I have had many services done at the salon, my hair stylist Stephanie Smith is amazing! I had been asking about the laser hair removal and finally did it. I was nervous at first but I had the best experience! I recommend you try them out! They offer so many services, reasonable, very clean salon and very professional staff!

A great place to be! Everyone there takes excellent care of customers and makes you feel special. I see Meridee and she is an expert with color and hair care and it’s clear she cares personally for all of her customers. I’ve watched many of the stylists lovingly help folks who need assistance walking and I’ve personally experienced the kindness of many there.

Great experience at this salon. Traveling and chose this salon based on internet search. Very professional salon. Stylist, Meridee, did excellent job with color, hilights, cut and styling. Very personable. Also provided a great scalp massage when washing hair. Highly recommend this salon in Hermitage.

My mom has been to one stylist several.times with photos of hair color she wants and never comes out close. This time he highlghts were blotchy on the back of her head. It was a mess. She wanted a dark blonde highlight and looks like bleached and fried. Light blonde streaks ..very unnatrural.

Does a great job at hair. BUT apparently they like to move appointments around without telling anyone till last second. I lost my appointment because they moved it to TODAY when it was for tmr and I couldn't DO IT!!!! VERY disappointed. Now I have to wait an extra week. How embarrassing.

Rude they never attended me or greeted me from the beginning I came in. I was there for like 5 min and everyone acted so busy even the lady that was in my face who was just speaking on the phone. She didn’t even bother to say hold on or anything. Don’t recommend. I wish u could rate 0

Megan Lavery is great! Thoughtful and careful, she doesn’t whip through the haircut. Spends time with her clients and will take her time making adjustments, and teaching you how to style your hair and how to keep it healthy. No rush, great style, trust her with your head!

took 3 months to get appt. went to first one laser genesis tx. Some one scheduled me for Brazil Ian wax..I did not get treatment. Second time waited 40 mins. left sent employee back twice 2 check asked manager Michelle 2 call. She never did.....management sucks
