Anyone looking into this business really needs to read this review. Hopefully you will see why we so confident choosing them over any other business. First of all all, other businesses wanted to just replace parts of damaged material leaving the house mismatched instead of replacing everything. I was mindful Remember I when getting estimates the cheapest estimate is not the best answer always. Just let us to Cochran exteriors. My mother-in-law called Cochrane exteriors out to see how fair they would be in their price and workwise. After Clay came out and showed us the product they provide, warranty that came along with it and all the professionalism of the workers that would be involved was when Cochran exteriors was chosen to do the job. I was here daily 4 .my mother-in-law who is 80 years old and bedridden. As I watched the workers daily, I could see the transformation from the old to the new and was completely astonished and amazed. Every job is special to them but this house was truly special because my mother-in-law's house is 103 years old and to see a 103-year-old house look absolutely brand new by the end result just amaze the company. Pictures (below) are nice, but really don't do it justice, (pictures are of before in the process and after) the worker Steve, that was supposed to be out here was sick that week but from where he was, he still oversaw everything that was going on, and he got to come out to see the house in person and he was astonished by the makeover the house was given and he went the extra mile of making sure we were absolutely 100% please and satisfied with the work and if there was any thing that needed to be addressed he fixed it immediately with no hesitation. As I showed my mother-in-law pictures I had taken for her... she was more than satisfied with what they provided in a extremely quick time frame for how much work had to be done to the house. Cochran even talks with your insurance agency and gets the most for your money. Insurance agencies don't like to pay more than they have to. But Cochran exteriors tells them if there's something that needs to be replaced, it has to be replaced for Cochran to put their warranty on the job. And they were able to squeeze every single penny and more out of the insurance company. After my mother-in-law chose Cochrane exteriors to do the job on her house, fully rewrapping the house, fully residing the house soffit fascia everything and replacing downspouts and gutters, we are 100% satisfied to say we would easily call them back to do any other work for us. They do not pick up or collect any monies until the persons are totally satisfied. From the very moment Cochran exteriors arrives at your house to greet you to inform you of everything they will do, to any question on your mind, while the project is going on or after it's finished....the workers at the office will diligently take your call and get back with you immediately to seeing the final product puts smile on your face. This 103-year-old house took a lot of hail wind and storm damage. Cochran exteriors hands down is the company to choose. The professionalism is 100% satisfactory. I cannot say thank you enough to Clay Biggerstaff and all the workers in the office they were so extremely kind and helpful....and a very special thank you to Steve Hubbard for actually bending over backwards making sure my mother-in-law and I were totally pleased. We're going to be painting soon to match the brand new look of the premium product Cochran exteriors provided for this 103 yr old house to make it look totally brand new. Deciding went from a dingy smoke blue gray to a BEAUTIFUL light/dark green. If I could've given you a hundred Stars, you would have gotten it....THANKS

Update: 06/13/2023 BEWARE: First off Cochran Exteriors was great, and would work with them again. Recently I have run into a problem with the finance company they work closely with "Dividend Finance" We have not been late one time, with "Statements" coming in monthly, and seeing issues with the Principle balance not coming down at all. I called Support, and it turns out there are hidden interest that are not explained in statement. Even after paying more than than the payment, the extra will not be applied the principle balance like we were told. Customer Service, and Communication bill statements are poorly designed leaving you with only half of the information about where your money is going. There response to my questions are no better than " Predatory" I hope this helps anyone looking. 4 Months ago: Here is just one of others that has had a bad experience with Dividend Financial. Dividend Financial you have 100's of people calling your company daily with complaints from Pink Energy customers. You have scammed so many customers along with Pink Energy. I believe it's called Predatory Lending! Attorney Generals from at least 8 states are now involved and yet you continue to scam people and demand patment for systems that do not work. Your company knows what you have done to the thousands of customers. Own up to the predatory lending. Tax credit scam, APR going up after no payment of the tax credit (because ppl don't make enough to get that $10,000+ tax credit by the 17th payment). So, my 30 yr loan went from $60,000...to $110,000+. Was never told by salesperson of this, and got information almost 6 mths after I signed my loan. PREDATORY LENDING! Someone needs to help the thousands of ppl that got scammed by Dividend Financial, Sunlight, and Goodleap! Cochran Review Dec, 2022: This went pretty fast after the rain stopped We had to reschedule both the delivery and installation a week. There were a few hiccups but after pointing them out, they were, fixed as soon as they could. Misunderstandings are hard to deal with at times but you do need to voice them in a professional manner. Cochran resolved these issues in a quick and professional way. I want to Thank Beshoy, our Sales guy for a good part of this. His communication to the matters we exceptional. I also want to thank the crew and crew heads, both Brian, and Josh, and their attention to detail. They cleaned up the propriety afterwards and I would hire them again. The only complaint i have in the matter was. It was pricey. But you get what you pay for.

