I needed a simple evaluation done on my roof because I kept hearing a random noise when the wind got brisk. I called Indy Roof and Dalton came out to assess the issue. He recommended a ridge vent replacement on my main peak as it was coming undone from one side of the deck (I learned later this is common with my tract builder, so this wasn't anything new for him). While he was putting his plan together and we were filing an insurance claim, a second storm blew up enough water that we had some drip onto our ceiling inside. Dalton immediately came over (on a Sunday, mind you) to tarp up the issue to avoid any further damages. We immediately after this storm had our insurance adjuster sent out and Dalton ensured we were awarded what we needed for these damages as he walked the inspection with him. The fixes were done in hours, and we even had the secondary ridge vents replaced to match... above and beyond! Thank you Dalton and Indy Roof for being thorough. My house is back to normal function and I don't have to worry about wind and wet any longer!

Try that again Indy roof. My name is on your record. See google reviews too. A tree feel in our house in 2021. Roof caved in and soffit damaged. They replaced the shingles without fixing the soffit. It’s almost May of 2022 gutters and soffits are still not fix. Guys came in today to fix the soffit but they can’t because they repaired the roof incorrectly. Now they have to rip the new shingles just fix the soffit. Frustrating. Don’t hire this company you will regret it. I will file a complaint at BBB as well. Update: 8/23/22 Still not completely done. It’s been over a year. They are over charging us almost $4,000 over the insurance estimate. Look at their job see pic. They said they let go of Nathan Landis and now they are using him as escape goat. STAY AWAY to save yourself a hassle and headaches.

Very happy with our roof! We had to go through insurance to get them to pay for it and Indy Roof Co was there every step of the way, providing updates and what’s next. Very rarely had to reach out with questions, but if there were any, they were super responsive. They have the whole process planned from start to finish and have thought of everything! They did our two story homes roof in one day! Only thing that I wish would have been a little better was the clean up after the fact. We knew to expect some nails because theirs is zero way to get them all, but the number of nails we found seemed a little excessive. Other than that, would highly recommend Indy Roof Co for any of your roofing needs!

We had a great experience with Indy Roof. We had them put new gutters on our house. They came out quick for an estimate, gave a very thorough quote and scheduling was easy. There was an issue with a color mix up and the install crew put the wrong shade on the house. My wife and I were at work and noticed the shade wasn't quite right after the fact. We called Mark and he fixed the problem right away, had another crew out and took the gutters off and replaced them to the right shade, no questions asked. They were fantastic to work with. All companies can make a mistake, but not all handle them great, but Indy Roof was fantastic. I definitely recommend them!

When no one else could get our insurance company to pay for a new roof even though we obviously needed one, Eric Casto from Indy Roof Company had the Midas touch! He was beyond wonderful to work with in every aspect throughout the entire project! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, polite, always available, and just nice to be around. I know that you read a review like this and think that I’m just exaggerating, but my words are sincere. Eric was truly amazing! The crew that actually put the new roof on was friendly too. They did a great and efficient job. The roof is beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say that Frank did an amazing job. I used this company previously and they were prompt to help me out in every way possible. This time around, I was mainly focused on inspection and seeing what my future options are in regards to our roof. Frank worked with my every changing schedule and always gave a heads up when he was on the way. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable to the point I offered to pass his info along to a family member unprompted. I can say whole heartedly that I would recommend Frank and his team for anyone seeking roof information or repairs.

Jimmy came out for a general inspection of the entire roof and also to provide an estimate for a new cricket for my fireplace. He didn't try to upsell me or tell me my whole roof needed repair when it didn't. He shared overall inspection impression, some areas of concern, and provided a reasonable estimate. The work was scheduled and though they had to reschedule due to some unforeseen complications at another job, my job was quickly rescheduled for the very next week and completed. The new cricket looks great and the leaky chimney is no more! Very satisfied with the customer service from Jimmy and Co.

A good experience with Indy Roof and our contact Dalton Sellers. Dalton was straightforward and knowledgeable when discussing options for replacing our roof and repairing damage. He gave us several options and explained the entire process with no pressure and was able to answer all our questions. Very easy to work with. Although our roof is not small the job was finished in one day with absolutely no evidence that anyone had been there other than a much better looking roof. I have no regrets about choosing Indy Roof and would recommend them and Dalton if you need this type of work.

We needed a roof inspection, so we called another company our realtor recommended. The soonest that company could send someone was a week and a half away. We called Indy Roof based on their good reviews, and they had mulitple time slots just two days away, so we booked an appointment. Ben called on the way to learn more about our roof situation, was on time, took lots of pictures, and ran through all our options without pushing a total replacement. IndyRoof Company did an awesome job on our roof. From the start to finish they were hard working and thorough. Daniel Ralston from IndyRoof came out to give us a quote, helped with everything regarding our insurance claim, got right back to me when I had questions, was here monitoring the day of the install and right up to the end. We had Indy Roof replace our roof last year. This company was amazing. They worked with our insurance company, helped us with color selections, and they also sent 2 crews out to get our large roof done in one day! The entire yard was cleaned up and double checked the next day by one of the owners of the company. A couple weeks ago a tree fell on our roof. Indy Roof was out that same day to tarp the roof and repair it very quickly. I have recommended them to my parents and they were given the same outstanding service we have received.

What a trustworthy company. It is too often that you call someone for a quote to get work done, and find out that you don’t get taken advantage of. I always get several estimates for large projects. My experience with getting roofing estimates has not been good. Indy Roofing did a great job explaining my needs and gave me a good price on repair as well as the cost of a new roof. I chose the repair option. The work was done both timely and professionally. Everyone I worked with was friendly and courteous. I will use them again when time comes for additional roofing work.

I wish there were 10 stars to commend Dan Ralston for the superior service we received from him. A truly dedicated worker, he is honest and personable. Frank offered truly honest service. Another company said they would recommend a full roof replacement to insurance. I asked Frank for a 2nd opinion. After he looked over my entire roof, he said there are a few spots that can use attention now but insurance won’t cover it. We did the work with him and will keep Indy Roof Company ready to call for future needs.

Ricky came to my door and offered a free roof inspection since we had a bad storm a couple weeks ago. Fortunately, he didn’t find any damage and we don’t have to worry about replacing/repairing our roof but I really appreciated how professional he was and that he gave us peace of mind. A new roof isn't cheap. Thankfully Indy Roof Company guided us through the process, being honest and direct at each step, answering questions, addressing concerns, etc. When the roofing team came they were professional and efficient. They came out shortly thereafter to do minor touch-up work and again exhibited these traits. 10/10 would roof again.

Buyer beware, do not do business with this company! They had poorly qualified personnel install a metal roof on our new custom build. These individuals clearly had little experience with metal roofing. The trim and flashing was poorly installed. We have also had leaking issues ever since. Do your research and choose another roofing company!

Mike Bradley was the inspector, and he was excellent to work with. Professional and honest. Highly recommended. Roof is still in good shape other than a small leak in the garage attic after heavy rainfall. Will definitely use them for the repair after we document the leak after the next rain.