UPDATE TO THE BELOW: After posting this review, the new Management at Cochran reached out to me and were determined to make it right at no cost to me. They did just that! They took the time to listen to my experience and replaced the gutters on the front of the house and properly secured the gutters on the rear that the last group had slopped on. This was even after finding out that the front gutters were done "off the books" by a FORMER sub-contractor (and crook) who no longer works for them. They really had no obligation to do this but did it anyway just to make it right. I have now gone from not recommending them to thinking of them first when I know work needs done. Bravo to Brian and the new leadership over at Cochran for repairing and replacing the gutters on our home but re-establishing trust and respect. Thanks all! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We bought a home where Cochran was subcontracted to do the work on both the front and rear of the house. Both were done horribly. The gutters in the front have short screwed together sections that the installer then spray painted to try to make it look like the same color. The downspout screws were too short, and the gutters were not pitched properly to get the water to flow to either end of the house. Then they came out and did the rear of the house after we moved in. There came out near dusk and then rushed to throw everything on as fast as possible. One end of one of the gutters was never properly secured and started to come off. Someone from Cochran came out to "fix" it but it is once again falling off. These gutters are not even three years old. At the end of the day, I wouldn't trust these guys to put gutters on a dog house, let alone a real one. Just horrible.

I have not had a good experience with Cochran. This is my belief and personal dealings with the company. Im a Nurse who has worked endless shifts for years and during covid and now care for the underserved. While working I saved up for a home to have a place to emotionally and mentally rest from caring for the sick ( I love my job its just really heartbreaking at times). Once I got my dream home I was excited. Unfortunately a hail storm damaged my siding. I sought out Cochran as I had good experiences in the past. They gave me a quote to repair pieces of the siding. I was told it would be done in two weeks after delays I reached out and gave a date I wanted it completed. They went to the home and once they started they told me additional siding needed replaced and I agreed and then there was a 3rd occasions they came to start the siding and they said the entire siding needed replaced and I needed to contact my insurance company. After speaking with management about the repairs I took some time and decided I was fearful of an additional price increases so I requested a refund which I was told I could receive. I got a call and was told that they would be deducting the following: Gas mileage it took for each visit to and from my home and gas it took to get to and from the place to get the siding and back to my house and then four hours of labor it took to replace a couple of pieces of siding. I personally feel the degree of fees and charges are unfair. As a worker in Healthcare and seeing and treating the sick and underserved and dealing with the company since August Im emotionally and financially exhausted. No matter who you are or what profession your in no one should go through this!

We've recently had our first roof replacement completed through Cochran Exteriors, and the process from start to finish went fairly smoothly. The sales agent, Beshoy Bahr, explained the various shingle options very plainly and in an easy-to-understand manner. Financing was made available immediately, which made making a decison on moving forward with the project a lot less worrisome (even without insurance coverage). The installation itself was also fairly pain free. The only complaint I have is I recall the trailer with the old roof debris had been left in our driveway for an extended period the following day, which prevented access to one of our vehicles. However, that was only a minor inconvenience, and rectified fairly quickly (even on a Saturday) after we contacted their office. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone seeking roof repair or replacement.

Every person I spoke with at Cochran was so nice and helpful. From the secretary, to whoever was there to help me when I popped in to get samples, to our contact person Beshoy. I will forever sing Beshoy’s praises! The first time I met him I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Beshoy is a great communicator and always quick to respond to any question that I had. It didn’t matter if it was a text, email, or phone call, he would get back with me almost immediately. He even communicated with our insurance adjuster, which wasn’t easy since our adjuster was difficult to deal with. I am so happy with our roof and the quality of care that was given throughout the process. I will recommend Cochran to my friends and family and will definitely use them for any future projects we may need.

**Beware of hiring Cochran Exteriors.** I will never recommend them. There are plenty of other roofing companies. The entire process took 5 months from Sept to the end of Feb and 4 visits. The staff was friendly and nice but they don't care about the finishing details such as siding alignment and gutter covers. After 5 months everything was fixed except the covers which I just noticed after paying in full. Billing was odd and I was charged over $800* for 4 sheets of plywood, several 1x4s and labor to replace. After complaining they did reduce it some without specific explanation. Here are some photos of the mistakes. The covers were damaged like the photo every 8 feet or so which I fixed myself. For comparison my previous roof was completed A-Z in one day from a different company.

Cochran replaced old rotten cedar siding with the hardy plank. The sales rep, Jamie Miller, was great to work with. Immediately, I got the sense from him that he was organized and knew what he was talking about. He was very nice and good about responding, via text, whenever I had questions. The crew that came to my property was nice and respectful and seem to do the job really well. I was gone a lot for work during this project, and it was nice not to have to hold this companies hand and keep going over and over the details and specs of the project. I will use this company and Jamie Miller in the future. Cochran was a no hassle l, easy company to do business with, and I am pleased with their end product.

I am satisfied with the work performed on my home by Cochran Exteriors. Unfortunately doing business with the company was frustrating to me. There is poor communication between the customer and the company. I never knew the identity of the supervisor of my project. I never had any idea of the proposed work schedule or the expected completion date of my project. When I attempted to contact the company by email or telephone, the response was slow. My project was small and only required about four working days to complete. Unfortunately it took approximately four months to finish the job.

Contacted Cochran Exteriors after a storm ripped shingles off. Their representative, Tony Williams, quickly set up an appointment as another round of weather was expected later in the week. Tony checked for damage and offered an honest, professional assessment along with a viable solution at a fair price. He matched the coloring of the new shingles to the older ones surrounding them and it was all repaired before the next round of storms rolled through. Will definitely consider Cochran Exteriors for future door, window, and roofing projects. Thanks Tony!

We had some siding damage and wood rot around the upstairs window. I had a vision and Cochran Exteriors made it come true. We first with Jamie M. who came to our home. He was very personable and friendly and explained the different siding options. He provided multiple quotes tailored to our specific requests. Jamie was extremely responsive via phone and text. The site manager, Rodo, was responsive and helpful when we had questions. The office staff was wonderful and the construction staff was extremely hard working! Highly recommend!

I found Cochran Exteriors through a google search and placed a service call for my roof. The gentleman who answered was friendly and professional, and told me they would send a sales consultant to my house THAT DAY. When the sales consultant arrived (only a couple hours after my initial call), he checked out my issue, saw that it was a simple fix, and quickly fixed it then and there! A+ service! Cochran did a great job. Clay Biggerstaff was amazing during our horrible experience with our insurance company. Clay came out several times to meet with three different adjusters. He was extremely patient and helpful in trying to get the insurance company to cover their portion of expenses. After five months of negotiating with the insurance company, and everything was approved and agreed upon, the team came out and replaced the roof within two weeks.

Cochran replaced my vinyl siding on one side of the house after some wind damage had blown off several pieces.
